On a recent trip to Grantsburg WI for cheese curds we were both hungry decided to check this place out it was flat out delicious wife had eggs Benedict while I had pancakes and hash browns wife said hers was very good the only thing she would have liked was more sauce the pancakes were plate sized and very flavorful I got a plateful of hash browns that were done just the way I like can't wait to go back and try a couple of other things on the menu

Im saddened to post this, but i don't know what has happened in the last year or so when it comes down to their Biscuits and Gravy, their recipe is nothing ay all to brag about. The gravy was more of a white jelly paste with only a couple chunks of pork sausage and seasoned heavily with pepper and the Biscuits were burnt on the bottom. I've ordered this in the past and it was edible, but not this time. If I hadn't got my order to go, I would have returned it for something else. Other than that dish, I've heard the food is excellent. Great pumpkin pie... My service was friendly and quick.

Fast friendly place. Typical breakfast foods. Little on the expensive side for breakfast but that may be new post pandemic normal. Charming small place. Wife had eggs, hash browns, good portion of hash browns. Had Cranberry Rachel which was fantastic!

Ordered food about a month ago and everything was excellent. Ordered food today and totally the opposite. I had the big bacon burger and it was dry with no taste. My wife had the Patty Melt which was also dry and they literally forgot the onions. Patty Melt = Onions!!! My wife called about the onions but their reaction was pretty much what to expect in businesses these days. I don't mind spending money on good food, but the Moral of the story is that it's best to make it yourself as opposed to spending $$$$. Definitely won't be back.

The food is good.I think we get too wrapped up in ourselves, expecting incredible culinary experiences hoping to stave off the disappointing drone of standard American fare. Sometimes it's nice to have something that just works. Here, in this place, I can give no better feedback than everything was as I expected: the fries were clean and crisp; the burger was juicy, cheesy, and generous with bacon.The food is good and you should eat here.

We stopped for a weekday breakfast while visiting the area. The bacon was cooked to my request (not all restaurants manage to do this) and my husband thought the hash browns were perfect. Our waitress was attentive and service was quick letting us get a good start to our day.

The best dinner you can have in Grantsburg! I’m unfortunately have the habit of being in the area when they’re closed for Independence Day, but when my schedule lines up it’s always fantastic! Best pancakes and hashbrowns I’ve had in years! The sweet cream pancakes were particularly good. And the Devore was lovely too! Everything you could ask for in a nice little café, just wish it wasn’t a few hundred miles from home!

Cute little hole-in-the-wall cafe! Friendly staff, good prices, great speedy service. The caramel roll is the way to finish your meal, it just adds the right touch. I had the corned beef hash, my friend has the Philly cheese omelette

2nd time here. No complaints about the place, the food, the service, or anything, all excellent, as previously. The missing star is for the other patrons; no masks and mostly elderly in pandemic times. I guess this is America without concern. Stay for the pancakes though.
