Went for a Friday fish fry which theirs is fish shrimp and chicken AYCE. Awesome excellent atmosphere and no hustle and bustle. Good prices nice bar and go golfing ⛳️

Been going there for years and plan again tonight for the fish fry and it is over a hour from my home. Never had a bad meal there and the owner has always had time to speak to us! (Update 08/06/22) Well I had my first bad meal there. We stopped there yesterday and had the fish and shrimp this being their Friday special and we were so disappointed. The fish were not hot but a little warm as if they had been fried earlier in the day and the french fries (not steak fries as I asked for and they said they have) were even worst and soggy. My girlfriend's shrimp were way over cooked to the point of tasting burnt. The service was even not as I have had in the past either with the need to ask for sour cream and tarter sauce. Not really sure what happened but not impressed and I would have given it even less stars had it not been for the great meals I have had there in the past. I should have taken photos of the fries I didn't finish because I would have posted them here.

We have never had a bad meal here, Friday night fish and chicken is excellent. However a couple weeks ago we went with friends had an excellent meal then went to the bar for drinks. We ordered a korbel coke, Dr with dtcoke, root beer and a PBR we were charged $26.00 thought that was a bit outrageous

This used to be one of the best places to go for prime rib. We went there around 6pm on a Saturday and the place was dead. That should've been our first red flag. Ordered a couple drinks....the bloody mary was horrible and the bartender never shook up the pineapple juice before he put it in the Malibu. We ordered our prime ribs rare and they were done medium and very, very tough. The coleslaw had no flavor and the baked potato wasn't cooked enough. When we got our bill we were surprised at how expensive it was. Then we were told our bar tab wasn't on there. $4 for mixed drinks??? We will never go there again....their days of amazing prime rib are gone.

Undercooked fish and only two options for a potato. We both got steak fries that were over cooked and rock hard. Terrible seating. Waitress sat me within 2 inches of their kitchen service door. Couldn't move my chair in fear of wait staff dropping or tripping over our chair & table. No air conditioning! Wow. Warm! Getting 2 stars for a cold Corona that wasnt dated. But we had to wait 20 minutes for that too. Yeah, not coming back. Would NOT recommend.

X to C is truly a family owned supper club, and golf course. The chicken is amazing. We are regulars for the Friday fish fry. I personally LOVE the all you can eat combo plate with chicken, fish, and shrimp. You probably won't need to re-order as the first helping is enormous. I also love the deep fried walleye. It's larger than the plate. I Strongly recommend giving them a try, you will not be sorry!

The golf course is not challenging, fun for beginners. The Friday Fish Fry is fantastic. Pleasant service, sit down nearly instantly even on a busy Friday night. Fish, Chicken, and Shrimp all you can eat at about the price of most places fish only.

The food was flavorless, we ordered all you can eat fish(deep fried and poor mans), shrimp and chicken. None of it was even average tasting. Then the busser slammed a chair into the back of mine, then slammed another chair into that one and finally started pushing backwards on the chairs until I finally stood up and volunteered to get out of her way until she was done. This was our first and will be our last visit.

As many places as I've gone, literally around the country, to find the best prime rib I just can NOT find a place to trump X to C. Super consistent for the decade I've had it. So glad we can have something so good in our area.

I can't tell you how wonderful their fried chicken is. We've been going for years and we have to visit every time we're in the area. Wonderful people working there and that great Wisconsin atmosphere. I have so many memories of having good times with family at XtoC.

Well Aunt Nancy said it was a good place to pick up some liver and onions so we went and sat down there was nobody hardly in there we ordered liver and onions are liver was burnt dry the worst piece of food I ever had the potato chips that they say we're great they weren't bad I don't recommend this place to anybody at don't like to eat grease because it is a greasy spoon for sure everything they fry is in Greece my wife got sick and was up half the night trying to get her stomach settled I guarantee you I won't go back I hope you guys don't have a bad experience like I did poor service and not very good food they need to hire a good cook in there that can do something right I've never had leather for liver and onions that's all I'm saying I'm done

Juri is there 7 days a week (in season), one couldn't ask for better customer service. Stop in, you won't be disappointed. 😉Edit: Still most wonderful customer service!!! The business is still in the family's hands, but Juri has relocated to their Riverview course in Antigo. Both courses are definitely worth visiting for great golfing complete with good conditions, beautiful views & excellent service!!!

Atmosphere was pleasant, food was good, dudes sitting behind me were talking about business, and business related businesses. I cannot stress this enough, they never said what business they were in business with, but I assume they were in business.p.s. whoever spiked the kiddie cocktails, two thumbs up!

I played the course. For it being an executive course, the scenery was really cool. Lots of various hazards to challenge the play. I loved the elevated green with the rock wall and the old school bridge. The landscaping and layout was really nice. The fairways were cut well. This also wasnt just all straight fairways; there were some blind shots and turns to have to work with. The only reason I gave it a 3 star is the greens were long so ball rolled slow and most had some dead spots on it....so the putting was just hard to work with. Fix that up, this wouldve been an easy 4 star.

Super fun course! You can hit an iron or a driver off the tee box as practice! Tough greens and allot of water hazards! I will be going back many times! Super friendly staff and the food was good!
