Friendly staff. Huge selection. Healthy stock. Immersed grown plants! Only downside is you will have to dip live plants before putting in your tank as just about every one had bladder snails. I recently purchased these cherry shrimp. All 18 survived the transfer.

Hands down, this place should be your #1 stop for all things Tropical Fish. Dave who’s is the owner is exceptionally knowledgeable and will give you honest fish keeping advice if you ask. Advanced will go out of there way to make sure you are getting the highest of quality fish. Variety of the fish here is unmatched, so may rare tropical fish species and plants. I will never buy a fish from anywhere else. They do ship! Great place for Nano species as well. All my fish I get from Advanced are healthy and acclimate so well to my tanks at home. There is no other shop that I know of that takes better care of Tropical Fish than Advanced Aquariums Systems. I am not a sponsor lol.

Fantastic aquatic store! The owner Dave and every employee I've spoken to on my visits has been pleasant, helpful, and a wealth of information for a beginner like me. Insane species variety of fish, shrimp, and crabs and a wide range of hardscape materials in store as well. All stock I have bought have been great, hardy quality!

I went to Advanced Aquarium today and was completely blown away!!! What an incredible experience! Dave met me with a smile and "how can I help you"! His knowledge was incredible and so helpful! I was sick of all the fish I purchased at other stores being low quality and high death rates. Advanced has a far bigger selection with incredibly clean, well kept tanks. Their fish just looked much healthier, larger, and more colorful than the big name stores. I learned more from Dave in 15 minutes than I ever imagined! Thank you to Dave, his staff, and Advanced Aquarium for your help today! I will be back for fish in two weeks when my tank is ready!!!

Absolutely the best place to go for anything fish tank related! I came in for help with a little 10 gallon tank with guppies. I was treated with respect and not pushed into buying anything. You can tell they truly care about the fish above anything. They spent so much time on just education. Please, please, save your time and money and go straight to the best! Don't think it's just for huge fancy aquariums. Anyone with any size tank should be going here.

The staff misinformed me when I bought 2 "dolphin nosed" fish at $40 a piece. I was told they go better as a pair and will play with toys like a ping pong ball. When in fact after researching they are territorial and will kill the other. BTW they didn't interact with anything as a toy. So I was lied to by staff

I've been there a few times already. Purchased fish, plants, lightning, fish food and rocks. Prices are fair, fish are healthy, tanks are clean and the employees are very helpful and knowledgeable. It's definitely worth my 45 minute drive there. I'd recommend this establishment to anyone. Hands down one of the nicest aquatic places in the Green Bay area.

My favorite aquarium store in GB. Employees & owners are very polite and knowledgeable. I've bought a puffer, clown loaches, red severum, cat fish, rainbow shark & pleco. Very healthy fish. Also one of the few places to buy proper fish food instead of just pellets. They will also buy or rescue fish from time to time, I appreciate them rescuing my koi I no longer could take care of. It's also a fish museum, they incourage people to come look at & enjoy the fish. They are honest. I've also bought plants & rocks from here, but sadly a bit over priced in my opinion when you can use stuff from nature. I've taken some friends here & they started aquariums simply because of the large selection they offer.I have 125gal & 110gal.

By far the best place for all your fish needs. Absolutely amazing selection of aquatic creatures. If I wasn't so far away I would be here everyday! Its definitely worth my trip. Owner was knowledgeable. Only reason I gave a star. However, I talked about plants and that I had bought a couple tube plants because I did NOT want snails in my aquarium. He said he had a plant that would be ok. Plant died but not without leaving so so many snails. I realize my bad for buying but since I had huge concern that he was aware of, would have been nice of him to say don't buy a plant from me. Threw away all my plants to be sure no snail eggs & did complete clean cause I don't want a tank of snails. Very disappointed.

Advanced has been my go to shop since the day I walked in, I have been in the hobby for around 10 years and I have never seen someone more knowledgeable or who cares more about the hobby. Every tank in the shop is clean and healthy, you will not find a shop that’s takes more pride in their stock as much as Advanced does.The selection of fish at advanced is top notch, if you are looking for a basic beginner fish or something that is rare or hard to come by, I can guarantee dave has it, or knows what it is and will do what he can to get it for you. If you are local or live a bit out of town I HIGHLY recommend you make the trip and see what he’s got.

I often dread going to big chain aquarium places like petco and petsmart because I see so many sick fish, but the only sick fish I saw here were a select few in a quarantine tank. The water in their tanks was so incredibly clear the fish looked like they were floating, I didn't even know aquarium water that clear was possible! this is definitely a favorite place of mine for when I visit green bay. I didn't take any pictures or videos because they had a sign that asked not to but if I did I would share them with all my friends.

This is the highest quality fish store I’ve ever been too. Extremely knowledgeable staff, clean fish tanks, high quality exotic fish, they have the biggest fish selection I’ve ever seen. The best freshwater aquarium store in Green Bay. They have a large selection of common and uncommon fish. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. If you have any issues with your tank they'll work with you help correct the issue. Best think bring in a water sample take pictures of your tank for them to see. There's also a nice selection of aquarium decorations as well as additional fish in the basement below so there's more than what you see on the floor. At times it can be busy and you'll have to wait but it's worth your time.

The guy who helped me was great! Very knowledgeable and it’s refreshing to go to a place where they know their stuff and keep healthy fish. I was happy to see they had discus at reasonable prices & cardinals available. I got to see a lot of fish I’ve never seen in person too :) definitely will be back to spend my money here.
