Was looking at information on this business to send our 3 year old mutt as she's been getting bored as the weather gets nicer and the 1st thing I see in FAQ is "we don't allow pitbulls..." and it goes on to provide no statistics or evidence it's simply because the owners of this business just don't like them. Also PITBULL is not a BREED of dog. If you want to be ignorant, at least be educated. I will make sure I tell people to NEVER use your business.

Fantastic place to take your animals. Great people, they have cameras that you can log into and watch your pups play. They do holiday things such as halloween dress up contest. They also do 24-hour pickup and drop off. They have a trainer on site

We've taken our lab Tex there a couple times now for multiple night boarding. I feel they really understand each animal's personality is unique and how each one needs special interactions compared to other animals. We will definitely be back for future boarding. I also love how we can check in on him with cameras when we are anywhere with internet access.

brought my dog in for a daycare trial. She has been to a lot of daycares and is a very playful lab mix. They said she didn't look like she felt like playing and left her in a room all day. They did not bother to call us or let us know this, if they had we would have picked the dog up. We bring her in so she can get some energy out. This was a ridiculous thing to do.

No pitbulls - our dog is 40% pitbull and has been to other daycares no problem. Bad policy. Go off of each individual dog. Not their breed.

Our 1st time boarding was this past weekend, and it was excellent! It was nice to be able to watch the cameras to check in and see how happy our puppies were! Highly recommend Poochies and Mutts!

Love dropping our babies off here when we go on vacation. It's a huge relief knowing we don't have to worry about their well being while away. It's great to be able to pull up their cameras to peak in on the kiddos while they're playing with the other dogs in the play area. The staff at Poochies & Mutts are excellent and we're always greeted with a friendly smile.

Our Morkie Bastian came home with the bottom 2 inches of all 4 of his paws and his entire under carriage covered in and stained yellow from pee. He stunk so bad seemed he had been that way for quite some time. Took several baths to get the smell and stains out. Not sure exactly what goes on there but I can venture a guess that it is a far cry from acceptable and definitely not worth what they charge. Will not be going back there to say the least.

Would definitely recommend this place for daycare, boarding AND grooming!! If your wondering if you should go else where, don’t! Prior to going here I was going to the Animal House and Petco but every time Id pick up my dog, they wouldnt tell me anything about her stay and the entire interaction felt so impersonal. Fast forward to now, not only can I watch my dog play online, but they actually remember my dog’s name and care to talk about her needs!! Prior to taking her here, I didn’t think she’d ever be a dog to like going to doggie daycare, shes attached to my hip 24/7 and doesn’t like to leave my side but fast forward to now and she eagerly wants to come back and play!!When Id take her to get groomed at Petco, not only did they NOT brush her or trim her nails, but she was shedding and back to stinky the next day! Im still shocked that since taking her to Poochies and Mutts for grooming, she STILL smells AMAZING on day 4!! She is so soft and looks like she lost 10lbs of fur, she is now ready for the hot days of summer! They even brushed, blowout her coat, and trimmed her nails, all included for the same price as Petco. At Petco they tried to say my dog was a handful and even charged me for her needing time to decompress, but Poochies and Mutts has never complained once and actually cares about my dog enjoying her time there!!We once even had a mix-up picking up our dog and they were more than accommodating. Not only did they resolve the problem quickly, they were very kind and understanding. I once had a mix-up at a different business and I was met with such rude remarks, but not here!!My biggest complaint is that they don’t allow bully breeds, BUT my guess was due to complaints of customers and lack of education in dog-owners as the facility was very knowledgable about dogs and didn’t seem to have any issues with other stereotypical “problematic” breeds like GSD’s and Rottweilers.

Amazing grooming. We have a Bernese Mountain Dog and he came back to us so fluffy he felt like a sherpa blanket and smelled great. Friendly staff took in my shy dog and brought him out tail wagging and smiling. Great pricing for all that fur!

Poochies and Mutts is amazing. We try to take Molly on a weekly basis in the winter to run all of her crazy energy off. Right when you walk in you know the facility is clean. The hours are convenient and the prices are fair. I pay $22 for a whole day of daycare and she comes home exhausted. In the winter it's hard to get to the dog park to let her run of some steam. That's where poochies and mutts comes in. The staff is friendly and always willing to give you a tour of the facility. I love when a business is transparent enough to let you see any part of their building at any time. They have nothing to hide. In fact, you can also watch their cameras online to see how your dog is doing! I love it! No complaints here.

The prices are a little higher than some others in the area, but they did a great job on our pup's grooming. We wanted her cut a specific way, but didn't really have a good description other than asking them to keep it longer in some areas, and she turned out great. They also have the best play area for dogs in town. We will likely be back here - a little higher price for higher quality.

Highly recommend Poochies and Mutts for grooming. We have two dogs that require high maintenance grooming on a routine schedule and Poochies and Mutts has been our reliable groomer for two years now. Scheduling is a bit tough as they boom fast but the service is worth it.

We took our up here while visiting family this last weekend. It was a first for both our pup and us as new dog owners. I was left very impressed by the facility and the staff. They took time to walk us through their setup, asked a lot of questions (how much we feed her, when), showed us the entire facility from the play areas to her space. I was very impressed with how clean and tidy every corner of the building was in. The rates were very reasonable, and our pup came out very happy. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Poochies and Mutts is a great place to bring your beloved pets for either daycare or boarding. The owner and staff are always very caring, and treat their clients as their own family. They are one of the best facilities in the Greater Green Bay area; and they are the only ones I trust to take care of my pets!

Excellent business. I make the 20+ minute drive to Poochies and Mutts rather than the 4 other places closer to my home because of the caring staff, the treatment of my pup, and the wonderful services. Prices are not low, but it is work the extra money for high service, and knowing my dog is being treated properly.

My dogs are always so excited to visit here and the staff is very pleasant and caring for the pets that visit. They do a great job grooming the dogs too. Very clean and healthy environment for the animals. Fun to watch our dogs play from our phones as they have cameras that allow for this.

I love this place. They are great at grooming. I use the doggy daycare regularly. My dog comes home tired and happy. Definitely recommend. The staff is caring and helpful and they take the time to answer all your questions.

All I have to say is this place is fantastic. The staff is kind and extremely helpful (especially Becky whom I worked with) and they acted quickly to help us when we were in a bind to find a comfortable and safe place for our chocolate lab, Argos. Their pet accommodations are clean, safe and comfortable. There staff is efficient and extremely kind. I highly recommend for those who want to make the best choice for their furry ones.

Highly recommended. They are very good at what they do. I went out of town for a week and couldn't take my dog with me so I had her boarded here. They gave her a bath and washed her blanket for me and didn't charge me extra for it. I will definitely repeat if I need to board her again.

Our 4 year old dog Juneau had the time of her life here last weekend. The facilities are phenomenal, the team was super friendly and so efficient, and the location was convenient. Can't say enough great things about this place and we will be back for sure. Can you open one in Milwaukee, please?

If I was able to select half a star rating I would do so. My sister and I are looking for a training class for her four-month-old great Dane mix. I cannot believe when I saw that Pooches and Mutts do not allow pit bulls to a puppy class. How is a dog supposed to learn socialization with all sizes and breeds if they are going to refuse helping a specific breed? What is that teaching the owners young and old? To fear a specific breed. It is just a puppy! A innocent puppy. You are also considered a kennel with boarding. If you were a daycare for children would you discriminate one of them? I am so glad there are other businesses that are doing it for the love of the animal not for money.

Poochies & Mutts is the best dog day care and boarding facility I’ve ever experienced. My dog has been to day care in Green Bay, Chicago, and New York and never had better care than at Poochies & Mutts. The rates are fair and the service, safety, and cleanliness are fantastic.
