We are huge fans of Pet Supplies Plus. They carry the Fromm products we always need for our dogs. They are high quality. I love the store size- not a huge store where you’re walking around for ages. Love the layout and service options. We love using to rewards program and coupons for the items we always need. I’ve now got my sister on there products! Keep up the coupons!

LOVE THIS PLACE! My pup LOVES the workers and I love the wide selection of treats and food this store has! I also love that they have the deli, with duck heads, chicken feet and so on! Those are my favorite to incorporate in my pups meals and no other stores I've found have those types of things! The staff are always super friendly and I enjoy their love for animals and for my pup!

I love Pet Supplies Plus in Ashwaubenon! I have 2 Persian kitties & they love their Natural Balance food. The staff is so friendly & I love how this store supports the No-Kill Shelter locally to round up your total at the register. They have great coupons & deals! This is a local pet store that really cares about their customers & pets.

Looking for cat toys. The selection was fair. They didn't have the high quality favorite cat wire thing on a stick that cat's love to try to catch. I couldn't find any water drinking fountains either. Prices were good and they send good discounts via texts or email.

Great place for pet supplies. I had my dogs new dog tag printed here with their tag printing machine. It turned out really well and they have a large selection of tags to choose from. I would recommend pet supplies for any of your pet needs.

Seems like they have just about anything you would need for a pet and than some.I mostly know about dog stuff, and their selection of things for dogs is quite impressive. Toys, food, meds, a la carte food and snacks, and all the fun accessories to spoil a pet.Staff is nice and helpful.

Do you love your furry family members?If so please take a minute to read this.I brought my two dogs there on Saturday October 7th, to get their hair cut and a nail trim at Pet Supplies plus Grooming on oneida street, Green Bay Wisconsin. Before I dropped them off we took them for a walk and played fetch in our yard to help were down energy. This would be there first and their last time going here.When we dropped them off they were prefect as could be, was scared a little as we left them at this new place at 10am. However when we picked them up at 1 my Maltese who is a very friendly and loving dog was coughing badly as we were walk out the store. By the time we made our 5 minute drive home she had puked white foam. The rest of the day was a behavior change. She would not eat, drink, play with her favorite toy, and she wouldn’t even get up to go to the bathroom. We had to pick her up and bring her out there, she would pee right away and just look at you with sad eyes that were in pain. My other dog this whole time was 100% fine, no change at all.We called two different ER Vet hospitals, they were telling us to wait it out overnight see if she just got better because of going to the new place she could have anxiety. However 1pm Sunday rolled around which meant 24 hrs of no eating or drinking with the continuing white foam vomiting so with worry with everything else she had going on and possibly getting dehydrated from throwing up where decided to take her in to BluePearl.Our vet diagnosed her with a swollen esophagus and trachea which meant that they had the lead/leash super tight when grooming. She had no other sianificant abnormalities.With three types of medication our vet bill came high pretty fast.When I contacted the store Monday October 9th morning, I heard from the manger once later that afternoon, sent her a vet record and diagnose. After that day I did not hear back from her till the following Monday October 16th, she told me that it did not seem their fault. I requested to speak to the owner that day, got her email and sent a message that very same day.It is now Monday October 23, I have not heard once from this owner.A few days before I brought them to their grooming I saw a post that they where lowering there prices for grooming, not sure if they don’t have staff, or if they having trouble keeping people coming into the grooming salon.All this being said they do not care what happens to your pet while it is their care, it’s very obvious they look at your pet just as money.Please please beware of this company for the love of your pets health.

Sadly their bath is now 1 per dog (no matter the size instead of just for the station. I have 3 dogs, that's $30+.Their card only has 5 baths instead of 6 (which would be more ideal) & the discount isn't that much.With everything being way over priced in America, this is one of the most ridiculous.

been going here for years to get products. recently needed a different brand food. I called and they said they had it in stock. drove over to get it and another they stated never carried it. so I had to drive to a different store to get it. Pet supplies said they would special order it though and it would be in the next week. (this store is the closest to my home)3 more trips there in a month and still no food. I was even called last week to state the item was in the shop. yet again, no food and an excuse why it wasnt in- they said that I was mistaken by the call. I had them on speaker when the call came in and my daughter heard them state it was indeed behind the counter waiting for me.after all this, and running over there 3 times to pick up the needed food, Im done. the new staff does not seem to know whats going on, especially if they are blaming it on new staff.no real apologies from them. They seemed annoyed that I was upset.I will stick with Family Pet Food Center. They had 4 bags of the food I needed for $5 less than Pet Supplies quoted me so I bought 3.

The managers & staff are super helpful! If you sign up for their program you get tons of discounts. I have a picky eater & Pet Supplies will allow you to bring a bad of dood your dog didn't like as long as there is 90%in the bag w a full refund. This has been my go-to store since having my cubby buddy. I am so grateful u offer everything my pup needs. The only complaint is that it's hard to keep restocking his favorite frozen yogurt (Peanut butter and banana).

We stopped in to use the self-service washing station and the new grooming apprentices offered to groom our dogs. Both our pups came out fresh, clean, and happy as can be. We definitely recommend the new grooming salon!

Adopted my cat from the Humane Society inside. Both the Humane Society and Pet Supplies staff were very friendly and helpful. They had nice perks when adopting from them.

Absolutely love the self grooming area! 10/10 would recommend. I have tried other places and they are more expensive and not as easy as this place. Not to mention it's nice to have our own room to bath my 3 dogs at once especially since one is not dog friendly.

The food selection here is great. I have a couple of animals that need limited ingredient diets and I appreciate the variety to choose from here. Most days when I'm spending time reading ingredient labels, at least two different employees stop to ask if I need help finding anything - kind of a rare thing these days :) Occasionally I shop for non-food items as well and find a pretty good selection. Sign up for the free rewards program - sometimes there's a good coupon available for 25% off whole purchases.
