I had a great experience using online order with pickup. Staff was fast and friendy. I also appreciate the robocop camera stations in the parking lot which help create a welcoming and safe area. Great deal and convenient!

Clean store.. friendly staff...only negative thing was the young man watching the self checkout lanes walked off and didn't view me scanning my water jugs..thought head to tell the guy at front door to check my receipt...the greeter was NOT friendly at all . ..walked up to him and he said " can I see your water jugs and receipt". I said yes sir... He looked thru my cart after he looked over the receipt and not a "have a good day or anything"..just looked me up and down..and shook his head ... Ummm, won't be using this Walmart anymore....left me feeling like a criminal...😒

TLDR: a little cleaner since remodel; rude staff; if using reusable bags, be prepared to wait after checkout!(Re-reviewing now that they remodeled)The place is cleaner, and more presentable, but the clothing department needs help! They have clothes strewn everywhere and not in the right places. The clearance stickers also usually dont reflect when scanned.The majority of the staff are horrible! Most of the personal shoppers are rude, push you out of the way, and are on their cell phones. Personal shoppers will leave their carts blocking the aisles and not move when I say excuse me.The asset protections at the front seem to have no concept of reusable bags! They always ask why we dont use their plastic bags. If you use reusable bags, they have to go through every single item in your cart to make sure you paid for everything. It's a bit ridiculous when I have the receipt with that day's date and they watched me checkout at self-checkout!

The place was pretty disgusting, I was told I needed to self checkout as they had no registers open and then I needed help with the transaction and waited 15 minutes while there was 4 employees standing around 5 feet away. They said sorry we don’t have authority to do what you need. Finally I canceled the transaction and left.

Much cleaner and stocked better than most Walmarts in the area. Really nice displays that look pretty new as well. Employees actually seem to care at this location.

This store was neat and clean. Everything was easy to find and the associates were helpful. They had everything I needed and more in the grocery aisles. I didn't realize how much more money I had spent at other grocery stores. Getting through the checkout line here was much easier and faster than at other Walmart stores. I have finally found the Walmart store that I will be frequenting from now on due to the stock, pricing, ease at checkout, organization, and associates. I couldn't be more pleased.

Never seen a business allow the employees to walk around on personal phone calls, and when asked for help finding somthing , send across the store to a made up spot , so they wouldn't have to be bothered. Store was in complete disarray, and no prices anywhere. Much better experience at dollar store or good will :)

Absolutely hate going to Walmart. You got a bunch of workers standing around doing nothing. 30 lanes with no cashiers, and when you try an ask someone for help they look at you like it's the biggest inconvenience they ever had to deal with fwm

Soooo I purchased an online order for pick up Friday. I bought these ‘quick’ meals for breakfast at work. I go to open this today and before I opened as you can see it’s still sealed, there is a dead spider in here. Disgusting!

I thought I would give the store another chance and have my groceries delivered. My delivery time was 4pm-5pm. My delivery has been severally delayed and the customer service I received from the store (BJ Manager) was horrible. First he answered the phone "hey what's up" the ghetto. This store was going through a reconstruction but I think staff should've been included. When asked who he reported to he said "Tony general manager). Great.

If I could give 0 starts I would. I arrived to pick up a curbside order. An associate came to my vehicle and asked me what my name was. I told her. Thirty minutes later, I called the store to find out why I have not received my order. The associate who previously came to my car the first time answered and said my order would be out “soon.” I have watched many people that arrived after me leave with their orders. Unreal.

The worst Walmart location I've ever been to. This store is disorganized and messy which I am not sure how is possible because a ton of items are out of stock; shelves are empty. Also, a lot of items are locked up and employees are needed to access, which is difficult because they are busy talking to each other. them

I have done multiple pick up orders at this location and twice now I have left without my order because I’d already been waiting for over an hour with my children whining in the back seat. They don’t answer the phones either so I haven’t been able to talk to anyone about getting my money back.

Does not deserve 1 star! Absolutely disgusting, every where you turn in the clothing department there are clothes on the floor, over flowing items not folded! The whole store looked like this! Staff were extremely rude when I asked a question. I requested management and they didn't even so up! Corporate needs to fix this! I know I am only one person, but I will never ever go back!!!! WHAT A JOKE!!!!

As soon as I walked into the door, there was a fight between a customer who claimed they were "over charging" her on an item & 3 walmart employees. Yeah, that's exactly what you want to see when you walk into a store you intend to shop at. Plus, the shelves were bare in every area of the store, the employees wreaked of weed & customers were fighting with each other while I was in line to check out. I would NEVER RECOMMEND YOU SHOP HERE...EVER!!! Find another Walmart. That's just my advise for the day! Have a blessed week, everyone!!! 🙏😇❤

I haven't stepped a foot inside of a Walmart store since before the "COVID-19 Pandemic" due to severe panic attacks! This was my 1st time and I am Proud to say that this store was neat, clean and stocked decently. Each associate my Mother & I spoke to was friendly and very helpful. I live in Illinois so I will try to find a location at home to go to. This will be the location I come every time I'm in Wisconsin since my Mom lives in Brown Deer.

Went to this store at 5:30pm on a Tuesday to deposit some cash on my Walmart money card. Was told "we're not doing money services tonight, that person's not in today". So, only one of these incompetent, lazy, taking up space employees is capable of adding cash to a Walmart debit card?? Wow. Just shut this one down too. It's a total dump with a bunch of dumps working there. Let me guess, their homes and personal lives are dumpster fires too.

This walmart is always great. Always in stock of everything. I have a boy and most walmarts have the absolute smallest boys section. This was doesn't not, plenty of choices, clean store, and so far employee's have been wonderful too.

Terrible customer service. I asked the ladies why I couldn’t go to the initial line with spark or Walmart + line stating it’s for those services only. Prior I used it for some other stuff 5 minutes beforehand. I told the lady that can I go back in line to use that lane telling me I can’t. A few others were frustrated because there was only 2 self checkout that were opened and when one of the associates got asked the repeated question if they were able to use the spark line, they were told no. But after people started to complain then they finally started working and opened the self checkouts. If they had just opened those self checkouts instead of being on their phone and laughing, then they wouldn’t gotten a rude remark from an older gentlemen when he asked if they could open another self checkout lane. Please do better in training in simple customer service and stop acting like this isn’t a job that you willingly choose to apply for.

Store is normally very messy, items frequently moved so store map & app are no help finding things & often store employees don't even no where things are located. Only 2 cashiers were working so, of course, over half the self-checkouts were turned off!!

This place is horrible. If you make it through the parking lot without getting In an accident or run over, that's a good start. The shelves are always empty, the customer service is pathetic, and if you want to see til tok videos being made by employees, this is the joint. Besides the pharmacy, I've never had a good experience. Thank God I only have to go once on a while for a friend who can't get out.

Missing 10 plus items that I paid for with the online ordering. THIS SHOULD NEVER HAPPEN! Whomever did this delivery did NOT verify the order when leaving the store for delivery! I tried calling the store MULTIPLE times. NO ONE ANSWERS! Called the 800 number and spent another 2 hours trying to get this issue resolved. Still NO solution!

What can you say about Walmart ? It was cleaner than most locations and the greeter was nice and helpful. I would give it 5 stars if it weren't for the lack of employees on the floor at any given time. Since the Covid crisis it seems as employee numbers were scaled back. there always seems to be at the very least, an inconvenience to locate an employee in the Electronics and Automotive departments.

Germantown Walmart has the worst customer service, without exception. It's customer service area was rude and didn't even thank me for shopping there.3 people were unable to find knee patches even though they knew 5 were in aisle j14. The last rep gave up and said they must have been purchased. I inquired, All 5? She just gave me a dirty look. I thanked her for her help.As we were walking out of the aisle I said Here they are. She didn't say anything.If you want great employees, bring them from South Africa where employees are respectful and don't walk around looking at there stuid-phones. The young adults do their jobs or they're fired, like these degenerate "service employees" should be.Fond du Lac is fantastic. Whoever is hiring or training these Germantown Walmart employees should be fired. Call me if you need help fixing this problem of yours.
