I never write reviews, however if feel obligated to ensure owners are aware of the possible danger they may be risking by bringing dogs into the Greenville location. I do not want to hurt this business but hopefully by posting this publicly they will do something about this issue.I had been bringing my 6 month old in for daycare approximately 2 days a week and had noticed he had thrown up quite a bit of brown plastic. I had called the facility and had been told that a number of the dogs had picked up the habit of chewing on the brown fencing. I was not happy but expressed this and was ensured that they would keep an eye out. Two weeks later again more brown plastic. I had brought this in the next time and again was ensured that this wouldn’t happen. After a third and final time of my puppy puking up more brown plastic I had had enough. Thankfully he is okay… however that may not always be the case. The owner really needs to replace/remedy this issue before someone’s dog is seriously injured.Attached is a photo of the amount the last time he had thrown up the plasticI would recommend you consider the Menasha location if you are looking for daycare in the area.

Can I do 0 or NEGATIVE STARS?We have taken our aussie doodle here many times and had a good experience. BUT THEN we began to do overnights and I've been more and more concerned.Last time, he destroyed a precious toy his final day. This time, he started vomiting 2 days before we would be home. I received two calls during the day saying he was throwing up a lot after eating. I asked them to keep an eye on him and text me if there was any change in the next 2 hours before they closed because I was in a conference.I saw a message about an hour later saying "Good evening this is Tailwaggers regarding wags, He has thrown up again and this time there was blood present in the throw up." I texted and called 3 times each with NO RESPONSE.DID YOU KNOW : bloody puke could equal FATALITY IN 12 HOURS??I then called my mom and asked her to pick my dog up and text Tailwaggers. She couldn't text the number I sent, so she called and someone answered and told her they can't let him go because there's no card on file.I called and asked about it and they said that since we already have a card on file it should all be good and they didn't give my mom accurate info and she can come get him. They also described the bloody puke as a pink / red tint to the food in the puke and that they couldn't get a photo because they're not allowed phones in that room and it was already mostly cleaned up by the time they got their phone. They finally texted me back and that message said, "Hello I'm so sorry I'm just seeing this! Your mom is more than welcome to come get wags, we just ask you please put a card on file so we can charge you tomorrow for the boarding of wags! some one will be at the store till 8:30 tonight. it was a pretty decent amount of blood."Which one is it? A tint or a decent amount? Then they were asking about an updated card and I told them I was dissatisfied with their service. That was an understatement because their lack of urgency during a BLOODY SITUATION is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE and I will NOT bring my beautiful baby back there. There appeared to be NO EMERGENCY PROCEDURE.Not only did they simply say I needed to go into my portal to add a card to our file, and not provide me a link, the text made it sound like my baby was waiting until this was solved. Thankfully, I called my mom and she said she was able to leave with him and he was safe.Mom said Wags seemed EXHAUSTED, but didn't throw up on her watch. He slowly began to eat like normal and after 2 days he's perky again.A manager from Tailwaggers texted me once asking to get paid and NO ONE there has inquired after the HEALTH of my baby that could have DIED ON THEIR WATCH!!What would they have done? Texted and said "Whoops"????AVOID THIS LOCATION! From what I can see, this owner doesn't own the other Tailwaggers in our area. If they did, I wouldn't go there either.Tailwaggers, I know you'll see this and I hope you're ashamed do better going forward.

Out of the past couple of visits my dog was injured severely twice. The first time I was notified and the injury was minimized by the staff, later to find out it should have been stitched up as confirmed by a vet later that week. That was caused when the door was not held open long enough for my dog to clear the door, which shut on and cut her paw. The second injury was also severe and was not caught or handled by the staff. You can see on camera that the injury was sustained while in boarding, confirmed by the staff, but the owner has now told them to say that did not happen in care despite video showing it did. How it was caused they do not know. The injury was large and in the middle of my dog's back and should have been seen if someone was watching the dogs at any point during that day. The vet confirmed this injury would have bled significantly and should have been caught and was not, leading to a greater severity issue for us because it got infected while she was in boarding. Please if you care for the safety and well being of your dogs look elsewhere for care. One injury I tried to excuse as accidental. Two now within such a short time period I cannot, we will never use this facility again and have told our friends and family the same. Accidents happen but this place is neglecting care and the ownership will not address the situations when they happen.

Our dog has been there 3 times so far and we all love it. The staff is very friendly and you can tell they love these dogs too. We had our dog groomed while at day care and it was cheaper than our last place. A bonus to be able to have it done while he was there. Our dog comes home a sleepy dog. Camera could be better but for a quick look in it works. We will continue to come here and would recommend to others.

I unfortunately just pulled my dog out of Tailwaggers and hired Rover instead. They have recently had a large staff turnover. My dog was clearly loved by the previous staff there. I was in love with them too!! When they left in came a whole bunch of new faces. Since then, I have been told on multiple occasions upon pickup that my dog sleeps all day there. In my opinion it would be a prerequisite to love animals if you are applying for a job taking care of them. One would assume that if a golden retriever chooses to sleep all day (she is the sweetest) that something is seriously wrong. Also, I'm not going to continue to pay $500 a month for daycare for my dog to sleep. This is very disappointing.

Our dog loves going to Tailwaggers for doggy daycare. Always tired out when she comes home.

This rating is for the grooming. Employees we have met are very kind and seem to love dogs, but the grooming is just ok for dogs with an undercoat, and terrible for nails. We used to take our dogs to petsmart and they always did a great job. Even our lab who sheds all the time would be well brushed and not shed for a while, but their prices increased and we could no longer afford it. Went to tail waggers and they do not do a very good job. Our lab always looks like he’s still shedding when we pick him up with a bunch of loose hairs in his coat, and it doesn’t make a difference with the amount he sheds when we bring him home. The last 2 times with nails they have not gotten them nearly half as short as they should, and I don’t even know if their nails were done two weeks ago when we brought them in. Over the weekend they had a hard time walking on the road their nails were so long and starting to push their paws up- absolutely unacceptable.we called to have them redo them and were told “yeah, some vet techs don’t do a very good job.”

I brought my two Goldendoodles in for grooming. When I called to make the appointment, they said it would be $50 each or $100 for both -and repeated it. I just went to pick them up and the cost was $211! The staff working said it was mis-quoted and that was what I had to pay (to get my dogs back). Needless to say, I won't be going back. Beware! Get a paper quote before grooming!

The people who work at Tailwaggers are so friendly. In the morning, when I take my dog, she can hardly wait to see her friends at Tailwaggers, whether they be 4 legged or 2 legged.

I have been bringing my dogs here for a few years, they LOVE it. It's so nice for them to have a fun, well supervised place to come and play when it's a busy day for Mom or the weather is just too nasty to do anything outside. They have so much fun playing with their pack. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. They are very accommodating when we have specific needs. Tasha does a great job grooming, my boys love her!!

Very satisfied! They had to reschedule my appointment, and they were so kind and accommodating to my schedule. We were able to find a new time that worked best for me. When I picked up my dog, she looked great and was so happy. You can tell they take great care of your pets and their customers!

My dog boarded for just two nights. She was limping and dehydrated when we got home, paws so inflamed and weeping that we had to take her to the vet; still undergoing treatment nearly two wks later, and $390 in vet bills. During my dog's assessment day, I watched the attendant on her cell phone with her back to the dogs, which should have been my first clue that proper attention isn't paid to the animals. (I used to work at a vet's/doggie daycare, and you must focus on the shifting pack dynamic).Webcam wasn't available while my dog was boarding - the cam was one reason I chose this place, having lost a dog to sudden illness the day after boarding at another facility. If a dog is limping or panting excessively (like ours was when we picked her up - and she's never been like that when boarded elsewhere), they need time out off that hot gravel, especially senior dogs! My dog didn't even want to go to the back area when the attendant offered to show us the suites.I had requested half days of daycare so she could rest, but they don't have a half day option because "we have to clean the suites." Thankful we were only gone for two nights, or who knows what condition she'd have ended up in. Back to the vet again tomorrow thanks to their lack of watching for signs of stress/injury. Do not take your dog here if you want someone to actually watch your dogs.

My dogs love it here but they won't allow dogs that aren't neutered once they hit 7 months. With my breed dog, it's recommended to wait at least a year. I can't go back until my male is fixed.

We had a negative experience at a daycare in Oshkosh and decided to try Tailwaggers and instantly got a good feeling stepping in the doors. You can tell that they loves dogs and what they do! I love that there is a large dog side and a small dog side. The fact that we can watch on the Webcam is reassuring and funny watching our pup interact with others. I'm glad that they let the dogs play outside for however long they want!

We bring our Dog, Eddie here. He absolutely loves it and comes home too exhausted to get into trouble!! The staff is always friendly, the facility is super clean and the groomer does a great job as well! I highly recommend to anyone who needs to board their dog or just need a place for them to play with friends and burn some energy!!!

We used to really enjoy this place but then some red flags came up. My dog came home limping often , so whether they had to forgotten to wax his paws for the pea gravel or let him play too hard- it happened one too many times . Since he’s a puppy , I was thinking it’s probably not totally their fault . However, the last time we were there - they tried to send me home WITH THE WRONG DOG. I had to tell them it wasn’t mine and received no apology - just “oops we have two of the same breed with similar names”. I can’t imagine what would have happened if the other dogs owner had showed up first. They’re nice people but would recommend going elsewhere if you want to make sure the dog you get back is really yours .

Don’t bring your dog here! Our dog was injured by the staff. It’s not worth the risk!!How they handled our inquiries after the fact was horrible! They were rude, callous, and failed to remedy the situation. If a door can cause this much injury on a 70lb German Shepard, imagine a small 10lb dog!!! I have not heard how they fixed the door to prevent further injuries. Now they have a door and pea gravel that has shown to cause injuries to dogs in their care, and I have yet to hear how they are mitigated these concerns!!I’ve had 10 dogs throughout my life, and I never shut a door on my dogs paw; let alone cause injury to my dog! Shame on Tailwaggers for not taking responsibility!!Go to Rovers Resort. Go to Lisa’s Little Paws. Go anywhere but here!!

I called and made an appointment for my dog to get groomed. I showed up today for the appointment only to be told they had no record of anything, despite them having taken all my information. The woman behind the desk was less than friendly and didn't seem to care one bit that they had messed up. Complete waste of my time, and unnecessary stress to my 5 month old puppy. Definitely will not be returning.

My youngest pup goes to daycare and absolutely LOVES it. She gets excited from the minute we turn down the street. And I get to see live videos while she is there and she comes home content as can be. I am very pleased with my choice in doggy daycare. <3

Tailwaggers of Greenville is the only place you should be bringing your dog! I boarded my dog there for at least one week every month due to travel and they treated her like a Queen! You could tell by the connection of the pack leaders and my dog! We just moved away and they gave her a going away gift and were genuinely sad to see her go. It is unfortunate I won’t have these guys around anymore, but it will be the best decision you make by bringing your dog here for camp and boarding! Thank you ladies for the peace of mind every time I left town. I always knew Callie was in good hands!

My dog Rusty went here for the 2nd time on May 7th 2022, and got a staph infection from the pebble rock. He is one sick dog. I don't understand why it's there? You know it's hard on their feet and obviously carries alot of bacteria. 3 antibiotics for 18 days. He won't be coming back.

I have no complaints with their actual service, however they are choosing to ignore or not implement public health safety precautions. I saw five staff members with no masks, no social distancing, and no hand hygiene in the time I was there. We will be choosing different providers for dog services in the future.

We take our dog there for boarding when we go on vacation, and occasionally, for daycare. The "pack leaders" are wonderful! We watch him on camera as he is kept busy, and the workers keep him healthy and happy. He loves it, and so do we!

Our dogs love Tailwaggers! One of our dogs is boarded pretty regularly as we camp a lot and his anxiety while camping makes the experience miserable for all of us. He is much happier playing with his friends at Tailwaggers. Neither of our dogs has ever shown any anxiety or nervousness when coming to Tailwaggers. The best part is that they are exhausted when they get home and sleep for about 24 hours! Tailwaggers is clean, well organized, and the staff is wonderful. We have used them for boarding, daycare, and grooming and have been happy with everything.

The staff are very nice and when I picked my dog up he got to me in a very orderly fashion. The prices aren't too bad and my dog seemed to have lots of fun while being there! There are also doggy cams you can watch while away, available between 9 & 3pm if I remember right.

My lab went there in perfect condition over Easter break Friday - Monday. When we picked him up he was limping. 2 of his pads where completely torn off.....he has not done anything but lay around since we brought him home. When we called there the manager said he played hard....hard or not hard....was he playing on glass? When a dog is limping you do not have him continue playing. They were not willing to do or say anything.....and still have not heard form the owners who we requested to have us call us back...not the manager. I have pictures if anyone wants to see. After this happening on Monday we found out from a friend that this is not the first issue they have had with the pebbles they use for there play area. My recommendation.....DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY!

My dogs loved going here, but two times now they have come home from boarding extremely sick. Both dogs are extremely healthy young dogs who have twice returned home with terrible coughs/dry heaves and choking on air. Our older dog (4 yrs) also has a runny nose and eye discharge. The first time we thought it was just a fluke, but this is now the second issue and we will not be returning.

Wow. Just wow. That’s all I have to say.We have been going to Tailwaggers for years. They have gone down hill the last year. Just today I couldn’t get a straight answer on the phone about taking my mother-in-laws dog over the holidays (emergency situation), so we figured that meant they had openings. Brought the dog in and the woman was down right rude! Had she just said that they were not taking dogs the whole conversation would have been avoided. On top of all of this, I feel like this company have become “elitists”. We were told the “owners” aren’t taking new dogs for evaluation. And if you even mutter the breed, pit bull, they refuse to talk to you!Do yourself a favor and find a more caring and helpful kennel.

We have been taking our Bichon Poodle mix for grooming with Sara. We have been very happy with the way She cuts his very thick and curly hair and the way he is cared for. I feel it's a safe place for him.

Always dependable when I need to board my dog, and very patient with him! He gets nervous when he first comes in but I am told he relaxes and has fun... and I can tell from how worn out he is after a day at daycare!
