I was very disappointed this morning when my husband called Grassland to get our dog seen. He is very sick and they just said sorry we don't have any openings. We have taken him to Grassland his whole 15 year life. What good is it if they won't see them when they need them the most.

Guessing they don't do small animal care. The care was 50/50 depending on on the vet.. was a great practice when Dr Gene was there. There were also a few other great vets and a few horrible ones too. I knew within the 1st time minutes good vs bad when I had my special needs dog

I called to see about emergency care for my poor kitty, they dont have it. The lady sets up an app. for 6 hrs. later, never telling me that I'd need cash & they dont allow ppl to make payments (unless they personally know them!) So after the Vet tells me 5 different devastating things that could be wrong, she says she'll need $300 right now to run 3-5 tests! She says she's "really concerned" but shes not a bank but I can go across the street to the actual bank!! Apparently she thinks they'll jus hand me $! So disappointed. I took my baby boy & left!

Our dog is just as sick after taking her in and spending almost $300.00 for what NOTHING...she should be seen again for free since nothing was basically done the first time...in my opinion go find a different vet...this place was a joke
