I enrolled Crystal at CB several years ago, needing to find a place I felt safe boarding her for the weekend. It was never the plan to leave her in long term. Now, going on year three, I can't imagine her NOT going each week! It's the highlight of her week and I feel so comfortable leaving her in such good hands.

Staff is friendly but very disappointed after picking up my dog today. He smelled like urine and was incredibly dirty. It rained all day today so not sure why the staff would allow him to play outside!! The last few times he’s been at central bark, he’s come home smelling awful. Not as bad as today tho. We’ve brought our dog to other daycares in the area and never had a problem like this. Definitely will not be going back.**update. The day after I posted this review I received a phone call from the owner of central bark. He was very concerned about our experience and wanted to make things right…even if we still felt we would not be returning. After that conversation we have decided to give central bark another shot. Thank you Alan for reaching out and for offering to make this right. It is truly refreshing to actually be heard.

I’ve been taking Louie to Central Bark Franklin for a couple of years. I love the location, facilities and the staff also seems very nice. Louie is excited to go and comes home tired. I appreciate their flexibility in scheduling. He’s come home a few times with nicks and a tiny bit of fur missing, but I suppose that’s hard to completely avoid. It would be nice if there were webcams so I could check in on him every once in a while!

Be cautious. Took my very friendly and well socialized puppy here a couple weeks ago to the open dog park. Within 15 minutes he was bit in the face while just standing there watching the other dogs. He was bit by a weiner dog who is apparently a regular there. The dogs parents did nothing. When leaving the front desk asked how our experience was. Told them my puppy got bit in the face. When asked by which dog they said oh yea that's how he can be. Why are you allowing a dog with that known behavior in a large group of dogs? First and last time ever going to a dog place like this. Can't imagine leaving a dog there all day and worrying if they will get attacked or bit.

The staff is GREAT!!! The facility is clean and well maintained. Highly recommend them. This is the only place we will take our 2 dogs.

My Peppy and Shiloh so enjoy their time at Central Bark .... the staff treats them like they are their own ..... the play time/socializing is soooo good for "my girls." They come home nice and tired from having so much fun. I highly recommend Central Bark Franklin to anyone in need of doggie day care/overnights for their beloved poochies.

I attempted to enroll my dog in doggy daycare/grooming here and we kept getting told wrong information. The first appointment they told us 4pm on the phone and sent an email/text saying the appointment was at 4:30. We went at 4:30 and they turned us away as the groomer was leaving at 5. Second appointment they groomed our dog and didn’t dry him and his nails were awful. They are so jagged and look awful. This has never happened to him before anywhere. I asked about the assessment to enroll him in doggy daycare and was told that appointment wasn’t made we would need to come back again. The woman at the desk was rude/cut me off talking and said we were late for the appointment. We said the email/ text said different and they said something is wrong with their system. There is an extreme lack of organization and communication here.

Excellent place to take your dog. I’ve taken my dog here before several time and never had an issue with her safety. The staff are super helpful and are professional with your dog. I look forward to continuing taking my dog here whenever I get the opportunity

I love CB Franklin! Stan and crew are great with the dogs and I feel very comfortable leaving my pup with them during the day or for sleep overs when traveling. Jackson is excited to go to camp every morning and I love picking him up in the evening after a fun play day. He always sleeps soundly after a day at camp!
