I love this place to bring my dogs and cats in Greenville. They are conveniently located in Greenville, with easy access to the building for animals that have anxiety seeing the vet. I’ve been coming to visit Dr. Seth for the past 14 years. He has guided me in different steps in our pet’s journey, from putting my cat down, to taking care of my senior dogs (our two, 14 years old Yorkies and still going strong thanks to Dr Seth’s advice and knowledge) to our two new pups. I trust Dr. Seth and his staff to care and love for my pets as much as we do.

Dr Seth is absolutely amazing. He is extremely knowledgeable and thorough. Not to mention a great mentor to the students that shadow him. If it wasn’t for him our senior pup wouldn’t be with us today! The attached photo is from 2 years ago when our, then 13 year old, pup had her post splenectomy follow up. Dr Seth found a tumor on her spleen during a routine check up and literally saved her life. I’ll be forever grateful that our fur-babies have him! 🙏

Called this morning to try and get my dog in into someone. I asked a question but the lady wanted to argue instead of help and super rude. Very disrespectful. They need to hire someone who understands customer service on the phone and who cares.Received a call from the owner who was very professional and wanted to make it right. Also apologized for the experience. Updated to 4 stars for the call back from the owner who tried to get me in today and was passionate about helping.

I have modified my review as it was brought to my attention that Dr. Seth was instrumental in locating my dog’s cancer after reviewing x-rays done by another vet. However, though Dr. Seth may be a great vet, it is nearly impossible to get an appointment within a timely manner. My dog would have had better odds of survival if the cancer were caught sooner. I had brought him in months earlier for what they indicated was a lipoma, which was in the same spot as the lymphoma started, and it leads one to wonder if he wasn’t misdiagnosed. Also, because I could not get an appointment for weeks when he stopped eating and was getting sick, despite my pleas to get him in sooner (which was quickly dismissed by the woman on the phone), it prolonged his dx and tx. I finally gave up trying to get him in to Heritage and took him to Blue Pearl, where they found the cancer (staff there were very kind).I recently called to get my other pup in for a tick bite, lumps, skin lesion, feeling unwell; but again was told it would be weeks before they could see her. The girl answering the phone was again dismissive, and definitely not compassionate, even when I mentioned that I had just lost our other dog. There was no I’m sorry for your loss or anything of that nature other than to say we can’t get her in. I’m assuming it was the same one I dealt with for my other pup. So again, I will be seeing another vet for treatment of my dog because I cannot get her an appointment there.I see other great reviews, and I wish the concern and compassion people speak of were extended to all. But that has not been my experience, especially with whomever I am talking to on the phone when I call. Please help me to understand how I can have that compassion extended to my pets and I.

The care my puppy has received has been outstanding! We've seen multiple vets (due to rescuing a pup from Texas who came loaded with parasites and still needed to be spayed-highly recommend laproscopic procedure) and every veterinarian has been incredibly knowledgeable and kind. Communication is fantastic. Reasonably priced. Very happy thus far with baby North's care.

I've had really great experiences with everyone who works here. Very kind and responsive. The doctors are so nice and explain things clearly and in layman's terms when necessary - which is really helpful if/when you're stressed out about your pet. I don't ever feel judged about the decisions I make regarding my dog. I really appreciate you guys!

The techs were wonderful! The stars are for them.The veterinarian my two small senior dogs and I saw, however, was dismissive, unfriendly, unkind and barely willing to answer my questions. She examined the dogs out of my presence, which was bewildering, and was curt and not empathetic at all! I don’t believe she cared about my dogs in the least…She didn’t give me a clear explanation about what options or timeline I had to care for their health going forward and I felt as though I was being blamed for the dogs’ issues even though I explained they were not under my care for over a year. The BILL was over $600 for an “examination” and basic shots! I left feeling demoralized and ripped off. It was a terrible experience.I will absolutely and easily find a far better vet.

We have had such a wonderful experience with Dr. Pappe. Our cat had been struggling with various symptoms, Dr. Pappe suggested a medication and our little guy is doing so so well. He even personally called me to follow up with bloodwork results. Office staff are incredibly kind and friendly. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone seeking high quality care for their pet!

A couple of days ago, we took our Springer Spaniel to Dr. Seth Oberschlake to have her put to sleep. For a guy who can be pretty tough, I was devastated by the thought of loosing our 13 year old puppy.The care and compassion Dr. Oberschlake demonstrated helped me understand my puppy was in pain and her life was not what it should be. He walked me through the process as I laid on the floor with Ellie. The anesthetic worked as intended and I held her as she faded into a place she was not in pain.He came back in and administered the final shot, which stopped her heart. He understood I felt bad and was falling apart, not easy to admit for a guy who has faced some pretty tough situations.I found the staff and Dr. Seth Oberschlake to be professional and compassionate in this difficult time for me. All I can say is THANK YOU for helping both Ellie and myself through a very difficult time.

Each fall I take my pups in for a pre-hunt checkup. Heritage Animal hospital takes great care of my pups. Customer service is excellent. This year they accommodated an appointment change with no questions asked. Axle and Rokon won't go anywhere else.

We adopted our dog in October of 2022 and have been to Heritage Animal Hospital several times for routine shots and other things that have come up. The staff has always been super friendly, and our Veterinarian has been wonderful! Always takes the time to listen and explains things thoroughly! Our dog is also very comfortable around them!

Our Siberian Husky developed a bladder infection which spread to her uterus. If not for the care of Heritage staff she would probably not be alive today. Their care and attention to detail was second to none. I would highly recommend having all of your fur baby needs entrusted with them.

I usually hate going to the vet as much as my cat and I try to treat everything naturally but after a long battle with ear mites and an ear infection I brought him in and it was thee chillest vet experience I've been to. Those who work there love their job and are great at it! They didn't press me to do anything. What made me very very happy is they didn't press me to vaccinate him either. Some clinics insist on injecting your animal just to look at them if your a new customer. Also the price was so reasonable. I'll be going back if I need to!

I had to take in one of my cats to be seen somewhat urgently since All Creatures unfortunately could not get us in for months with their scheduling issues. This was one of the locations they recommended. I do not trust my animals with just anyone, and I hesitantly scheduled an appointment within a week for him to be seen by the vet. The provider I met was a very sweet gentleman who not once lectured me on my care of my cats paw, he asked for any history I could provide, and I apologized to him for what his paw looked like at that time. I am a nurse, but not for animals, so I knew I bit off more than I could chew when the wound progressively got worse. We now have been seeing him weekly for bandage changes and POC, and my little old man is not only attached to my hip again, he is also trying to walk on his paw. This is something he hasn't done in MONTHS. So, if you are looking for a new location for your furbaby, please give them a call ❤️ all the professionals there are sweet, kind, and non-judgmental. They have my utmost trust and I will continue going there.

We cannot recommend Heritage staff and Sr. Seth highly enough! Dr. Seth literally saved the life of our sweet rescue dog. This was after we were terribly let down by the lack of knowledge, level of not caring and disappointment of a larger, well know facility in the area - Countryside Vets. After 18 years of trusting Countryside and a change in their staffing, our poor dog endured over three months of poor care even though we repeatedly returned to seek help for her!Dr. Seth has simply been amazing at knowing what the problems were and caring about Birdie enough to bring her back to a life today which we could not have imagined was possible when we first went to see him.We will be forever grateful to Dr. Seth - FOR CARING as he does and to his staff for helping us to get to see Dr. Seth for help.Our confidence and trust has been restored in the knowledge that we now have a vet who cares AND who is knowledgeable and can help when needed. We are so grateful to Heritage!!!!!

10/10 recommend. Heritage Animal Hospital cared for my two cats throughout their life and were excellent. Dr. Oberschlake and the Vet Tech's were incredibly kind when we had to make the tough decision of euthanizing our cat. Couldn't have asked for a better vet to care for our family members.

I love this place. As someone who Is studying to become a CVT the Greenville one has the best and most thoughtful doctors and CVTS. I recommend bringing your pet here if you want amazing quality service! The only downside is the price but the price is worth the service they provide.

Dr Hinz is amazing! He examined my Frenchie and determined he had a spinal injury. Through the recovery process the entire staff showed genuine care and concern not only for my dog but the healing process with my family. We had a tough day yesterday having to put down our young cat, Oswin. Dr. Ewing and the team at Heritage Animal Hospital made what could have been a devastating appointment into a comforting and relieving experience. They handled our buddy with the utmost care and gave us the perfect balance of emotional support and peaceful privacy. I have to especially give kudos to Dr. Ewing. Her bedside manner is one of the best I have ever seen. She said everything we needed to hear to give us the much needed peace in our difficult decision and explained the appointment in just enough detail to manage our expectations. She is simply a wonderful doctor. Thank you all for your kindness and professionalism. We look forward to seeing you again when we decide to add another furry friend to our family.

Dr. Pape and all the personnel that work at this office are great! Are they professional, of course....but they treat you and your pet like you're the most important part of the team. That goes a long way in my book. My Dogs have always been well treated at Heritage. Their service and care is worth every penny.

We had an issue with one of our elderly cats. He had stopped eating and drinking. Our regular Vet (who I won't mention or ever patronize again) who had treated him for 17 years was unsympathetic to our plight. They couldn't see him for a week or so. An employee of a different vet told me Heritage was doing a good job of squeezing in patients in emergency situations so I called them and I am sure glad I did. They got us in the next day. Dr Pape and the rest of the staff were wonderful to deal with. Spot has made a miraculous recovery and is now doing just fine. We will never take any of our pets anywhere else. So after 4 decades of patronizing the un-named Vet, located between Appleton and Menasha we will never step foot in the place again

Staff are great. Found a stray kitten and they took care of it and helped find a home. I liked the staff so much I now take my cat here.
