I shop this location frequently and it’s always clean, stocked and organized. The cashier has always been a pleasant worker who greets you with a smile and your phone number to get those “treats”. Prices are reasonable and quality of products are exceptional.

I bought both of my parakeets here and they had wonderful and nice staff! They know their stuff and that’s amazing especially if someone is a beginner for pets and don’t know what’s the right stuff for the pets! Amazing!

Each experience is a little different this last visit was pleasant. It got very busy in the minutes we walked in and there was a nice gentleman named Bennett helping in the fish department and even though there were a lot of people in his way he was very calm about it. (We usually get a bunch of fish since we don't get down here much) i don't get too many good experiences that make me think about it later but Bennett deserves something a little extra for going the extra mile. Only because of this I give petsmart 5 stars. On a day when you can't find anyone to help you with anything I give 3 stars. This tells me you don't want the money I'm trying to give.

NEVER get your dogs groomed at pet smart. Especially at this location. I brought my dalmation / pit mix in today for 1030 for just a basic bath and brush. They said max hour and a half which is a little long but whatever. Called at 1215 and the girl didn't mute herself and said there's 4 other dogs ahead of her and she just needs to be dried so tell her an hour? when i brought her in there was one dog ahead of her? It doesn't take an hour to dry a dog and they know that. So I complained and of course she gets done 15 mins after that because they know they messed up. They say my dog is aggressive which is not the case at all! My regular groomer at tip top absolutely loves my dog and never has complaints and my dog always leaves happy but at pet smart she leaves panting and very high anxiety. I can tell they mistreat animals and overcrowd and have untrained people there because this happens every time Ive been to a pet smart. Also 88$ for a full grooming you can get for 40$ at Tip Top grooming and she will be in and out in an HOUR which is wayy more steps than just a basic bath and brush. I only went here because I couldn't get her in to my groomer till Monday but she smelled so bad from rolling in something so it was last option. I will never be back. If i could give zero stars i would, i feel so bad for what my dog was put through.

The pet wash was fantastic! $21 is a steal to not have a wet dog smell in your house. All supplies are there, including dryer!

Do not recommend going here for grooming! With so many private groomers I'm surprised this place has such dumb rules. They lost me as a customer before we even got started.

PetSmart is the higher end of franchise pet stores. They've got the brand cat food I need, and offer lots of discounts. They've partnered with the local humane society, and often have cats available which is wonderful since they see more customers. Good variety of items. Not recommended to purchase an animal from them as the care for animals is often sub-par. Great option for toys, tank decorations, pet food and live plants.

The staff at this location are seriously the friendliest, and most helpful people on 🌎! Honestly though.. they're amazing. Even if you're just popping in to pick up an order they'll take extra time to help you out with any questions etc. Kindness goes far in my book, and it's sometimes difficult to come by in our distracting, bustling world. You all rock!

We bout a beautiful baby python and he is very healthy so far, and a very broad selections. Plan to go back for a milk snake and a couple bearded dragons! And good service as well. Very reasonably priced.

A nice PetSmart store. They had a wide selection of fish and tanks that all were very clean. They have everything your standard PetSmart has but with the addition of a very nice healthy pet food section which I really appreciate. But not a lot of options for healthy cat food.

Each location is unique, with similar selection of animals. Staff are always friendly and willing to educate and help with your pet care needs like rewards program, but also is typical chain store vibes vs small business family run place. Stop there for convenience and everyday needs.

Pet smart is a great place for people to buy food, toys, gifts, clothing, fish, other pets, get their animals vaccinated, groomed or trained. I was surprised how many products and services are available here.

We have been here so many times that we might as well be employees at this point. Between our dogs, cats, and late hamster, bird, and fish, rarely have we encountered difficulty finding what we need. Any food, toys, treats, beds, etc, are readily available at fairly reasonable prices for a pet store. They offer plenty of specialty dog and cat foods, and some are frequently on sale. We even got one of our cats here through the Humane Society. He did not live long due to preexisting health issues from being a street cat, but he was the most loving cat I've ever known. The employees I have interacted with have always been polite and helpful. Personally, I like to find really good deals in odd places, so I don't always shop in typical pet stores, but when I do, PetSmart is my first choice.

Very friendly and helpful staff. They carry items I couldn't find elsewhere. They're a bit of a drive but I'm in that area occasionally and the will do freedelivery for minimum order. And it's not hard to hit that mark with pet essentials. Will probably use them more frequently in the future.

Sadly they were a little overpriced and I ended up going to PetSmart. For all. I know they both own each other lol. PetSmart matches their online prices, I'm not sure Petco does that or not. The pouch food that I bought was cheaper also at PetSmart. Although I do go back and forth, you usually need to pay attention. I do not care for their new fish. Tank display. Seems very stark. I much preferred the more natural look.

Fix how you respond to people when YOU AS A STORE have a faulty POS system that can freely decline and place Auth Holds but yet, go through approved the 2nd time inconveniently double charging me. Making me wait 3 to 4 days for the Hold to release. AND have a attitude when being asked for a receipt showing a decline when funds were there. Fix it before someone Above you does. Period

The fish always have disgusting tanks and the aquatic turtles are always stressed out. My son and I found two betta dying in cups and asked the manager if he would make sure they would be given care immediately. He refused so I took them home. Testing their water proved the parameters were way outside the healthybrnage for betta. One diedbthat night, the other recovered a little bit after being in healthybwater, but ultimately died as well within the next day due to her illness.Petsmart doesn't care about animals. Do not buy fish here!!!!!

I spent $80 on a cage the employee said would work for my gerbil, it ate through it, and could have also gotten eaten by my cats or dog. She also told me that gerbil specifically couldn’t be with others because he wouldn’t get along with other gerbils. He was lonely for a couple months and extremely happy when I finally bought him a friend from petco. These people have no clue what they are talking about.

Had four fish I have bought from there die in 2-3 weeks. But only way to get a refund or replacement is to bring the dead fish in. I would have done so, if it wasn't a 70+ mile round trip from my home. Update: I bought more fish from there and these have been doing fine with no problems. Maybe a bad batch?

Manager was really rude. Accused us of stealing but the cashier was the one that didn’t scan the item, we had no clue. We only found out after trying to return the tank since it was too small. Then tried to purchased another tank but was given wrong information that turns out, the manager was just trying to upswell. Wouldn’t recommend this place.

Ally has been grooming my little dog, Lollipop, for quite a few years. I've tried other places since I now live an hour away from Green Bay but no one grooms her as well as Ally. The store is very clean and organized.
