I had to get my fur baby her manicure asap, cuz I got so many horrible “Concussions” from hearing her nails tapping on the wood floor. 😩😩😩Long story short. The an amazing Kelly did it again! She did a FURFECT job!!!Also I hear no more tapping from her nails! And that means no more concussions 😊😌Cassey loves her new Christmas bandanaThank you Kelly!!Merry Christmas from Cassey and James.

They are usually great. The last haircut for both my dogs was awful. We chose the second HIGHEST level for a cut and they completely shaved our dogs! They couldn’t have cut it any lower! Our dogs look like rats for the holiday and they are frozen without ANY hair. Very disappointed

Extremely disappointed in the lack of communication! I was told to return around 9 am for a nail trim, but I wasn't told I'd need vaccine docs., for my dog. Very frustrating!

Very unprofessional, lady kept cutting me off when trying to speak and when I asked for my dog back because I was uncomfortable leaving her she shoved her in my arms. I spoke with the manager Kelly, she also cut me off when speaking which was mind blowing to me. If you know this is a customer’s concern why would you do the same thing. Kelly did a better job explaining things to me but overall made excuses for the other lady behavior.

I took my 6 month old pup to get his nails clipped here and Becky was wonderful! You can tell she really enjoys what she does and did a great job making my pup comfortable. Also was helpful with grooming tips for when we get to that point!

Just got our dog food and treats here today and found out they charge customers 10 cents for one small plastic bag, not free anymore. Really??? You guys are already over priced and now this?? We may start goin somewhere else from now on. Just ridiculous!!!

At first, I did rate this places 5/5 stars. However, I wasn't sure if the groomer, breonna, was having a bad day, but definitely felt it from her when I picked up my dog. I always bring my dog here for bathes. This is the first encounter that I really did not enjoy or liked the groomer. At one point, I think she even screamed very loud out of frustration from who knows what. I heard her from the cash register. Either way, no job is easy, but if you need to decompress. You should probably step outside to do that and not do it around other dogs. Not sure if I'll be coming back. Not sure why they didn't book me with the same groomer that had always taken care of my dog since she was a puppy.

Our dog is a very nervous sensitive dog. The staff not only managed to get us in quickly but they treated him very well. My husband expected the cost for services to be twice what we paid. The value of the services provided with such gentle care and kindness is astonishing. We will not ever go anywhere else!

Worst experience! Stay clear of this grooming I used to take them there because they did a great job, but I am furious how they would sit and argue with me about a job done poorly. Ellie was awful!!! Sent my doodle home matted and incomplete, I picked her up only 5 minutes early because I really had to go. Blaming me for picking her up 5 minutes early because I had somewhere to be and couldn’t wait what actually would have been atleast another half and hour. Horrible customer service and sat there arguing with me that she would have been done on time when she clearly wouldn’t have. Not cheap either, go somewhere respectful

Mainly because Ellie was outstanding with handling my dog. My dog is quite shy,and I was more nervous than she I think about her nail trimming . After giving Molly to Ellie she showed a great deal of confidence and professionalism as she quieted my pup and began the nail clipping.

Shane was extremely helpful and courteous, he took care of Princess and Lobo. This was their first time having a spa day and he did an amazing job with both of our pups, you can tell he actually took his time and didn't rush through. We definitely look forward to working with him in the future, thanks Shane your awesome!!

Devonte (I believe) is very kind and patient with my dog and makes sure she looks and smells great. She is very vocal about not liking baths and he has never complained, only found ways to make her more comfortable.

Devontae, the groomer from Petco, called and asked if we would like to get our Akita in before Christmas. Which was wonderful because our Akita is molting! Devontae knows our dog has anxiety with crates and works on him and calls as soon as he is done so that he would not have to be crated. Besides his care for our dog he does a wonderful job and brushing him and getting all the extra fur off!

Friendly, welcoming staff. I get my dogs nails trimmed and they generally do a good job but there has been occasions that I've had to return and have them redo them again sooner rather than later.

They're really good at respecting the animal and treating animals well. I understand my dog is still learning and they're patient with that. They're also able to fit us in every time we come by.

Ella did a fabulous job at grooming my dog. She went above and beyond, because there were to cancellations from another groomer. she stepped up and squeezed my pet in. I thought that took Petco and groomer Ella from Germantown, WI to number one in my book.

Ellie does an outstanding job with my Lucy. Lucy can be a bit difficult, but Ellie is patient, kind and somehow manages to get Lucy looking beautiful.
