I recently had both of my puppies in for a bath and a stay at the boarding facility. Not only wasit a great experience for myself but for my puppies as well. I feel that the caretakers are top-notch. I was greeted when entering the facility, and felt comfortable leaving my puppies with the staff. I particularly love that my pups had play time in the play yard, not just locked in a cage the whole time like some of the other establishments I have been to. The stay is not the cheapest around, but considering the attentiveness of the facility staff, also how happy and clean my puppies were when I picked them up, I would say it's worth every penny. I would highly recommend boarding/daycare and a bath service to anyone in need of a reliable, quality option.

My pet LOVES cedardale, she always comes back super tired and happy and it’s great when I pick her up after work. The staff is always super sweet and helpful and they always remember our names and my pets requirements. Thank you guys so much for taking good care of my steely

Took my doggy in for a daycare evaluation…free of charge and he had a blast! He was so tuckered out when I picked him up so that was much appreciated! Will be bringing him back again! The employees were stellar and professional. You can tell they care about what they do!

His smile says it all, my dog loves Cedar Dale and all of the staff too! Gourmet Pup Cups & Sunday Brunch. Fun Parties and events not only for daycare dogs but for boarding dogs too. They had a Doggie Easter Egg Hunt that was free and open to the public this year. Their grooming department has added fun spa packages with things like doggie facials too. There are so many reasons to love Cedar Dale Pet Resort, don’t believe it- stop in and someone will give you a tour!It’s a shame that people will post obviously false negative reviews and even make fake profiles to hurt any small business. Go see for yourself, I think you’ll be pleasantly surprised!

I boarded my dogs with Cedar Dale and Amanda is AH-mazing! 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼 thank you so much for taking care of my babies and grooming them! 😍 wow! Are they looking amazing. Husband and I can’t be pleased enough with the care and grooming.

My partner and I loved bringing our dogs to Cedar Dale! It’s been brought to our attention however that the sales we benefited from were coming from our groomers paycheck. Of course we love getting a deal, but not at the expense of our groomers wages.UPDATE: looking through other reviews I see that Cedar Dale does not care about their negative reviews and clearly just has a prompted response to put on them that they don’t care about considering all of their responses to bad reviews are the exact same

My pup absolutely loves this place! He used to not want to get out of bed in the morning and now he is waiting by the garage door excited to go to daycare. I also got him groomed for the first time and spoiled him with all the spa upgrades and couldn’t believe how amazing he looked.

My boys absolutely LOVE coming here! They love all of the staff and can't wait to see everyone every day for daycare! They also enjoy their spa days with the groomers who take such great care of them for all of their bathing and grooming needs. The groomers here are experienced, knowledgeable, and do an amazing job! I had a great experience working alongside the Cedar Dale staff and some friends from VIP Services from Elkhorn stuffing easter eggs for a Dog Easter Egg Hunt. Everyone was so kind and they allowed us to play with some of their foster puppies. Thank you Cedar Dale for including us, we appreciate you!

So we have been using Cedardale for many years. Loved it when Kelly owned it. We have always had pit bulls. I think that might now be a problem. Our Clover can be dog aggressive (reactive? Whatever the current term is), but she also loves life, humans, and her stuffies❤️ When I dropped Clover off for Thanksgiving I was told (by manager?) “Moving forward” they would not be able to take dogs like Clover.” I was told, “It was ok when we weren’t busy but now that we are…” So basically our money was good when you needed it but now not so much? This was all initiated by me asking if someone could pretty please let me know ONE TIME if she is ok during her stay. Our other dog (who she was used to boarding with) died last year and Clover has been sad since. I was told (insert sarcastic laugh here), “I can’t promise anything. We are busy.”A. If you are too busy to let someone know if their dog is ok and you are running a business that CARES FOR DOGS, maybe you are in the wrong business andB. If you only want fluffy doodles who can do daycare all day you should advertise as such.Not a good start to our vacation and I canceled our next scheduled reservation. Will never be back. Not that they care. Wrote to Kirk (owner) and he never responded.2 stars because everyone else there who has loved on our dogs through the years is fabulous and we are so grateful!

We have had Katrina groom our mini goldendoodle since he was 4 months old. Katrina has helped teach me better ways to brush and maintain all his different curl types between appointments. I cannot say Katrina’s name in our house unless we are going to see her because he gets so excited. She is the only person I have felt comfortable grooming Dexter and we are so lucky to have found her!

Went to lake Geneva to camp. Needed a place to watch my dog while we went on a lake tour. Ended up with two days of doggy daycare because we had to reschedule the lake tour due. My dog loved it. They were very helpful over the phone when I called ahead to schedule the first day and emailed her vaccination records. They were also kind enough to add another day of doggy daycare in the spur of the moment. Will use again when we vacation here.

We can't say enough good things about this pet daycare and boarding facility! Our three dogs absolutely love it here. We have our 2 labs and a pit bull/shepard/terrier mix. The staff is attentive, caring, and clearly passionate about animals. It's reassuring to know our fur babies are in such good hands when we're away. Our dogs love going here to play with the other dogs. You do have to book ahead of time because spots fill up, but we book ours months at a time. Highly recommend for any pet parent seeking a safe and loving environment for their pets! Their grooming is also affordable & ours dogs look gorgeous after.

I am super happy with the care that Katrina and the Cedardale team provide our Chloe rose! I feel comfortable, leaving her and even more comfortable picking her up because of the excellent work they do in grooming and tender, loving care! Would definitely recommend.

Local Review:I use Cedar Dale Pet Resort on a weekly basis utilizing their Daycare Services for my 1 year old Australian Shepherd while I work. Chance has been going to Cedar Dale for about 4 months now, 5 days a week and absolutely adores it. Every morning, he eagerly awaits going into daycare for a day of fun filled activities and attention. Being a high energetic dog, he requires extra activity and you can tell his time at Cedar Dale does just that. Every one of the staff members at Cedar Dale are pleasurable in nature and treat each one of their customers with respect and a friendly demeanor. I highly recommend using Cedar Dale Pet resort for all of your furry friends needs. They do a fantastic job with grooming services as well! 10/10 would recommend on my side!!Enjoy some photos from Chance's daily adventures at daycare. Did I mention they post pictures regularly on their facebook page of the animals under their care :)

Coming here to let everyone know that when Cedar Dale Pet Resort runs sales that the pay is being cut directly from your groomers instead of the company absorbing the cost. And when the groomers won’t accept the pay cut for the sales they are promptly fired with no prior notice! Be careful the small business you support! Not all of them are willing to give their employees the support they deserve!

My 1st time using a doggy day care, what an amazing staff and clean facility and the organization that I have seen at the location is very impressive, all the pups seem to be relaxed and happy. My puppy loves the play time and I feel very relaxed that she is in good hands.

We took our 11 year old australian shepherd there for the first time and he came home so handsome thanks to our groomer, Emily. She is the best! Cedar Dale is very friendly and accommodating to the needs of owners and pets. Will definitely be going back!

It’s poor business acumen to force commissioned employees to take pay cuts and call it a “sale”. It’s even worse to sell dogs without a proper license. I used to take my dogs there, but since the only rules they need to follow are there own, I’ll use the groomer a half a block away from my house and save an hours worth of gas. A shame indeed to lose business this way.

I have been taking my pups here for quite a few years now. I drive an hour every 8 weeks to get them groomed. The girls know my pups and their ailments and take very good care of them. I trust nobody else with their care, I have tried a few other places closer to my home in Milwaukee and no other facility cares for them like Cedar Dale.

I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with Cedar Dale Pet Resort. My dog Maverick had gone missing and was gone for 5 days. Thankfully he came back home but was caked in muck. He's an 85lb collie/husky mix. They were able to squeeze me in the day after my call. He looks amazing! We will definitely be using them going forward for all our grooming needs!

READ!!!! WILL NEVER take my dogs back here ever again. I was extremely nervous to board our dogs for the first time as we were getting married. Absolutely zero updates the entire time they were there. Then get a call on the day of our departure saying one of my dogs is throwing up and pooping blood & is acting lethargic. I am 7.5 hours way from home panicking as all close family and friends came to our wedding. Luckily enough I was able to find a friend to pick up my dogs and taking one to the ER vet, which he was extremely dehydrated & guarding his abdominal area. I have no doubt in my mind they either kicked or hit my dog. He was very skidish for the next several weeks around new people & now hates even going to the groomer. Just found out yesterday that my father in law boarded his dog there and came home puking up blood as well. Absolutely a disgrace to have such a poorly ran business in our community where we thought we could trust them with our fur babies.

I love cedardale pet resort. We bought my puppy sugar there twice now and absolutely love the place. Their place is clean, the space provided is more than adequate, the attention my puppy received was superb, she was a little skittish with some of the other dogs but she warmed up to them fairly fast. The outside area for the dogs to play is absolutely amazing. If you're looking for somewhere to leave your dog while you're away, I would definitely suggest cedar Dale pet resort in Genoa City

Everyone is very nice at Cedar Dale. Jingles gets his grooming done, great job every time. Excited every time for doggy day care, and comes home a happy and very tired doggie. Thanks for taking good care of our dog.
