My experience here started out great. The facility is nice and very spacious and that has always remained the same throughout my time here. However the staff slowly started to show a dislike towards me. I dropped my dog off a little bit later on Mondays than most people but that was an understood thing. I guess my last straw was today when I got there and waited for a half an hour for somebody to come to the front. Honestly, I thought something was wrong with one of the employees possibly and I was getting a little bit worried more than I was upset. But in the midst of all of that I totally forgot to leave My dog's food. I noticed it and drove it back at 11:45. When my husband picked her up tonight they never gave her the food and said they didn't want to disrupt the other dogs. Like are you kidding me? You decided to just not feed my dog because it was an inconvenience for you to get her out of the kennel by the other dogs? I do not expect much from somebody who is watching my dog other than to care for her and make sure she doesn't run away. I don't expect special treatment but I can't believe that the people working today just didn't feed her lunch. And she wasn't picked up until 6:00 p.m. She's a puppy! I see that this facility has plenty of five star reviews and I don't doubt that they rightfully earn them I'm just saying that my experience personally ever since the staff started showing a dislike towards me was not very pleasant.

I love Happy Hounds. I like that it's not a chain and so personal to each dog. We have been going there for over 20 years. Our first two who lived to 17 and 18 went there all their lives. Now we're on to our next two and we started them at 10 weeks. We've done everything from the puppy classes, to obedience, to grooming and of course doggy day care there. The owner Michelle, is wonderful and gets to know her clients on a personal level. I can't say enough about how well trained the staff is and how well ran this Doggy day care is. It's where dogs go to have fun and socialize, but also get very very tired out! They practically can't lift their head to eat after a day there. lol

We have been taking our dog to Happy Hounds for almost two years after trying a few other doggy daycares in the area, and absolutely love it. She is a small breed dog, and we have never had any concerns or issues with other dogs there. The staff is great, and the facility is wonderful.

My dogs LOVE coming here and are always SO exhausted after their weekly trip to Happy Hounds! The staff is very friendly and you can tell that they genuinely care about your pets. It's a great place, can't recommend it enough!

Our dog is a completely different pup at Happy Hounds. She comes out of her shell, and is confident and excited to meet people. At the end of the day when I pick her up, she is wiped out from playing with doggies all day. The staff at Happy Hounds is knowledgeable, professional, and their sincere love of dogs is immediately evident. I feel 100% at peace knowing our dog is in a safe, caring environment that she loves. I can't say enough positive things about them!

Everyone there is fantastic! I used to take my Lucy to another kennel and she would come back full of energy...made me wondet how much playing she actually did there. But when I pick her up from Happy Hounds, she is exhausted from playing with all the other puppies! The facility is clean, the people friendly, and most importantly, my Lucy LOVES going there! Beware of other places that "claim" daycare and do not give the dogs the attention that Happy Hounds does. I would give 7 stars if that option was available!

We have taken our dog Jack Daniels to Happy Hounds for the grooming with Amber for many years...and there's just one word to say THANK HEAVENS!! Okay that was two, but seriously, Amber is amazing with Jack and we don't know what we would do without her (we would have one ugly looking golden retriever thats for sure). Very professional and wonderful to both Jack and us. Jack comes back looking like one handsome dude! We thank Amber very much for being so great!All the staff at Happy Hounds gets two thumbs UP!! Great place for dogs!

I’m from Chicago staying in Wisconsin for about a year with a new puppy that needs some socializing. Found this daycare which is the closest one from where I am staying and so I gave them a call. After many attempts on the phone I decided to go in person and I find out, no one was in the office. Gave it a shot the next day and it took about 5 calls to get through someone and they tell me they are held back by an extreme amount of emails and they will get back to me. Owner of the business asked for the dog’s vaccinations which I have sent the previous day. She tells me that I forgot to send one more file so I resent it and was told she will get back to me as soon as possible. It’s been WEEKS and I try calling almost every day and I get no answer. The disappointment I have is surreal and coming from a daycare in Chicago with 5 star reviews and working as management there, I can say this is the worst service I have ever received and I don’t know how they are still in business.

I've been taking my dog here for over 4 years and I couldn't imagine taking her anywhere else. The owner Michelle has hired a very good group of people to watch our fur babies and you can see, she is one tired doggy when she comes home. Highly recommend the training offered also.

I took my pup Sally there to be groomed. Amber did an amazing job. She looks like a whole new dog. I'm so glad I took her there! You can bet ill be telling other puppy owners about Amber. I'm sure Sally will be telling all her dog friends about Amber too!! Thank you!

I took my dog Stash in to see Amber and man is she amazing!! Stash is a german shepherd, he's a big boy, and Amber took such good care of him! He was one stinky boy but he came back looking so handsome! Nice and clean from ears to tail! He looks amazing and smells so good too! Can't wait for some extra smell good snuggles with our boy! She's so good at what she does you can tell how much she loves doing what she does from how amazing your dog looks when she's all done working her magic! Thanks Amber, can't wait to come back again soon!

My extremely hyper puppy started there about 2 months ago. So far it's been great. Controlled environment, very nice people, reasonable prices, flexible options for scheduling, and my dog comes home exhausted. What's better than that?

What a caring, knowledgeable, safe place for your furry friend to play at. They also offer grooming services and training both which are excellent. The young girl I talked to while I was there was smoking hot making this place awesome haha!
