I’ve been to this place a few times now and I am always beyond satisfied with my experience. The staff is warm and friendly. They are always willing to answer any questions about menu items without it seeming like an inconvenience. Food is of impeccable quality and absolutely delicious. I have gotten the turkey bacon wrap twice now and the ingredients were fresh and flavorful. The soup tastes homemade and savory! I must say their veggie dip is by far one of my favorite components. I love having healthy options. I’ve never had any digestive backlash from their food like other places to get lunch from. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!!

I received such friendly and helpful customer service at Not By Bread Alone yesterday! It was my first time stopping in, and the staff was so kind and attentive! I grabbed a large stuffed sausage bread (which they were able to warm up -yum!!) and a honey latte. Both items were absolutely delicious! They have a huge variety of items - I will definitely be going back to try more!

Super service and friendly staff! They made us feel so welcomed! We were happy with everything we got. The gingerbread in the latte was odd but I am a texture person so that may not be an issue for other people. We got breakfast sandwiches and got lunch sandwiches to go to eat on the road.

Not by bread alone has a long standing of quality products and service. I used their deserts for catering a party, and loved every flavor. The staff is warm and welcoming!Vegetarian options: They have a vegan soup option, and a few vegetarian sandwiches available. Great place if you still love dairy!

Delicious food, good service. I was there today to pick up an order for Christmas and, unfortunately, had to stand in line for 1.5 hours. Knowing it would be busy with people picking up orders, I was prepared, but not for a wait like that. Holy moly. Next year, I will pre-pay and skip to the front of the line. I just wish I was offered that option when I placed my order. After about an hour they got a better process down where someone was going through the line getting your name and then getting your order slip so you could pay while someone else packaged. All in all, they were doing their best and it will be worth the wait. I took a mini egg and sausage stuffed bread to go, Delicious! Merry Christmas! 🎄

I visit this place every time I come into Green Bay for work. Things that I love: the ladies that work there are super kind and friendly, the coffee is delicious, I can sit and work there for a few hours, and the bread choices are amazing. I highly recommend visiting and buying something delicious. You won’t be disappointed.

Very cute space, and the food was amazing! I had a BLT, and my daughter had a peanut butter and jelly. Both meals were delicious, and the desserts were AMAZING!!

Oh. My. Gosh.I am OBSESSED with the Basque Country Salad. It is my pregnancy craving of choice. The new dipped lemon cookie was just an added bonus today...Outstanding food, fabulous service, and clean atmosphere. I'll be back 100 times before this baby is born.:)

This team is setting the standard. Love the modern interior, LOVE the fresh ingredients, love the chai tea (Doesn't taste like boxed chai syrup like the kind you get from starbucks...), definitely going back for more!Hard to find restaurants who seem like they care about the food they make these days, but this is one of them. So extremely impressed. Fun name too :)

I really don’t need to comment on the excellent food I get here on a regular basis, but I will. I have never had a bad meal, everything is done to perfection. However, one of the best things is; the customer service! Everyone is happy, smiling, and go the extra mile for the customer! If you tip (and you should) they are grateful and thank you too. Today, the cashier asked if I was sure I wanted to leave a tip…can you believe? In a world having a hand out for every little thing, this place deserves it!

Update: drive over on a Saturday to get a sandwich and a salad and to my surprise they don't make these things on Saturday. It appers they only sell what they have in the cases. Why even be open?Prices are a bit high but the quality of the food is the reason. Very good food!

My fiancé and I absolutely love it here. Not by bread alone is one of our favorite cafes and we come back time and time again for their drinks and food. She loves their iced chai latte, she says it's her favorite in the whole area. I really like their smoothies and coffee. You can't go wrong with either. But their food is also so good and it's a great value as well. Highly recommend for lunch or just drinks.

Awesome little sandwich shop. Great staff if you're looking for someone to wait on you hand and foot, go pay three times as much somewhere else.This is a great locally owned deli coffee shop, the staff is kind and accommodating. The food is hand made and delicious. Great atmosphere and location. I highly recommend.

My husband and I have both had catered boxed lunches from here before and were impressed so we came today for lunch. If you are looking for a nice lunch out, which I was, this is not the place. It is a deli. If I worked nearby, I would get takeout, but I would not eat in. You have to bus your own tables and the tables are close together. Prices are good, though, and the food is good quality.

Not By Bread Alone catered a Celebration of Life for my mother. They delivered sandwiches, salads, and lemonade for 80 guests to our park pavilion. It was pouring rain, they showed up on time with a smile. The food was packaged and presented very nicely, and the guests loved it. Several people raved about the sandwiches in particular, with many compliments on the salads and lemonade. Jen was great to work with in making the arrangements. So happy with the food and the service!
