Stopped in two weeks ago and got 4 bags of fertilizer very helpful. Stopped back this Sunday afternoon for more about 3.30.Store was open cashier was there taking money for gas customers but even though the product I wanted was 20 feet behind her I couldn't buy it store is closed even though I was standing in it. I was told to come back Monday. No I went and spent almost $200.00 at competitor.Ridiculous they have an employee standing by the register in the store and they can't sell you any product.

Staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. They didn't have what I needed and explained how the items I needed were going to be hard to find anywhere. They took the time to write the items part numbers down to make it easier for me to find them at other places. I will definitely go back.

Purchased a $700 saw, Wyatt seemed annoyed I wanted to have him put in my ace rewards number, don't think he even did. Bought something else a few minutes later and I know he didn't enter it then.

I have a rather large garden, their bags of fertilizer,lime,seed,you name it they have it. I've always thought their pricing was fair.

I came in for a tube for a tire that would cost 10... they charged me 77 for the tube the new tire and the cleaning which I didn't know about. Great job! Won't be going back I can get it done for less elsewhere

I gave Ace Hardware, Greenville, WI a 2 star rating, because of how rude the hardware customer service representative treated me via phone. He contacted me and right from the start was hostile and had a very bad attitude. We live in Greenville and normally shop in the hardware department, but as of 04/07/2021, will NEVER shop there again. I don't know if this is a new manager or not, but if so either way, he needs to be terminated.I spoke calmly until he immediately gave me an attitude. I worked in management in a large bolstered and definitely know how to treat customers. No one deserves to be treated like I was. I told him, my husband has severe dementia and Parkinson's and he could have cared less. Maybe, they think they can treat female customers negatively, but I am a strong independent wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and advocate for children and suicide interventionist and will never accept this behavior from anyone. Please consider this review for your hardware needs as quite possibly male and female customers are treated poorly. I will never recommend Ace Hardware or Greenville Cooperative to any family,friends and neighbors. I will explain why I would rather drive ten miles to Appleton and shop at Northside Hardware anydy rather than be treated so badly

Won't allow you to prepay for gas and didn't have a popular brand of cigarettes but over all nice friendly staff hardware store is convenient

Very happy with the customer service here. They are always asking to help, and provide quality feedback on projects etc. I appreciate them even saying, to not buy the more expensive item since I probably don't need it. :)

I live in Greenville and want to support local but go elsewhere often as every time I call or go in they are rude or act like I am bothering them. I say this in hopes this will improve. I want to like this place and try over and over but same result every time.

This is a new Ace hardware in Greenville. It's the first time we visited it. They have a lot of stuff in there including the Christmas lights I was looking for, which by the way everybody else was out of. So if what you're looking for is not at Walmart or Menards or Home Depot check your Ace hardware. 👍😁

This place is ok, just very annoying that you have to check out twice of you buy anything from the hardware side. It definitely keeps me from coming here unless I have to.

First visit. Not impressed. Couldn't even cut a key because the guy wasn't in I guess. Those machines can be run by anyone with a 5 minute lesson.
