I like the Vet service they offer. The Vet team was capable and efficient. Communicated very well and Noel (the helper) was very friendly and fast. The prices for Vet care is very reasonable.The store is clean and well-stocked with pet supplies for dogs, cats, furry creatures, birds, and fish.

First off, I want to say, every time I look at my miniature schnauzer, I want to laugh, and cry.I took him in for a grooming. It had been about four months since I gave him a hair cut. He was a bit matted on his socks and his face was kinda raggedy.Petco staff check him out, said it wasn’t terrible, they would do the best they could, I said fine. Two hours later I get a phone call, and they ask if they could trim him low. After blow drying he was still a bit matted. I said sure, whatever, just get him cleaned up, and trim his nails. When I picked him up, they were going on about how he was so cute, he looked like a puppy😬I didn’t pay much attention to the cut, until I got home.I didn’t know weather or not, to laugh or cry.It’s hard to look at him. He looks crazy. Not a schnauzer cut at all. No skirt, no socks, they left the hair on his head and ears, long, and a curly Q, on his tail. Funny, but not funny🤷🏽‍♀️. I know companies are short of staff, but, don’t just pull anyone off of the street. I would have cut his hair at home. I was afraid to trim his nails, as they are black and I couldn’t see the quip. It was an interesting experience, to say the least. Well, in about two months, he should look, somewhat better.

I purchased almost $300 of new puppy supplies just before Christmas of 2020, and we ended up not getting the dog. When I went to return the items with the receipt a few weeks later I was told they are not accepting returns at that moment, during the height of Covid, and that I should wait to return them later.I went in with the receipt and items again yesterday and was told they do not take returns over a year later....?!?!So basically they conveniently cite policy and excuses when you try to return anything, and stick you with the untouched items.It's all around bad business. I would never buy from them again.

I ordered on line to pick up the next day. When I got to the store, I couldn't find my order on my phone. The person in the store was helpful and found my order on her scanner. I did find it a few seconds later. She didn't make me feel uncomfortable or pressured, but made it a pleasurable experience.

I Google this place while driving back to Windpoint knowing I wasn't going to be able to make my store in time before it closed. I didn't pay attention to my surroundings while up north in a Forrest.Seems my dog developed a scratch issue. This place had the necessary shampoo medication he needed. It's not cheap but it worked. Sometimes u have to pay for your errors.

Our dog is taking obedience classes at Petco and we are very happy with them. There seemed to be an adequate supply of dog toys, treats and food. However, I was looking for grooming supplies and it took me quite a while to find them. If there was signage, I didn't see it. I needed to use the rest room. It was dirty. The inside of the toilet was black! Do you have a cleaning crew? They are doing a terrible job.

I was so new to the tiny toy breed and Thomas and Leah are your go to people! Thomas was empathetic, thoroughly relevant, informative, patient, & Personality plus when it came to talking to me regarding everything I needed to know. I’ve known Leah from my prior lg. Yorker/Skye pup, And to hear how many different ways they can help you through the Vital-care program really helps put you at ease that they are there for the community whether there is a pandemic or not!. They have vaccination clinics and classes that are reasonably priced. Make sure you catch their coupons and their holiday sales as well and would I like the most is their grooming staff understands that during a pandemic we all need to make sure we have our companions, and if they see it they said kindly.

Had my dog groomed there 4 times. First two times were pretty good, did what we told them, took maybe 3 hrs first time, 3 and a half second time but he had longer hair and had some snarls that were hard to get out I guess, third time we decided to just cut his hair shorter to eliminate any snarls but it took them 4 hrs which to me is just too long, 4th time again, haircut, no snarls to comb out but it took 4 and a half hrs!!! When they were finally done my husband had to get our door and literally run out their door cuz we were now running late for a concert. They did not do what we asked on his head and face for a haircut, he had short hair on his body and long hair on his face and head, but we had no time for them to fix it. (I guess they over booked) would've been nice to know beforehand. I don't know how much a groomer normally costs but with a 10 or $15 tip were paying close to $100 this last time also when our dog got home he acted depressed for the rest of the evening and didn't eat so we decided were gonna go somewhere else.

Nice store with good customer service. The manager was very helpful with finding the Best food for our Golden Doodle. We also had a groomers appointment Toni did well with our pooch.

My dog was recently diagnosed with chronic heart disease. I couldn't find certain food I wanted/needed to feed him because of his condition. There was a young lady there that was extremely helpful by suggesting what I could feed him until I found what I was looking for. I was very pleased with her suggestions and am thankful for all of her help!

Good store, great people including Amy and Becky at the grooming shop. But the rest of the people (lady and a guy with tattoo) are really rude and disrespectful. They have done a very poor job on our golden retriever and will keep arguing instead of fixing the problem. Stay away from these two.

I definitely had a stellar experience going to Petco, with having the staff guide us around and being superrrrrrrrr kind to our pup and us. Them showing their knowledge and sweet care towards animals as they engaged in lovely conversations about their pets and told us what they get based off of good nutrition and enjoyment. To me it was so clear they respect animals. This Petco I saw a fairly decent selection too indeed and we ended up getting a whole bunch of goodies for my boy for his birthday. They ended up giving my pet son a free treat too and were delighted to do so. Thank you Menomonee Falls/Germantown Petco! It was worth the extra 15 minute drive!

I will NEVER go back to Petco. I’ve used Petco grooming for years and I couldn’t be more disappointed with our experience at the Germantown Petco.I took my Golden Retriever in for a bath, deshedding treatment and a haircut. I left strict instructions to trim him down so that his hair is 1 1/2 inches long all over. When I can back to pick him up, he was COMPLETELY buzzed down to nothing. The grooming manager was unapologetic and told me “it was our first time here and we forgot to write down your instructions.” ... If they were confused they should have called. Instead they disregarded all instructions and did whatever was easiest for them. Do NOT EVER go here!

**2 year Update: thought this would be fun since this picture popped up. Its been 2 years and she's still swimming strong 💪 **Very friendly staff. I asked every question I could think of when starting up my beta tanks. They told me things I would have never thought of! I went back twice with questions. Asking both Cade and Jordan- they both were patient and kind!! I would highly recommend going there!

Oh my gosh, Ellie in the Petco grooming center is truly fantastic! My dog is a handful, and Ellie takes everything in stride and just handles my anxious dog with so much love and care. If you want quality grooming for your let, see Ellie at Petco in Germantown!

I only shop at Petco when I absolutely have no other options. I couldn't find my cats food anywhere so I went to Petco this time. Everytime I'm in there the employees are so rude they are not friendly. I do not feel welcome. I just hate going there.

Today I went into PetCo in Menomonee Falls to get two 36 cent comet fish. I big, fat guy named Nathan flat out told me that it was the store's police not to sell me these fish because I have a 30 gallon aquarium. This store won't be getting any business from me. F#$k you and this store.

They weigh the cookies on the treat bar. In West Bend they don't weigh the cookies and they are $5.99 per pkg. At Germantown they weighed in, for 4 pkgs, total was $33.78. This is a complete rip off, I told the cashier this and he said too bad. I will not return to the Germantown location.

Came in to get my German Shepard groomed like the last 4 times I was here with no problems.my dog barked at the groomer and said they can't take him because they are not comfortable around him!!!! Not very professional in my opinion....won't be coming back to this crazy business
