Hannah is a wonderful groomer: technically proficient, especially caring, and passionate about animals and grooming. Over the past two years she groomed two of our dogs multiple times: one an elderly cockapoo with a few warts, an eye problem, some touch sensitivity, etc. and the other, a younger mixed breed. Both dogs left Hannah’s salon looking exactly as we wanted. Although a long-established grooming salon had dismissed the senior dog as “extremely difficult,” Hannah established a warm rapport with her, avoided nicking her warts, safely cleaned around her eyes, and expertly clipped her nails (despite some resistance). Amazingly, our senior dog (recently deceased) used to come home from her grooming by Hannah in a happy, energized mood. This was a big change from her experiences at the other salon. Our surviving dog does well with Hannah as well. This dog does not like us to fuss with her paws, but—with great patience—Hannah manages to groom her paws and to carefully clip her nails. In short, Hannah is a friendly, caring, and talented groomer, willing to work around the special needs, likes and dislikes, of individual dogs. Advice: talk to Hannah in advance of grooming, give her a heads-up so that she knows what to expect from your dog(s). Finally, the grooming salon at Pet Supplies Plus is kept immaculately clean and is in a secluded part of the store, helping to calm anxious dogs. Bottom line: we will not consider another groomer as long as Hannah practices her profession.

What a great place to bring pets. Wash your dog and save some money 🤑 in the pet washing area. Pickup treats and food for your adopted family members. Also walking through the store and browsing the iles for your favorite pet toy. Maybe just ask one of their helpful staff members for help finding the item you're looking for in the store. It's a win & win situation? 🤗🐕🐈‍⬛

The male employee working that day, in my opinion, the customer service felt very condescending and, in my opinion, felt like not welcoming or inclusive. Also, most of the items I was looking for did not have it at their store. I went to Walmart afterward and found a better and more extensive selection of pet items and a much better price, too.

Came here for a grooming appointment for my dog Ghost and was absolutely THRILLED with the service received. The little man looks so handsome and really enjoyed his spa day. The groomers were friendly, personable, and showed a deep care for what they do. I will definitely be back!

they had multiple of the same item on clearance so we assumed it was on clearance but when we went to check out it wasn’t on clearance and instead of them giving us a discount they told us we could price match it if we found it somewhere else cheaper. this wasn’t the first time this has happened at this location and I just don’t think I’ll be back

It’s sad that such a nice store has such an absolutely awful Store Manager (Dan). Some people just lack the proper people skills and customer service skills to exceed in a position like that & he’s definitely one of them. 3 interactions within a year & they’ve all been awful. To the owner: If you knew how he treated/talked to customers, I guarantee he’d not only not be a manager, but he’d not even work there. On a positive note: The store is very clean & the shelves are always stocked!

One of my close friends had her dog groomed here. (Bischon frise, maltese type dog)Dog was given back, looking really bad.. she was shaved, has multiple pink spots where she was shaved too deep, her paws were left shaggy and looking disheveled; her face wasn't touched. She didn't look properly bathed either. $80 wasted.... I don't know if the groomer was having an off day or what, but I definitely wouldn't bring my dog here, if I were you.

Called yesterday to see if I could have a nail trim completed for my dog. They let me know that the groomer would be in from 10-6 and an appointment was not needed. I drove 30 minutes to the business, let the lady know in the front that I was there for a nail trim. I was waiting by the groomer station patiently as Hannah (Groomer) was cleaning. I understand that they have other tasks so I patiently waited. She did not acknowledge me and avoided eye contact the entire time, she walked past me and disappeared for about 25 minutes. Keep in mind that my dog is terrified of other animals and was abused prior to us adopting him so it’s a rather traumatic experience for him being at a Groomer Station. I went back to the front counter and stated that no one was present and she went looking for the groomer, when finally Hannah showed up back to her station she walked past me again, ignored me and proceeded to welcome another person who had just walked up and had waited for a maximum of two minutes. I simply asked another colleague working if there was a second groomer working because we were waiting a while. They said no and that they would see what they could do. Finally the groomer Hannah acknowledged me and stated that “you didn’t say anything, now I have an appointment and I don’t have time”. The lack of basic customer service that this groomer Hannah has is absolutely embarrassing, she was careless and rude. I simply told her I was waiting for a nail trim and didn’t want to be rude. What on earth did she think I was waiting for? Hannah has no social or common sense skills. I was absolutely appalled at how she handled herself and am sure that she has been off-putting to other guests as well. If you want to bring your family pet to a caring establishment… this isn’t it.Corporate Pet Supplies Plus should be embarrassed and should seriously rethink their business model as this is not conducive for any community.

Hannah did an amazing job grooming my shepherd, lab, chow mix. I am convinced my other 2 dogs didn’t recognize her. She was quick but thorough and caring.

Great place with a great selection of dog foods, specifically Fromm. Ive had nothing but positive experiences since becoming a customer. Sharing stories about dogs with the staff/groomers makes it feel like my pet family belongs and is welcome. The groomers did a fantastic job on my border collie. It's the first time I've ever had him groomed and will definitely do so again. Will update if anything changes but for now I'm glad they built this location!

Pretty well stocked, awesome sales and specials by email. Great reward program!Hours are updated online. As I went a while back, the store was closed when it said it was open online. I went and gave a 1 star rating, I'm now changing that to 5 stars. A gentleman manager from this location contacted me, and it turns out Google had the hours different from the actual website. I did check, and he was right.You now get 5 stars!! Sorry for the previous rating.

I love this store and the fact that I no longer need to travel to the South side of Germantown for my fur babies! The owner is super sweet, we just met him today, he was the cashier. He owns the one in Germantown and Mequon. Prices are good, lots of product options, clean store and they have a reward program set up which I love. Lots of products made in the USA which is a huge bonus! You have to stop in and check it out!

I live in west bend and had sworn off PSP because I am not happy with that location. The pet store I have been going to now was out of small cans of fussie cat (which is primarily what i buy) so I decided to try this location. I was so impressed! It’s so clean and organized! I think they also had pretty much the whole line of fussie cat! Staff was very friendly as well.

I went in to this store for the first time to have a nail trim for my dog. The ‘experienced’ groomer Hannah, had cut the nail too short causing it to bleed on two separate paws. When I voiced my unhappiness that it happened twice, her response was ‘well in school they said it will happen all the time.’ I spoke to the owner while I was paying for the service and he said it’s not uncommon. Apparently, at Pet Supplies Plus Germantown, it’s common that your dog leaves bleeding after a nail trim. No response such as, I am sorry for your negative experience, instead justified this poor customer service. Unbelievable! Stay away.Right .. One would think if you hired someone to work in your store, they would be competent. I had my dogs nails regularly groomed. In his 12 years, I’ve never had someone cut his nails and make him bleed twice in one visit. That’s on you and the people you’ve hired to work in your store. Lesson learned .. I will not be back.

**Edited to increase from one star to three.. Although the inconsistent hours are frustrating, the employees are wonderful!! Very Friendly and helpful***Was super excited for a Pet store to open up locally. Unfortunately I've yet to see the inside. EVERY SINGLE TIME I go during business hours they are "closed for an emergency". I have tried NUMEROUS times since they opened. Why even bother???!!! Save yourself the time, gas and disappointment!!!!

Great prices for small animal food! Most pet stores have guinea pig toys and food super overpriced but the prices here are comparable to Chewy! So glad that they came to Germantown.

Took out Jack Russell Terrier for a self service bath. I found the staff very friendly and helpful, and the facility to be clean and neat. The dog washing facility was well laid out and equipped.

This was my first online order and pickup for this location. Inventory online was accurate, and checkout was easy! It was a 25 minute drive to the Germantown location...but once I got there and browsed the store, I found it to be well worth the trip. Beautiful store, big selection, and friendly employees/service. I highly recommend!

Wonderful new location with lots of great products to meet all my needs. Was so sad to hear about the emergency for the owner and hope that all is ok. I know how hard staffing is for everyone these days and adding this on top has to be incredibly difficult. Best of luck with the new location!
