a little over 3 years ago we and 8 or 9 year orange and white cat named emma. when we first got her she was so shy that she wouldn’t leave under my bed for anything other than going to the bathroom. we even had to put her food under there. but it is now 3 years later and she is laying in my bed meowing at me so i cuddle with her as i right this!

Miss Pearl graduated puppy class with Heather. My wife and I have also enrolled Willy for intermediate school. Heather knows her sh!t when it comes to training and dogs in general. Our dogs love her.

Never had a bad experience until recent. Very disappointed in the grooming services. They allowed a new groomer who was acting nervous around my dog clip her nails, ended up hurting her by getting her quick, iturn scarring my dog for foreseeable future, as now has major anxiety going to vet or anywhere for that fact. Don't hire people who are going to be nervous around dogs

groomers should listens to customers pertaining to how we want our dog groomed! My dog was butchered and looks nothing like himself! The groomer cut all his hair and fringes from his ears! Even after I told her not to! He had a small nickel size mat that didn’t warrant this horrible cut!

Great fish good prices very clean store fish tanks were super clean unlike when I went to Petco there fish tanks were so dirty you couldn't even see the fish that were in them so I reccomend petsmart 5 STARS

Products are usually a bit pricy but they occasionally have a good deal, especially through the app. Training is ok. It is not easy to schedule because there has to be certain numbers of people at one class (?) and classes sometimes get rescheduled. Also, they teach more basic stuff, not for solving a behavioral problems. They might refer you to other training places though. I never tried grooming but I would like to try nail trim there. They told me it’s walk in and it costs $12.

Took my dog in to be groomed after a fish roll. Thought they did a good job, only to discover that they did not brush him out. So much undercoat still left. This after only 3 days. Will not return. Feel very ripped off.

Had close friends bring their dog to pet smart for grooming and the dog came back with deep sliced cuts in its leg and needed to be rushed to the vet, when the owners asked what happened they were given vague statements and there was seemingly no incident report filled out. I’ve also had negative experiences with the quality of products & especially products that are harmful to pets as well as witnessing poor quality training of the canines in the facility. I would not trust this company alone with any animals. Very disappointing.

We always bring our 12.5 yr ‘cranky spoiled old man’ Milesy to the Pilgrim Way Petsmart (10 yrs or so- now retired). The groomers are really really good. We’ve tried Door Co and the USA 48 states at different places and Milesy was left choppy and unfinished! Once in awhile at ALL places your pup might get a small nick its a HARD JOB. In 12 years Milesy was nicked 3-4x at all places it happens.TIP YOUR GROOMER ALWAYS!!!!!(Old pic hair was growing out we like SHORT hair everywhere).THANK YOU Pilgrim Way Petsmart!Pay your excellent groomers well to keep them!

Extremely disappointed by the grooming outcome for my dog, the unprofessional attitude and lack of adequate customer service from the grooming staff, and the dirtiness of the grooming salon - it looked like it hadn’t been swept all day. Beware of extra fees and directions that are not followed. You’re much better off going to Appleton if petsmart is your thing.

Cashiers are always super friendly and greet me when I come in, store always looks clean and taken care of. I come here pretty much exclusively for all my cats supplies! Plus there are super cute kitties in the adoption center!
