Love getting my huskies groomed here. The groomers do a fantastic job and all of the staff is super friendly. Bonus is they get to play for a little bit with the daycare doggies before getting groomed which I'm sure they love!Here they are after their last grooming. Also love they are always in a festive scarf when they come home!

Provides great care for dogs. Daycare open till 8 is super convenient. Also has grooming and boarding available. Fun seasonal activities and photo ops for the furry friends.

This place is the best if you’re looking for any dog care needs. Their grooming services are the best in town. Their daycare is even better. They treat all dogs with respect and care no matter what. I highly recommend this place for anyone who’s looking for these services and more.

Price was really good, but I had signed up for nail trimming which wasn't done, with no explanation as to why, although I was not charged for it. They did not return my bag of food to me which had a personal measuring cup in it. When I picked my dog up, she had to go to the bathroom so bad she was yipping like crazy. I attribute all of these to poor staff communication and fixable things but I am not in a hurry to rebook as a result.

Didn’t even get as far as the trial process, I just wanted to write a quick review to let other owners of pitbulls/bully breeds know to look elsewhere. We went in to drop our dogs off for the 4 hour boarding trial and the first question when we walked in the door was “is he a pittie? We’re not accepting new pitties at this time”. And then she said they could still take our other dog (a German Shepard) but we weren’t trying to have to go through two different boarding places and have the dogs separated while we’re on vacation.We maybe spent 2 minutes total in the place so I can’t really speak to the quality of boarding, I’m sure it’s fine, but if you have a bully breed I’d suggest looking into Animal House! They don’t have any breed discrimination :)(And before anyone gets the idea that I have an “aggressive” pitbull, like I said, we were in the building for maybe 1-2 minutes tops and my dog didn’t so much as bark at anyone or anything. He was straight chillin)It’s kind of hard for me to wrap my head around the fact that dog centered businesses still operate with the ideas that pitbulls are “dangerous” or “violent” dogs. A lot of interesting studies have been done in recent years that show they’re no more predisposed to violent behavior than a lot of other common household breeds! I suggest the owners/management/staff do a little research on breed discrimination, or even just some research on how pitbulls became known as a “violent breed” in the first place. In WWII they were considered the all American dog and literally used as a symbol for America in pro war propaganda, and were never considered to be “mean” dogs until the 1980s/1990s. Pretty interesting stuff to learn about if you’re in the business of caring for dogs!

Every time we bring our dogs we pay for play time yet never are they in any playtime pictures. My dog didn't receive his allergy medication and came home with horrible rash because of this. We never receive any dog food back that we send with when we provide ample amount. And when we call to get a report on how our dogs are, their responses are generic and appear they don't even know what dogs they are talking about. Would not recommend..

First timer-I was there early enough in the morning before the rush at 725 a.m. however the attendant was chit chatting away with another customer and in the meantime everyone starting arriving. I was lectured about arriving on time and should have been there sooner. During my conversation last week there was no mention of a first time drop off processing time. I told them I had to be to work at 8. Pick up was just as rude. So if you treat humans so rudely and disrespectful how do you treat out pups? I had been warned by friends the rudeness of the staff. I thought I would try it out. Friends were Correct. We won't be back. Also with as many dogs there exactly what is the ratio?Good luck to others, not a win for us.

Absolutely the best place to board your pet while on vacation! The staff treats them and spoils them like family! They groom them and play with them and give them all the love they need while Mom and Dad are off on their adventures. Thank you for taking care of our babies!

It was a cute place but the staff was rude and distant, things seemed disorganized, and they were actually joking about a dog that was getting out and getting on top of things and getting into other food and all that which just seems really unprofessional to talk about in front of a customer, considering that we are under the impression that are pets are safe and consuming the correct diet. Not really anything that terrible I suppose but considering it's a boarding facility it just kind of came across poorly

We try lotta places in Green Bay and Kendra tails have great pet hygiene and extra friendly staff. Our dogs came home super tired from all the fun they had in the outdoor splash play area.

Took my two dogs here for the first time and am so happy I did. One of my dogs wasn't socialized properly before I got him so he is a very nervous and skittish dog. The staff were so friendly and helpful! I felt so bad that my dog had nervous accidents, but the girl working was so polite and professional and cleaned it up even though I offered. Best customer service I have had in a long time. Will definitely be back!

We bring our dog Opie here and he absolutely loves it. He’s so excited to go there every single time. He’s always happy when we pick him up. We’ve been going for a few months now at first every once in a while and now 1-2 times a week. Everyone who works here is absolutely wonderful.

Very nice staff who are really into meeting your dogs! Open long hours 7 days a week. My pups were groomed and spent the rest of the day in doggy daycare playing. They came home happy and tired and clean. What more could you ask for??

I am AMAZED by how awesome the staff here is! I currently foster dogs and have been able to take my foster Jax to Canterbury once a week. He hasn’t been too socialized before and they’re very respectful of that. He’s allowed to come in and they keep him in his comfort zone. I also never feel judged by the staff. Jax is pretty attached to me as his “person” and pulls and whines when I leave. Since this is something I am working on with him, I do just leave instead of feeding the behavior. I’ve never once had staff criticize me for this. More recently I found out that he’s not feeling well when I picked him up from daycare. Again, I wasn’t shamed for bringing him in and they were great at telling me about his day. It’s only been a few trips so far and I already know that when I adopt my own dog, they’ll be using Canterbury as well! Thanks for all you do for the dogs!

Love Canterbury Tail and so does my pup! He comes home so worn out from all the fun he has had and the staff are wonderful! My dog can be temperamental (in a way only dachshunds can be) and the staff are still so excited to see him! Also- super affordable. Can’t say enough good things!

Our usual groomer was booking a month out so we thought we'd give Canterbury a try. They did not know how to cut a Schnauzer and my poor guy has no beard now. Thank goodness it grows back! They were also $10 more than Golrusk so we will not be back.

My Wife an I have used this place for years. We used to love it.That has changed.We will never bring our dogs back there and neither should you.Something has changed around there. My boys used to leave happy and healthy. In the past year they have each came home with kennel cough and bite marks. I figured it was not too big of a deal. I should have been paying more attention.The last time we used this place was 10-7-17. One of my dogs had recently had surgery. Instructions were simple. He was to have his cone on at all times. He was to be let out individually and was not supposed to get any play time. They told me this would not be a problem and they handle dogs with special needs all the time. I also left money for the people working that night to order some dinner for themselves and a thank you in advance.I was notified by an employee that they took my dog's cone off to feed him(against instructions) and did not put it back on him for hours. He did what dogs do and chewed out all of his staples (about 20) and tore his incision open.Whoever is in charge around there did not bother calling to tell me what had happened.They showed no remorse for what happened.They broke my trust and my heart.

We have been bringing our husky to them since he was a pup and sometimes we question of he likes it there better than at home. They are so good and patient with him! We have tried other locations in Green Bay with boarding and there is no one else that treats Yukon and us better! I would give them 10 stars if I could!!

Unbelievable! My Schnauzer had sustained an injury from a large dog at a FAMILY gathering (not at the care center). We already planned a stay for our dog at Canterbury, but I was nervous to leave him! They were Fabulous! They watched over his behavior closely, they adjusted the group size outside to let him adjust, they modified his grooming to accommodate his needs, and they kept me updated! What a WONDERFUL place. I feel safe and reassured that our little Bodhi is being cared for when he goes here!!

They discriminate against bully breeds, after they were there during the trail period and had no issues.They were more than willing to take my money for prepaid daycare without ever saying anything about bully breeds not being welcome.Their communication is horrible, their website also does not say anything about bully breeds not being welcome.

I was very disappointed when I took my pup here in the summer. He came home very latargic and not himself. 10 days later the vet diagnosed kennel cough. Which I understand happens. BUT when I called Canterbury they had no emotion nor care that there was an outbreak that originated at their kennel. I have since learned of numerous pups that contracted kennel cough from here.At first glance this was an inexpensive stay for my pup I read the reviews and was okay with it. But after the vet bills and prescription medicine I would recommend you go elsewhere.

They didn't give one of my dogs his meds and nearly killed him. It took him almost 2 days to recover.Over half the dog food supplied wasn't used, I cant be sure if the dogs didn't eat or if they didn't feed them. We didn't get any sort of report on pickup so ill never know.Both dogs got kennel cough.When we picked them up the staff seemed chaotic and confused. Took forever to get someone to check us out. It is obviously understaffed.Both dogs immediately ran to the water dish once home. Not sure here but based on the rest my experience it seems likely they weren't given sufficient water.

Canterbury does a wonderful job with our dog. The boarding and grooming services work so well together. All the girls know our dog when she walks in the door. They often update their Facebook site so you may catch a glimpse of your pup!
