Princess feels comfortable with every member of you staff; therefore, leaves acting like a puppy again. They are even patient with her when she's cranky in the morning!!Had a mid-grooming nail cut... As usual, the service received was great!

Melissa D at the East Green Bay location is amazing. She not only does a great job but she is so good with our dog. He has so many trust issues and for him to not give her any problems and be okay with her means everything! He is a very fussy little dog when it comes to people but he seems to like being groomed by her. So we will keep bringing him back!

The girl who did my dogs grooming was fine. The 2nd groomer there, who was working the front desk upon arrival, was extremely rude and abrasive. Rough handling my dog and yelling at/lecturing my mother. They were running 5 minutes late due to a family emergency and the groomers do not answer there phone so they had no way of knowing unless they would listen to the voice mail left for them. So since that was frustrating to her she took it out on my dog and mother, I understand why is important to be on time but this woman wasted another 15 minutes standing there complaining. I ultimately think no matter what if you work in the customer service industry, especially as someone who your pet will be in the care of, you should be respectful and leave the customer feeling comfortable trusting you not the opposite questioning weather your pet will be mistreated by a worked up employee once you leave. ACT PROFESSIONAL OR FIND A NEW INDUSTRY!

Carol was so kind to our dog. She is 15 1/2 and got tired during her session. Carol gave her a break and let her rest...very appreciated. Her grooming was very well done, also.

Petco has pleasantly surprised me over and over again. Since becoming a dog owner 2 years ago, I had the impression that pet stores were going to be more pricey for everything. Walking into Petco you are always greeted, and some staff even know my dog's name. Their training classes were fun and the trainers are enthusiastic and care about you. The groomers are very nice and caring, and do a much better job than I've had done at boarding facilities that are known for pet grooming. Petco also has discounts or coupons you can watch for to Make pampering your dog more affordable. And the rewards frequently save me $5 at checkout.I also use Vetco for vaccinations. It's a one-stop shop, only thing missing is a self-serve dog wash.

It's way easier for me to have Lily wash and pamper my pooch. Lily is a very nice person, i think Daizee (my dog) likes Lily too. Easy in and easy out...very good experience.

The Groomers are always so helpful. My dog is older and they always give her a little extra care. They give her breaks during her groomer which my dog and I appreciate.
