Love this store! Whether I'm looking for something for the kitchen, or looking for a piece of furniture to refurb (and almost everything in-between) this place has quite a variety to choose from. I only wish I could shop here daily just to see all the new stuff on the floor each day*Photo included is standing in front of the store, looking over the freeway. It was a beautiful cloud display so I just happened to grab a moment*

The most organized and clean ReStore we've ever visited, with a wide variety of product categories and choices available. Good use of signage and labels/pricing.

This is a great ReStore, well stocked all around. Although some items are priced usually high … some are quite reasonable, such as vast amounts of screw and nail hardware. Overall, worth a visit!

The people who serve were very disrespectful, one boy in particular yelled at me twice. He doesn’t know how to serve customers and I told the cashier and she didn’t do nothing. She just saw me and laughed

A woman employee (possibly Store Manager) came up to me last weekend and accused me of changing price stickers on a chair. She attempted to take the item away from me while heading to the check-out but when I told her I still wanted it, she marked the price up x3, from $5 to $15. She then followed me to the counter and oversaw the cashier to ensure I paid 3x what was advertised.I needed the chair for thanksgiving, as we were hosting friends and family, so I still bought it but I just can’t believe how I was treated.I know I was wearing coveralls and my beard was a bit unkept but I’ve never been accused of being a thief and Restore has always been one of my favorite places for affordable house goods.Really sad situation from a troubled employee. I hope others don’t have a similar experience.

The store is about to quadruple in size in early 2019, they will be opening up in the old “Gander Mountain” store, with a lot more to offer...

This past weekend we were on vacation and decided to pop into the habitat for humanity ReStore in Germantown, Wisconsin. The one thing that I found to be quite unique about this store is their variety in furniture, both antique , vintage, and modern. Few of the pieces they had were very reasonably priced. They had their discount pricing very well posted and the store was laid out very spaciously. Whether you're looking for something unique, something usable or whatever your seeking, I highly recommend stopping in and seeing what they have.

Always new items on display. Some really nice furniture and prices. Usually don't go home empty handed as they have some small items I can't live without. Good prices on some nice appliances which we've gone home with. Some areas could be a bit cleaner and organized. Thankful for all the volunteers and staff. Always tell others to consider donating items rather then throwing them in the dumpster. Would give it 4 1/2 stars. Look forward to the one in West Bend reopening in their new location.

My daughter & I have purchased many things there for the past 8 years or so & find helpful workers there to explain items we want in great detail. I also Love to donate things to them so they can share with others their fine prices. I Love donating to a Worthy Cause & hope others will too.

This place literally has a little bit of everything! Great for remodels or just sprucing up your house. Also lots of hard to find tools and parts as well. The staff works on a volunteer basis, and you can always round up your order to the nearest dollar or whatever you choose to donate to a good cause. Each store is different in what they carry, but generally all the same kind of stuff. Inventory changes hourly! Great seasonal stuff too!

Worst customer service I've ever experienced I got person to help. She was supposedly going to send someone to help they left me waiting by the merchandise for over 30 minutes and got no help. Workers just walking pass like I'm invisible. Don't want to play the race card but everyone else was being helped while I watched until I got fed up and walked out. Will never visit this location again and wouldn't advise anyone that's not from the area to visit. But to each it's own they just ruined my day not gonna force anyone to take my money

Huge store, wide variety. I personally have donated new sealed items, hardware, and quality furniture so you never know what you might find. Last few time by though they were not accepting donations due to lack of staff. Thats unfortunate. Common everywhere since 2021 though.

Great place to find everything from general hardware to paint, electrical supplies, cabinets for both kitchen & bathrooms and everything in between. They also have a plethora of millwork items including doors of all types & sizes. They even stock gently used furniture & even home decor items such as paintings. You never know what you may find next but as always the prices are beyond reasonable making it hard to leave with a whole lot of great items. All for a great cause! Love this store!!

Helpful and friendly volunteers, shockingly low prices. If you up-cycle furniture, this is the place to go!! Huge selection of tables and hutches, headboards, sideboards, side tables, etc. Also have paint, lighting fixtures, garden stuff, and who knows what else. I could have roamed that store for hours. Looking forward to the West Bend location reopening, but will probably still shop this location as well, just because it's so nice.

They have some decent selections of older furniture here. Prices are not too bad but certain items are marked like they are made of gold so kinda hit and miss. Staff are friendly though!

Found the perfect dresser for our little boy’s nursery. $65 is a steal compared to the new $400-$500 particle board dressers we looked at. Shoutout the the guy working in a yellow volunteer t-shirts for deadlifting the dresser into my truck. The staff is always so helpful!

Got a decent Dewalt grinder and its garage worthy only $7. Nice employees and easy access of 41 north or south. Contractors check it out. I saw a decent Ryobi roofing nail gun for $15 but I didn't grab it. Saw bunch of Mason tools for concrete. Definitely worth the stop on way back to West Bend.

This store is great. Great prices, great employees, great management. Such a large variety of products. They even allowed our pup to come into the store after asking and all employees were so kind to him and excited to have him around. Would recommend this business 10/10.

Always a good stop, always friendly people , always find a good deal and easy to donate. I had a full truck that I needed some space in so I pulled up and within a minute I had workers helping me unload things they could use. Got a good feeling and the room I needed. Win-win!

ReStore stores are a constantly-changing gold mine of possibilities for renovating and decorating your home. The Germantown one is my local favorite. Considering the volume and variety of items that keep coming in, it’s well-organized, staff is friendly, and items are priced to sell. It’s not unusual to find new, high-end items selling for 75-90% off regular prices.Last year I found a little yellow two-seater sofa for $40, likely 60-70 years old, that looked and smelled like new. Thank you little ol’ grandma that kept it under plastic since the 60s. It now resides in our home office. More recently I got two old, heavy glass lamps with awesome heavy lids that you use for an outdoor lamp post. They were better than anything I’ve seen at a store or online, and they were $5 each. Two weeks ago I got two white 4-paneled bi-fold closet doors. Solid core, perfect shape. Similar off-the-shelf doors at local stores currently cost $150-400 each. At ReStore? $15 each. After some hunting I found a brand new bifold door kit for $9.They have tools, lawn equipment, sometimes musical instruments and electronics, sporting gear, furniture, lighting, doors, windows and millwork, live edge wood, furniture, and all sorts of kitchen, bath and laundry items. Really neat hardware items, electrical parts, HVAC, roofing. If you don’t find what you want, go back in a week and look again.

Great staff, very friendly and helpful. A wonderful young man was so sweet as he helped take out my table. I had a hip replacement and using a cane he was extremely polite, thank you!

Always find the best items to repurpose for a project or spicy up my house with. Always for a great price too. Recently bought a mirror that was originally 15.99 but because it was the color item of the day an additional percentage was taken off and only cost 12.39 Now I just need to hang the mirror 😂

We seem to always find a bargain. Staff is very friendly and ready to help. My last trip I found 6 plastic covers for walk out basement windows. They were listed on Mebards website for $429.00. O picked them up for $20. I used them for cold domed cold frames in my vegetable garden. Also and Hugh chandelier from Potawatomi Casino that I refurbished as a wrought iron tiered flower planter. $35. If you are creative you can have fun at this store.
