On Thursday 4/25 I went in looking for a new helmet. Emma was very helpful in not only measuring my head but also being very knowledgeable about the products. She knew everything about each helmet I was interested in and was able to make recommendations. She happily helped me try on 3+ helmets and when we determined that my size was not in the store, she very kindly ordered it to be delivered to the store for me. I am so excited for my new helmet & will definitely be back. Thanks Emma!!

Dover Saddlery of Germantown Wisconsin is a very nice asset for Equestrians. It is located in a strip mall setting with a very busy parking lot. The store caters predominantly to the Huntseat horse and rider. You will find a small assortment of Huntseat saddles for sale here. I have been to Dover twice, once at their grand opening, and recently at their "tent" sale. Their grand opening was nothing less than spectacular. It had all sorts of representatives to answer your questions, many give aways, and was catered with quite a nice spread of food, wine, and drinks. Although their recent "tent" sale was not to the extent of their grand opening, they did have some nice specials on fall riding breaches and a few other horse related items. At checkout they offered a large tote bag giveaway or galloping leg wraps. Both at the grand opening and tent sale the slow moving checkout lines wrapped. to the back of the store with approximately a 30 minute wait time. I almost rated it a four star review because of this but, I'll have to go back on a less busy day to see if the customer service is better. Otherwise Dover Saddlery is a very nice store to shop at.

Beautiful store with tons of stuff. It was so clean and smelled good, and the staff were very friendly. Having a tack store in the area with so many options is great.

Thrilled to have Dover Saddlery open their doors in the area. I had a wonderful experience at their grand opening. They have all of the latest tack, equipment, clothing, etc. High quality products at various ranges in cost. Very glad I was able to see what they had to offer for myself!

What a nice store with excellent selections! The team of employees at this store and from the other supporting stores was a group of helpful, kind and welcoming and friendly folks. So glad to have a wonderful store like this to shop in person for all the stuff I need and might not NEED!!!
