Have stopped here multiple times for our home improvement projects. They literally have just about everything needed and it always seems to be great quality stuff. We most recently purchased several trees that just came in and they are all doing great. Very clean inside and the employees are very helpful in things needed. A short distance off of USH 41 with plenty of parking. Will be back again!

There is no question about the fact that the issue showed up a few weeks after install. I don't know what happened to it.  Nobody in my family knows what happened to it.  I can tell you this.  I've never seen carpet do that before.   Not even the 15 year old carpet we just had replaced to have carpeting sold to us by Home Depot and made by Mohawk.  I'm 53 years old and I always had carpeting in my house.   I travel for a living.  I never seen any disgusting hotel carpet to that.Who would ever thought that you go into your local Home Depot to purchase carpeting and installation,  that your are going to wind up being screwed by them because you have been sold some poorly made carpet!

update: 1-15-24I will first say that the older salesman in the rental section was awesome. Other than that, the scaffolding I rented was for the inside of my house. $100 for the day. When we picked it up, it was covered in snow and ice. We had to lie it on the kitchen floor to thaw the pieces out. Once we wiped the pieces all down we set it up. The biggest problem was that once the scaffolding was set up and I was on top painting my ceiling, every time I grabbed the guard rail, pieces of the rusted paint would chip off of the rail and fall either to the ground or into my paint bucket. This happened all day long. To me this is just unacceptable.Please get competent, experienced staff in your stores!!!!! I asked a question about a tile cutter to which I was referred to a girl driving a forktruck to which she responded that they are in the hardware aisle. Nice job! They were right next to where I was standing, which was feet away from you. Time to move on to someone who has any knowledge (Bellevue). The next day I was at the Mason store and I waited and waited and waited to be told someone is coming twice. Someone shows up after 45 minutes to ask me If he could help me. I ask him if he has done tiling to which he tells me, " no, but what is your question?" Already pissed off, I ask him the question to which he says "I'll be right back". He leaves to ask someone else. Five frikin minutes later he returns to tell me to get a sanding stone. I ask him if they carry them, to which he again responds, "I'll be right back". At that point I decided it would be best for me to just walk out of the store. USELESS WASTE OF MY TIME!!!!!

Delivery service is awful. Two set for Wednesday, first one went perfectly, second driver got lost and went home, called service center, rescheduled for Thursday , never showed or called, called service center again to reschedule for Friday, they wouldn’t tell me am or pm, Friday they did call but at 6:25am! We don’t open until 9. Had they told me I could have had someone there early. I called the store, to only hear the excuse, it’s not our fault, we, contract out the delivery service and have no control, all we can do is give you a 14 hour window from 6am-8pm. I hung up. I had crew waiting all day Wednesday then again all day Thursday. Will see if I ever get them Friday. Terrible terrible contractor service!!

I am absolutely never disappointed by the West Green Bay Home Depot. Recently acquiring a home built in 1953, renovations are a must! Every employee is always more than willing to ask if we have any questions, or to point us in the right direction. Customer service is always awesome.I highly suggest utilizing their app also for finding things in the store. Accuracy is awesome.P.S. I am also a pro member, but no employee knows that until checkout, so it does not affect how I am treated in the store.

We went to the Home Depot on the west side and there was an exceptional sales associate, his name started with a "D" possibly Dave??? First I was in the isle just looking around he asked if I wanted any help originally I didn't then changed my mind and he helped me figure out prices of some wood marked 70% off, then he brought over a couple more pieces that was on a different cart to see if I wanted that. Not only was he helpful and genuinely cared about other people he was very friendly as well; made you feel as comfortable as being right at home. Then he saw us in another section of the store loading up drywall on our cart. He said here let me help you with that and just started helping, this definitely sets him aside from others who may have asked if you wanted help and waited for an answer...he just started helping with no hesitation! Then if that wasn't enough he said he would bring it out to the vehicle for us to help load. Keep in mind the temperature is below zero with a wicked windchill. I said oh no you don't have to it's too cold he said he would. This goes way beyond good customer service, I am not too good with words but it was very touching. Thank you for helping us, not only did it help us physically but it was nice working with someone who wanted to help us like a team.

Dave Z is a ROCK STAR! I needed to get some lumber items, and get them cut to size for a sewing room enhancement project for BOTH my wife and a friend of hers. Dave gave us (mostly them!) the expert help and insight into getting what we needed. Cuts were needed and needed to be relatively precise. While I was off getting other needs, Dave continued on to the cutting. Both, without even asking for precision were absolutely astonished at just how carefully Dave set up the saw, and checking and rechecking measurements with a precise eye as keen as if this was his own project. When we got home, he was DEAD ON THE MONEY with the cuts (tolerances well within a 16th of an inch). Dave's colleagues were also very helpful in the moving and loading of our materials - taking extreme care with both our vehicles and the materials. YOU ROCK, DAVE Z!

Ordered a fridge and it died within one month. It was under warranty and their service provider for warranty work billed it as a compressor failure. We waited 2 months for it to be fixed and all he did was replace a switch in 5 minutes. Home depot is getting scammed by the local warranty repair company. If I knew it was a 5 minute fix on a cheap part I would have done it myself. Very angry over the entire ordeal.

I rented paint sprayer from this location “810 S Taylor st.” My experience here was fantastic. Long Thao “customer experience manager” went out of his way to help me out with getting all the supplies I needed to get my project complete. He was fantastic!I also had a fantastic experience with the gentleman from the rental department. Kevin Hoppe was very informative on everything we rented. Kevin and Long are great assets to Home Depot. We need more people like this in the world.

I am not a fan of Home Depot. I went to this store a couple times to try to give it a chance and I just can't. I don't like the store layout, employees are not helpful. It feels like a hectic mess every time I try to shop here.

It was like 11.14 or something there was a lady she was so kindly and polite and I asked her about the refrigerator thermometer and there is 2 guy and 1 woman came and I have never seen some ego like that women has.She was mean and acting like running the country as a president.She was so rude to woman try to help me and other 2 guy said something to her and make her uncomfortable and she left.She was we don’t carry those stuff,do online hey you lady why you are spending your time here go help register and making moves with her hands.If she is supervisor or something I can’t imagine what kind of Patience employees has.

I bought extra long metal pipes that needed to be cut up and they cut them, free of charge to the size I needed. Staff very friendly and helpful. I also had to return and I had no hassles returning items that I didn't need.They also have discounts for military veterans

I always like shopping here. Plus, I received a military discount. Why go to Menards and get a 11% mail in coupon you have to spend there. At Home Depot you can receive a 10% cash discount off the price at checkout

4 Stars only because not all of their employees seem to know where various products / items are, in the store. You may have to ask several employees, in order to find what you are looking for. Other than that, a clean, well organized store.

Like all these stores, there's an indoor and then there's an outdoor. That's some distance away so if you park at one You're not close to your car when you come out. It's a pain for handicap people.

Buyer Beware!We purchased a GE stove which was delivered. Unfortunately, the stove did not work. When we finally got a replacement, the handle was dented (twice). Trying to get a replacement was a nightmare. The call center is awful. They won’t ever call you back. The Store Manager at HD west was suppose to call me, but never did. Then GE never shipped the handle. It has been a month and I still don’t have a handle or answers as to when it will come. I had loved Home Depot but will probably do Menards in the future.

I ordered carpet in March. Was told a delivery install date about two weeks. The girl at the register(I cannot remember her name now it has been so long) scheduled everything wonderful. I got a call THE DAY BEFORE install advising the carpet had gotten damaged and LYNN the manager said about 1-2 weeks. I never heard from him and I had to call back at 2.5 weeks(giving time due to slow downs these days) to find out they never ordered it and had to wait another 4 weeks for more. Lynn, the manager said he was going to call me and update me…NEVER did!!! I had to call them back 3 more times to finally get my carpet in MAY!! The install company finally comes and does the carpet, my whole house mind you…over $7000 they have had for MONTHS!!! That’s not all… they do a horrible job where the seam at my master is a BIG gap holes in my daughters closet space, they even put the doors on wrong and my wife slammed her finger in it!!! Not to mention the pictures(see for yourself) that they threw the stuff on the ground outside and even had a cooler of beer in the van with a can open near it!!!After this tragedy where I took off work to make sure they could finally get this done I have to wait longer…. Here I am now 8/19/21 after many calls back to LYNN finding out they are still waiting on carpet to comeFix the mess they made!!!! Avoid carpet install from here at all costs!!!! They lie, never call you back and hold your money FOREVER!!!

Love my plant I got from them ❤ just wish the cashier was more qith the times on LGBTI ppl thu and the Manger too. It just proves to me that green bay still needs a lot of work as there is lots of ignorant ppl out there I would have given more star's but I don't think they deserve it yet.

We have been getting paint samples for over 2 years. We go home, paint a quick brush on the wall, then we come back and buy the entire gallon can, and give them the paint sample. (Why would we need it when we have a gallon now). We have spent HUNDREDS of dollars on just paint, in the last 2 years alone.On Saturday we were charged $7 for a SAMPLE of paint. Never have we ever been charged or even mentioned this. Different cashiers each time as well. (Paint counter has also never said anything). Are you really that money hungry Home Depot? Mind you, each paint gallon is $60.Why all of a sudden are we being charged for paint samples??

Service wasn't good, wasn't prompt most staff behind will call were playing on their phones! Purchased some milwaukee power tools and one of the battery's won't charge! Along with the purchase of a milwaukee lunch box that wasnt placed correctly and was charged more money that the tagged price showed! Only reason I am giving it 2 stars is because they have a great selection of milwaukee products!

Dale from the paint department was absolutely amazing! He answered all of our questions and helped us find the perfect kind of paint for our project. He was even patient as I went back and forth between paint colors. It's getting harder to find help from workers in any store that are kind and are knowledgeable, so we appreciated all of Dale's help.

I just wanted to say thank you for all the extra time and advise Mary in Garden gave me! I had gone to several other stores and nobody could help me with the questions on plants. Mary not only knew the answers but took me outside and showed me where they were, and how to plant and care for them. If you have any gardening questions, she is the answer. I wish I had a person in my company who is willing to go the extra mile for the customers like she does.. True asset to Home depot!! Thank you again Marry

Never had an issue with them until we ordered flooring recently. We were given a delivery date and told someone should be home to take the delivery. Okay, so one of us missed work. The flooring didn't arrive that day. My husband called and was told to wait until the next day. That's another day of missed work, and it didn't show again. Finally my husband talked with some low-level employee and they were able to tell him it would be here in two days time and that they'd refund the $35 shipping fee. On thousands of dollars worth of flooring that we just lost two days of wages waiting for.Not cool, Home Depot. When you make a delivery appointment, you should deliver when you say you will. And don't tell people they should be here for the delivery when they don't need to be! The delivery guy dropped it when no one was home, so that was two days of missed wages for NOTHING. That was like a $600 surcharge for your incompetence. That is not a good business model.Definitely going to go through Menard's or Lowe's for the rest of our remodel needs. Never had shipping issues with them.

The higher ups lie and make everything your fault... If you have any intelligence DO NOT shop at this store go to Menards or Fleet Farm.

Rented the stump grinder cutters were wore off when I picked it up. Told me to bring it back to the store rental people are terrible to deal with charges full price and blame me and the dealer on why it didn't work for me.
