Well staffed. Friendly and helpful. Good prices. Good ice cream. Didn’t try the food menu, maybe next time.Plenty of tables. Tables could use a regular wipe. There’s some trashes outside the seating area.Overall, I had a good experience here. Will like return for more ice cream in the future whenever I make back into town.

I took my grandchildren (ages 9, 7, 6 and 3) for an outing to the Twist on a school holiday. They all had a wonderful time! Great ice cream reasonably priced! And they love the unique gumball machine!Kid-friendliness: So much fun for kids!

The staff was very friendly and the place is very cute with a nostalgic look. The smoothies were fantastic! Will definitely be back for those. However, I would recommend skipping the chicken tenders and cheese curds. They were just ok. We will be back to try other ice cream treats!

Ordered a chili dog with onions……they put so little chili on it you legit have to PICK UP the hotdog just to even find the chili. I called and asked to speak to the manager to ask if that’s how they normally do it and she was rude and not helpful at all. Two nights ago I ordered a baby cone and it was good, tonight I ordered a small and it came out the same size as a baby cone. When I mentioned it to them they said oh then you’ve been given big baby cones. Not apology for the mix up and no one offered to make sure that all staff is on the same page so the cones are the correct size in the future. Normally have a good experience but tonight was awful. Tip for this place, if you have a complaint, don’t even bother bringing it up to them because they’ll be rude to you and not fix it anyways.

Lots of options for everyone! I got a classic vanilla cone (small) which was more than enough to satisfy my cravings on hot and humid afternoon.Plenty of seating inside and outside.To go we got a Cheesecake rhubarb flurry! A unique combination for sure and it was fantastic!!Great service, clean environment, delicious treats!

burger was pale white and no flavor. Cheese curds were good but little pricey compared to other restaurants with the same flavor/quality.Also after looking at other reviews... seems like the fake game version of this restaurant are the only good reviews.Hopefully the owners put as much effort into making the restaurant better as they do on trying to promote the place on video games and fake spam reviews.

Okay i hate to leave this place a semi bad review because it's a cute place! We live a little ways and wanted to try the place. however I stopped in today with my family. We were excited to try something new today. The smoothie was on point! 9/10. However the hot dogs and cheese curds were just alright.. not bad..Maybe...7/10. However the fries, and popcorn chicken were just so bland and basic. 4/10..But the BURGERS OMG.. 0/10 worst thing I've EVER eaten. We were in the car for 5 mins..they were cold. We joked that the meat came from "the meat block" as it literally tasted like eating a block of meat. If that even makes sense. I really wish we didn't waste the money.. I didn't mind giving the business but please, please switch up your cooking methods and add some flavor to your food. I am a chef, And I felt like the food here tasted like my kids made it.. I'd love to come back to try the ice cream treats. But I'm serious when I say my partner and I both took one bite of the burger in disgust and threw them right back in the bag

The pumpkin pie flurry is the best! I absolutely love it and would look forward to this time of year. Vanilla ice cream mixed with homemade pumpkin pie filling and cinnamon crunchy bits. Mmmmm

Ordered a deluxe burger along with 3 sundaes. They told me to pull up and they would deliver the burger. Sat for 20 minutes then they claimed we left then said didn't see us when we said weve been sitting patiently in our suburban. It was a slow night so not sure why were at fault for following their direction. They gave me refund then sent me on my way. Ouch. 30 minutes of waiting and leave hungry. I would give 0 for blaming me for their lack of service, if google would allow.

This is a great place for people of all ages! It's a hidden gem and will definitely choose the Twist over culvers or DQ!! Hoping to try other flavors of the dole whip- they currently have pineapple. Banana split was great!

Cute place. Most customers were under 4 feet tall, if you know what I mean. Interesting offerings. Fair prices. Efficient staff. Just not the greatest quality ice cream product.
