Brought my dog for a spa day. She got to play all morning and then got groomed in the afternoon. She seemed to have enjoyed her time.

excellent place to leave your dogs. staff are friendly. never seem to see oddities in my dog post daycare. always tired after pickup. conveniently do both half day and full day rates. facility is clean. they have televisions inside to see how the dogs are behaving. would always recommend.

My two dogs love going to day care and getting boarded there! They always pull to go play when we get there. And come home happy and tired.

They know our dog by name and are always so excited to see her. She comes home a lot happier from Tailwaggers compared to other places.

My labradoodle had a bad experience first time being groomed at a different groomer. Mary does a wonderful job and I know Henry can be a handful. They are also very positive. The best part is he also gets to play for the day. Thank you

STEER CLEAR OF HERE. I dropped my dog off to stay overnight on September 10th. He was there for maybe 14 hours. When we dropped him off there were no signs posted anywhere saying their facilities are swamped with kennel cough and the staff did not inform me that their dogs had been getting kennel cough from staying there. When i picked him up on Sunday no staff had warned me that he could have been exposed to kennel cough. My dog was vaccinated for it, so i did not suspect anything. A week later, he came down with kennel cough. I called TailWaggers up and it was like pulling teeth trying to get them to admit they knew the virus was going around their facility. Well Kevin came to admit that they knew about it for 2 to 3 WEEKS, but did not feel the need to inform me when i picked my dog up. When asked why they kept taking in dogs while the problem persisted, he said they did not want to turn away customers and lose money. It is SHAMEFUL that this pathetic excuse for an establishment did not feel the need to share critical information about my dog’s health with me. It would have saved me a lot of time and an expensive trip to the vet. Had I known he had been exposed to kennel cough, I could’ve taken care of him much faster. If i could give less than 1 star I would. I am furious.

We boarded our dog for a long weekend and unfortunately some health issues came up. The staff went out of their way to provide our dog emergency care and compassion. Due to their knowledge and fast response, our dog received the care she needed. They loved our dog as their own. We will definitely continue to utilize their services!!!

We have used them to board our dog. We also had a grooming that was great.I like that we can check up on our "guy" during his stay.My only thing is that I wish the workers when visiting the dogs were more effectionate to those who want pets. The girl I happened to see did not look like she wanted to be there.Otherwise, Great experience .

I had a terrible experience with a boarding facility in Hobart called Wagg Inn pet hotel. I brought my Weimaraner there to trial it for a few hours and when I picked her up she had open areas on her paws. She was in discomfort and vomited when we got her home…I was distraught. We were heading on vacation soon and there was no way I was going to leave my weim there. It was a weekend and I ended up calling tailwaggers, the owner answered the phone and welcomed me in for a tour. She was a huge help and answered all my questions. She also informed me that Weimaraners have very little fur on their paws, something I didn’t know. She recommended products for that and after showing her pictures of my dogs wounds she recommended I take her in to the vet so the open areas don’t get infected and get something for her pain. She was so caring and knowledgeable. If this other facility had the knowledge maybe they wouldn’t have let my dog out in the hot sun pacing on pea gravel or only kept her out there for short periods. All they had to do was keep my dog safe. I will definitely take my dog to tailwaggers, so thankful for the owner and her help.

Our vaccinated dog has kennel cough. He has been boarded before at a different facility and come home happy, relaxed and tired. He came home from 2 nights at the Howard Tailwaggers visibly in pain; not sure if it was muscles, paws or both. Now a few days later he is sick. I don't know what happened at that facility but it won't happen to my dog again.

Called to inquire about doggy day care.. in the forms online it said nothing about cane corso in the breed restrictions but I double checked over the phone and that’s when they lady who I spoke to got very defensive and judgemental over cane corsos and you could tell she didn’t really want her coming and she said that. They have had a bad experience in the past with other cane corsos so they would be very hesistant with her in the future and that because she’s 5 months she would be ok right now but doesn’t know about once she hits 7 months.I believe a professional in the dog buisness out of anyone should know not to judge an entire breed on a few individual dogs. I will never bring my dog there because they were super judge mental before even meeting my puppy and I would never trust them around her or I know if anything even small would happen it seemed like it would be put on her as they already had a bad taste in their mouth about them.

It was my puppers first time in daycare. Cooper was really clean and happy to see me. He played well with others, my only complaint is the staff forgot his name. No big deal, being a newcomer. Highly recommend!

Our dog Champ stayed twice in 2016 and everything was fine. Stayed last weekend & it was a nightmare, not sure why such bad care. Champ came home swollen feet & temp of 103.5. Very heart wrenching, owner didn't seem to concerned on the phone

The staff is amazing! My dogs are my babies and I wouldn't bring them anywhere but Tailwaggers. They love the pampering they receive during their spa day visits 🐾💙

We have three dogs. The one we take there for "Doggie Daycare" acquired kennel cough and yes he is vaccinated per their policy. We have now made three seperate trips to the vet, bought three two week supplies of antibiotics and are dealing with three dogs coughing/puking daily at the cost of $360 not to mention the stress put on the older dogs. I really can't imagine the number of dogs people have brought in the past weeks that have acquired this. Not recommended nor will we bring our pets there again.

It's a nice place and I like the webcam but unfortunately they dont seem to watch over them very extensively or give them plenty of breaks like other places do. The pee gravel also ripped up my dogs paws over just a weekend. He still had a good time

Our dog loves it here. Every morning he gets up and grabs his leash so my wife can take him to play with his friends.

Avoid this place like the plague, I work at a nearby business and I always hear dogs yiping and workers yelling at them to shut up. Would never trust my dogs with them.

Very clean! Love that the dogs' play areas could be accessed via live Webcam and has direct access outdoors through glass double doors which provide a lot of natural light.

My dogs love going there for daycare and grooming. I also use them for boarding, both my dogs and I love it that they keep them together in the same kennel at night.

I love Tailwaggers but more important, my dogs love Tailwaggers! They look forward every week to seeing their doggie friends and playing with the pack leaders. Great place!

No pitbulls allowed?? This place is obviously not looking out for the dogs. Anyone who knows anything about dogs knows that pitbulls are not dangerous!!

I went in there today and was told that pit bulls were not allowed. I’m very upset and surprised that a professional company that cares for dogs would be uneducated to the point of having breed restrictions. Very disappointed.
