Have taken my angel here for years. Linda took such great care of my Gracie, and was such a pleasure to deal with. Yes, her prices are a bit higher than the chain pet store groomers, but not once did I have to worry about her well-being. The results were always adorable and well worth the few extra dollars. Gracie recently "crossed the rainbow bridge", but if I ever get another dog, she will be going to Lulu's Dog Pawlour. Thank you so much Linda!Update: I have a new dog, and am taking her to Linda's too. Same great service.Update 2: Linda has now retired. Happy for her! Luckily, her associate Shannon has purchased the business. Our first visit went very smoothly. Will keep coming back.

Linda, the owner of Lulu’s Dog Pawlour, is the only one I trust to groom my fur babies. We have been going to her for over 10 years, she is professional and the shop is always spotless. My dogs are always happy, never stressed when they are there, they are not caged, but are able to move around and socialize with the other dogs, which I like. Would highly recommend Lulu’s Dog Pawlour if you are looking for a great groomer!

I have taken my Long hair chihuahua to Linda at Lulu’s for several years. Domino is an anxious pup and has had seizures. I can leave Domino with Linda and know she will take her time and care for him. He always comes home looking and smelling incredible. We take our boxer Ruby to get shampoos and nail trims as well. . I am grateful to have a groomer that treats our fur babies as her own. It’s like a spa day for your fur baby. I highly recommend Lulu’s Dog Pawlor and Linda!!! I would rate higher if I could!!

When I called to make the appointment, the owner answered the phone and she was very friendly and helpful and took a lot of time talking to me. When I dropped him off, I noticed that her facility is clean and organized. We were the first appointment of the day so she could spend time and meet our little Shih Tzu.When I picked my dog up, he was calm and not in a rush to leave. And every time I have brought him back he is excited to go and happy to see Linda. She has a great personality for people and she loves her furry clients. I absolutely trust her and her staff with our dog. Our dog smells so clean and looks so handsome after each appointment LuLu's is worth every penny. She runs her business quite efficiently and will give you an estimate of how long the service will take and she has been done around that time every single time. Did I mention this groomer's shop is the cleanest I have ever seen. Even after a full day of clients the shop smells wonderful.

I have taken my Shih Tzu to many groomers before meeting Linda at LuLu's so I can confidently say she is the very BEST! My dog does not get stressed out. It is very clean. She does an excellent job with the cut and wash. She also goes the extra mile with cute bows for my pups hair. Highly recommend you giving her a try with your dog. You will not be disappointed.

I'm so glad we found Linda at Lulu's. She gave our goldendoodle puppy her first groom and we were amazed at what a beautiful job she did. We've brought her back to Linda since, and the results were just as great, so we will continue to take our dog here!

Shichon happened there!!! I'm so mad I could spit bullets. I didn't want her to have a bad experience there or anywhere. he had been groomed 3 other times by HC Pets. Linda from Lu Lu's said we needed a Meet and Greet, never had been interviewed before by a groomer, usually it's the opposite. When we took our puppy in I told Linda that she has very sensitive ears with hair extraction of her ears. She told me that Vets want groomers to pluck the hair out or they'll get an infection, then said she puts Powder INTO THEIR EARS. Why? For gripping of their ears, she said.When we picked her up she kept shaking her head. We had plans 100 miles away for Labor Day and continued on to meet family. We thought that she just didn't like the plucking. WRONG!!!!!! As a few days later it didn't get any better, if not worse. Got home took her into the vet immediately. She had an ear infection in both ears!!! Not only was Lu Lu's almost 2x's more expensive, my puppy suffered, and the vet bill was $183.62.Talked to Linda said she uses this powder on all dogs never had this problem, told my vet wanted to know what it was. She didn't even know had to look for it said it's Miracle Care Ear Powder.She never apologised, never said I'll refund your $, NOTHING. I said, I guess I should have said don't pluck hair from her ears, she then turned t he table on me and said "YES YOU SHOULD HAVE"Don't take your puppy, dog, cats whatever needs a cut to her,I'd give her 0 if I could

my dog had a bad grooming experience at a different salon and has complete anxiety about getting groomed. once we started going to Lu Lu that has changed. linda is so good with her and does a fantastic job. i HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend!

Not impressed. Twice as expensive as my other groomer. Has an attitude like she is doing you a favor by taking your business. Does not take credit cards. Doesn't return phone calls. Yes I will go elsewhere.
