My great dane puppy Indy is having the best time at B&H. Everytime we make the turn off of 70 he is practically jumping out of his skin to get inside! He runs to get into the back so quickly you know he is very happy there. He is making friends and learning skills that are transferring to home and the training we are doing there so it's very helpful. Love this place!

Communication is terrible. No one ever answers the phone or returns calls. I have heard great reviews from people that do use services here and have tried on two separate attempts to make boarding reservations. Both times it ended disaster.

I brought my dog in to use the self wash. Everything from the shampoo to the dryer was shown to me. The facility was very clean. I will definitely be using this again. Staff is personable and it is apparent that any breed will be treated with care. 5 stars for B &H Rover Retreat.

Not only was it my first time dropping my pup off at a boarding place, it was also the first time he was away from me for so long. The crew here was fabulous of taking care of him and helping him with his anxiety. The price is great for the service they provide! 👏🏻 The only thing I would have appreciated were updates as to how he was doing. But other than that, anything was good!

Holly and staff do an excellent job of providing care in a clean environment at a fair price. Holly has proven that our dogs well being is a priority, leaving us worry free while we are away. Our lab is hard to contain when arriving here due to his excitement, we don't know what we would do without their service!

We have taken our dog (who is a Presa. pretty big dog) to B&H a few times and have always been very pleased with the staff and facility. You can always tell if your dog was taken good care of if the dog is happy to go. Titan is always excited when we pull in and cant wait to get inside. Thanks for being great.

We boarded our dog here for 3 nights. When we picked him up, no one gave me a report on how he was during his stay. When we got home, he slept all day and drank 3 full bowls of water. Makes me wonder if he did not rest well at the kennel due to noise and I believe he did not intake much water. I think they should give a report on how the dog did during the stay.

Awesome staff! They really care about u and your fur babies. Facilities include self wash station which is invaluable to pet owners during winters in Wisconsin. Highly recommended for all they have to offer!
