Shout out to Jimi Baker for the first class customer service. 8 months after we purchased our ball python from him, we were having serious problems with feeding and Jimi took the snake back for 6 weeks of rehabilitation; immediately and at no cost. He also thoroughly explained how to set up the habitat and identified some new changes to make along with sending videos of feeding and allowing us to come by to visit the snake during rehab. He truly lives his promise that every snake owner who purchases one of his snakes will be happy and he will guarantee it. He loves every snake and will do what he can to ensure their safety and successful growth. We appreciate the extra help and the hand-holding for us new Snake owners. Definitely recommend!

Jimi & his wife are incredible! Jimi hasn’t only been wonderful while helping me navigate a baby snake, they have made the entire process of taking care of my entire collection easier. I have bought rats from them (they make it so easy, by the way!) and my snakes love them! Jimi met me in town, out of his way just to make pick up easier!Seriously, when it comes to the entire process of welcoming a new, healthy snake into your collection, they help you in every way along the way! Aside from the fact that they produce beautiful, & HEALTHY snakes, they produce their prey food along with breeding snakes, so you’re able to head home with an entire feeder collection along with your snake all in one trip!I highly suggest these two wonderful breeders. They aren’t only honest and kind, they produce happy, healthy snakes and will only do what is in the best interest of the snake and its future owner. I ONLY support people who align with my personal ethics and these guys are top knotch in achieving that!Thanks guys, you are AWESOME!
