This is an amazing gem in a world of otherwise large box style pet stores. The owners and staff are always so friendly and genuinely happy to have your business. I love that I can shop at this store and know all offerings are safe and natural food options for my dog. Also, some of his favorite toys were purchased here.

I had problems with finding a food that both my dogs liked and that was safe. I went into Happy Tails on the suggestion of a friend and am SO glad I did! The owner was extremely helpful, giving me tips and pointers. She gave me a trial size bag of food to try that they had available and both my dogs LOVED it. Its so nice to go get my pets food and treats and not worry about where it comes from or if it will hurt my dog. GREAT PLACE!!

We have been frequenting Happy Tails for a few years now, and hardly ever shop for our dogs anywhere else! Ken and Tiffany take outstanding care of their customers, as has every other staff member I’ve met there. Shoutout to Gail who always remembers my name and is always so pleasant! I’m so thankful to have an amazing local pet store that I can trust, and always look forward to coming in!

This is a great place to shop for your pups! Ken is super knowledgeable and really takes the time to answer questions and educate customers on the products they carry. It is very clear that he and Tiffany do their homework when deciding what brands to stock. We LOVE Happy Tails!!!

Blown away. I had seen this store a year ago and always had wanted to stop in, but never had a need since I don't have a dog yet. I stopped in today to check things out, (still don't have a dog) and I must say I was blown away. The store is very clean and well organized. In addition they genuinely focus on healthier options. I was also surprised to see that there are brands that are made here in Wisconsin! Once I get my dog, I will be definitely be stopping by again. Thank you so much.

I have only ever been in this store a handful of times. While the staff is extremely friendly they do not interact with you as much as other small pet stores similar to Happy Tails. The staff remained behind the counter each visit because of this I have little gauge on the staff's actual knowledge of pet nutrition. However, the store does carry "holistic" or "better branded" lines of food like Zignature, Stella & Chewys, and Fromm. Their toy selection is small but they have great quality toys.

Wonderful family owned store. The owners are very knowledgeable and passionate about the products they carry. I highly recommend them for their high quality food, treats, supplements and toys! My girls love everything I get from their stores!

Ken and Tiffany are extremely well educated on nutrition! They won't sell any questionable dog food or treats of any kind. Talk with them! They are also wonderful at hosting local rescues and those specializing in animal welfare.
