We had heard about Ashley‘s business, Fluff And Ruff, from a dear friend who tried many methods and other places, but did not find success until having their puppy do a board and train with Ashley. We just picked up our puppy from her two week Board And Train with Ashley and we are thrilled with the results! She comes when called, she no longer jumps on people, and she easily goes into her kennel now. Ashley is professional, knowledgeable, and meticulous in her training of puppies and dogs with issues. We had three lessons with our 10 year old fear aggression doodle, and she was able to work wonders with him! We enthusiastically recommend Ashley and her business Fluff And Ruff!

We brought our 16-month-old puppy to Fluff & Ruff for the 2-week board and train, and we’re so happy we did! Ashley was amazing and taught us so much! She worked with our dog on walking and off-leash manners, being more comfortable around new people, and she reinforced other common commands. Our dog is now more consistently well behaved and we’re continuing to keep up the good habits. We’re so thankful for Ashley and would recommend her to any family!

Ashley did a 2-week board and train program with our Corgi puppy in March. For him only being about 8 months old at the time, the effects of his training were immediately noticeable. While he was relatively well-behaved before and I feel like we had to be trained more than him, Ashley was excellent.The difference was night and day and our pup is much happier and healthier as a result. He has higher confidence, less anxiety, and much better socialization. He listens well both on and off leash, and we’ve taken him in several public environments with only positive results.I cannot recommend Fluff & Ruff enough - if you have a dog and want them professionally trained, this is where you go.The wait list is long and it isn’t cheap, but if you’re like us and your pup is a member of your family, the investment is worth it 10 times over.

We brought our jumping, mouthy, barky dog to Fluff & Ruff for 2 week board and train. We would 100% recommend Ashley to anyone! She has a wealth of knowledge and taught us so much. We now have a well behaved dog we can take in public without all the bad habits. We’re incredibly happy with the results! We will continue to board with her and will travel to groom with her as soon as she has an opening! Ashley is THE BEST!

Our 8 month puppy, a rescue at four months, had suddenly become very shy of other people. Prior to that she had been a happy go lucky puppy who liked everybody. Apparently this is something that " teenagers" can go through. She also stopped responding when we would call her to come, distracted by birds and leaves and other moving enticements! We decided to bring her to Fluff and Ruff and met with Ashley. Three sessions so far and our puppy has learned a lot! She's learned to be more trustful around other people and is so much better at coming back to us when we call her! Importantly, we also learned many lessons, so that we could give our puppy consistent corrections! I highly recommend Ashley to anyone who has questions about their dogs attentiveness, happiness or just needing to learn how to be a safe, smart, nice dog!Mary

Ashley is the real deal!! We took our six month old collie/heeler pup for the two week obedience training. She is in high demand so we did have to wait about 6 weeks until we could get in - wow was it worth the wait!! Bailey is like a new dog. She doesn’t jump on people or get overly excited, she walks at heel, she is very responsive and obedient when we give her a command. It has been a game changer and we would recommend Ashley to anyone who has a new dog and is looking for solid obedience training. Ashley gets you set up for success and lays the ground work so that you can go home and continue to work with the dog. But getting that foundation laid is key! Thanks Ashley!!!

Ashley takes the time to get to know each dog and their individual needs. She treats each and every dog that she works with as if they were her own. Once the dog is ready to go home Ashley will sit down, and take the time to go over everything with the pet's owner. Ashley is professional, personal, and knowledgeable. If you have a dog that needs grooming or training Ashley is the one to go to.
