Took my puppy in for her first full groom. They had shaved her down to her skin and left her with such bad razor burn that 3 days later I had to take her to the vet because it was infected costing us $170.I will never bring my dog back to Petco again to be groomed and warning others about the terrible service.

I have a German Shepherd so she constantly sheds a ton of hair. Sasha had the shed control upgrade and there was an obvious difference in her appearance from when I dropped her off and when I picked her up. She looked so much better than she did before, she smelled great and seemed happier with the excess fur removed. I can't describe how great she looks now. She's an older dog that we adopted from the humane society and I felt like she deserved a spa day after that and the fact that she is the sweetest dog. Because she's an older gal, she has some issues with her backend and I just asked that they help her onto things if necessary and to take extra care with her, which I believe they did as she had no troubles once I picked her up. I think she enjoyed herself, but I was also not there when she was being bathed and whatnot, the only thing I saw that she didn't like was me leaving without her. She did seem happier when she came home with me. They also gave her a dental chew bar to take home which she really liked. I no longer have to worry about vacuuming every couple hours due to her excess fur, I can now get away with vacuuming once a day!

The groomer did an excellent job on getting beau's nails as short as she did! Most groomers don't get it close to the quick as je requires in order to keep his nails from growing out in less than a week! Great job!! Very impressed and im going to be scheduling my dog to get his nails done asap!

Great grooming job. Very thorough in taking care of Riley's nails, brushing out his coat and giving him a much needed bath. Tresia (not sure if that is right spelling) was so good with our dog. Very professional grooming services. We love Petco!

i'm treated with respect, at the west store not so much at the east store ,where I was lied to ,told my dogs (2 irish wolfhounds) she shouldn't be there, told they couldn't up there ado the my dogs,my oldest 9yrs. 6mo. was put on a table , and I told them she had a weak rear, but they put her up there any way , and she fell off, her leg , was cut, Cole Peterson , was told and did nothing. lynn massey

Lindsey is amazing! My dog pistol always looks beautiful after her cut. Pistol is a rescue dog and we am very protective over her. I trust lindsey with pistol and pistol likes her. Lindsey is just perfect!!!!!
