Meet Coco, my 4month old fur baby. I see all these negative comments about Puppy World & don’t really understand when they provided me the most lovable & sweetest angle. She was staff’s favorite so every once in awhile we bring her back for visits and grooming. Everyone there is so nice & knowledgeable. Being that this is my first puppy they’ve helped a lot & continue to answer any questions or concerns I may have.Nothing compares to seeing your 4 legged friend meet you at the door after a long day. So if your considering on buying a puppy, do it 🏻

The only reason I'm giving this place 1 star even though they deserve none is because my puppy is the sweetest little baby I could've gotten. But she was the completely wrong breed she was sold to me for - sold to me ($1,500) as a Mini Aussiedoodle, when she was in fact a Yorki and Grey Terrier mix (took a DNA test and checked with a vet). I was a first time puppy parent so I had no idea what a Mini Aussiedoodle was, nor did I know what a puppy mill was, anything of the sort. Everyone was polite and seemed to know what they were talking about, and I blame my own naive self for not doing proper research on any of these. I had never seen a Mini Aussiedoodle and I had never seen my dogs breed before, so I completely believed it. Please do research, and don't trust this place. I have learned a lot since buying my dog Arya. Again, I wouldn't trade her for the world - she's the sweetest and cutest little puppy I could've gotten and I don't regret it. The only thing I regret is not doing proper research. But they overpriced her along with misbreeding her, and I'm sure the vet they told me bred her themselves don't know a thing about her, and I bet you theyre not even a real vet. I'm greatly disappointed, and I personally wouldn't come back to this store and don't recommend anyone else go to it. I'd sue it if I could. The puppies have done nothing wrong, and it saddens me that they're being exploited and used like this. I wish the rest of them all great homes and a healthy life, but DON'T BUY THE PUPPIES. Don't support the business. Absolutely disappointed.

Very nice staff, I brought my pup (chewy) from puppy world and we just luv him. They have a great selection of fury friends. I just love how they take a picture with your new fur baby, where you can go back on their site and view it.. I definitely recommend puppy world..

I visited here about an hour before they close. The dogs that weren't in rusty kennels, were out on the floor with maybe a few toys. Nothing for them to lay on that was comfortable nor a pee pad so they didn't keep peeing on the floor and stepping all over the place with pee paws. The dogs were supposedly cleaned a week ago, which I don't know the standards of cleaning dogs, but a week seems like a long time, especially with an open petting policy they have going. The vents and sprinkler were very dusty and rusted. Gross. The kennels that the puppies were in were also very very rusted. I would never buy a pet here. Most of the staff were nice, but I am pretty sure the owner girl was not the nicest to us.

We went in just to look but, there is no hassle there. Other places have you bringing other pets you might have in and schedule visits. Everyone was very helpful and we adore are dog who is now 2 years old. We wanted a sweet big girl and they helped us get her.

Me and my fiancé came here just to see if they had any German Shepherd puppies. When we got to the store everyone was super helpful and knowledgeable. They all seemed really experienced with handling puppies. We ended up seeing a GSD pup and they let us hold him for awhile. We knew he was the one and put a hold on him, so we could show him to our two kids. We bought a German Shepherd/border collie mix, Mia from Puppy World 4yrs ago and she has been great. Now we got her a husband, as my kids put it. The place was clean and they made sure not to let it get crowded.

The nicest staff I have ever met! The place is absolutely adorable! The cutest puppies I have ever seen. Obviously I really liked my visit... 🤭 I had to have Fiona's nails cut and my son recommended this place to me, I'm so glad I made the visit. They were so good with Fiona. Thank you so much 💕

Awful to sell puppies. Shame on you. You degenerates reading this and thinking about going to puppy world: adopt a dog instead. You can even get a puppy from a shelter if you're patient. Puppy mills are awful. If you buy a puppy from here, you are contributing to the suffering of a lot of puppies/dogs.

Walked in to get my puppy fix with no intention of buying a puppy and literally the first puppy I held I was like that's it, I'll take him! The puppies are reasonably priced unlike some places *cough* Racine Petland where all puppies are at a minimum of $7,000 *cough*. The employees were extremely kind and helpful during the adoption process. Would definitely come here again, not only for my puppy fix, but to adopt another puppy!

They were nice bit was disappointed that we really didn't get anything with our puppy the hole reason we decided to go their was a friend told us when they got their puppy they got a bunch of stuff with and you would think with the amount of money we paid and donated we would have got more then a small bag a food a n few cans of wet food but we love our puppy never the less and she is doing great just hope it's the breed they say she is

I have adopted my lovely Athena (rat terrier) from PuppyWorld and the customer service was outstanding. The experience from the moment you walk into the store to the minute you leave with your new best friend, you will have an awesome experience. I recomment them!

i would not recommend this place at all. The puppies come from moms who are overbred and in horrible living conditions. They get no time to recover from labor and are forced to get pregnant again.. If the puppies arent in the rusty cages, they’re on the floor continuously stepping in their urine and feces. They allow humans to touch every puppy and to go from one puppy to another without washing their hands. This is how diseases spread. The puppies are overpriced especially for poorly bred dogs. Most puppies are being sold as another dog breed as well. Overall, not a trust worthy place. If you adore animals, please research the breed you want and research proper breeders. This company just cares for money. Please find a reputable breeder or adopt from a local shelter!

I had the best experience here. I am a first time dog owner and I got my puppy here after looking for quite a long time. They did a great job of informing me or everything I needed to know and would need for the puppy! I would highly recommend coming here! They also encourage you to donate to people they are helping at the time to help you with the cost of your puppy! I loved the experience overall and will be back if I need anything! Staff is by far amazing! I was helped by Adrianna and she did a great job!

We had a great experience at puppy world. Everything was explained on the process of purchasing a pup. We have always had shelter dogs. So far, so good. Very helpful and well trained staff. Always willing to answer my questions 3 months later.

Please seems pretty well kept and staff is nice however when I inquired about breeder information they assured me that yes the breeder was reputable and everything I looked up the breeder personally and after doing some digging found the breeder to have multiple complaints from buyers were concerning the puppies health over 10 years span so clearly the Breeders did not change their ways and Puppy World continues to use them when I confronted Puppy World about this they play dumb and this is nothing new because these reviews were like over 10 years old so Puppy World knew about these clearly since they've been in business with them supposedly for 29 years although when I searched the breeder they did not go back 29 years the farthest back I could find their company was 20 years so the lack of correct information is concerning along with numerous other factors and I personally can't recommend Puppy World based on the safety of the animals health and the fact that when we looked at the puppy it had just gone through surgery a week before we were told and after researching online it was recommended that after that surgery a dog/puppy should have 2 weeks recovery time before you play with it or let it around to play with other dogs should rest for like 2 weeks they already had it playing with people after a week so that was a little bit of a red flag for us as well I can agree that the people there are at least nice and the store itself is kept pretty clean just personally we aren't the type to gamble $3,000 on a maybe just to have our hearts broken

Got my puppy from here a few months ago and my experience was great. The girl who was helping me was telling me everything I need to know about the poodle breed and even giving me tips as a first time puppy owner. I was sooo terrified because it’s a big step but their support and advice helped me feel so much better. I’ll still go in from time to time with Cash for treats that she likes and the girls who work there are so nice and love to see her as she grows. They even remember her from when she was there! It’s a great small business to support and since they work with reputable breeders and not puppy mills, this is the place to go to get your puppy. I see people complaining about price but you can’t buy a cheap puppy while expecting a healthy one.

I bought our puppy from here when she was 2 months she is now 8 months she is GREAT LITERALLY the best dog I've ever had. Only bad thing is NEVER finance from them we missed one payment (1 day late) and the interest went to 98% But over all we are very satisfied with our puppy she was/is very healthy no problems with her at all :) the staff was great And very helpful only bad thing was financing but NEVER AGAIN FINANCING another dog esp through their bank

Please listen to what people are saying. If you are buying a puppy at this place or any puppy store, you are supporting puppy mills. Do your research, please. The dogs and the puppies born at puppy mills are mistreated and live in horrible conditions. It will break your heart. A puppy should not cost thousands of dollars. They aren't trophies. We got our amazing puppy at a rescue and she's amazing. These stores need to go out of business, and shocked that puppy mills still exist. All puppies are amazing, but I hope that places like this go out of business and these puppies at this store can also be rescued.

I was a first time Puppy Parent and had just lost my Father a month Prior so I wanted to get a puppy for my family , I was looking for a Yorkipoo and the associates told me that they would call me when one would come in stock. The very next week I received a phone call telling me to come down to the shop to see the male Yorkipoo they had. I immediately was told that if I didn't put 500.00 down I most likely would not get the puppy and they created that sense of urgency. Finally I was so happy they called me I went into the store and purchased the puppy for 2900.00 and they quickly gave me my paperwork all filled out that said I purchased a Yorkipoo. Now as the months went by I noticed and many of my family members and the Vet and of course the groomer telling me that I did not have a Yorkipoo and that it had no relation to either breeds. The Pet store LIED to me to charge me the Yorkipoo pricing , I'm investigating what my next steps are about this and taking this legally. I love my puppy and wouldn't give him back at all anymore but to LIE to me and tell me that I was purchasing something that was not does bother me , they got me at my lowest. SHAME on you Puppyworld and I hope that they do not take advantage of any other families like they did me.

Good experience. Ended up going home with 2 puppies and they have a fabulous life living in the Burbs, backed up to the Kettle Maraine.Love my baby girl, not sure how she ended up with separation anxiety, but we got thru it. Not a fan that I have been there a few times and some pups are just TOO large for the smaller cramped cage. That is why we took pup 2 home, We didn't want to see him getting put back in a cage he was too small for.

They hand out sick puppies like candy. We got a puppy that had a parasite,one thats very contagious,even to humans. The owners didnt care what so ever when mentioned. When looking at the comments,I see this is a common theme,which is extremely sad. They lie a lot and charge extreme prices for puppies. They say that their purebreds are registered - but dont be fooled because it is not AKC. Tip,when going purbred always make sure its AKC. I would recommend to not go to this place. Like others are saying, adopt or find a reputable breeder. As someone else mentioned go to one with actual reviews and ones that allow you to visit. When I google the breeder on the paperwork, nothing comes up,hmm. Doesnt sound legit to me. Buyer be very aware!
