I was taking photos of the hot food to send to my boyfriend to see what he wanted because he was at home and didn’t know what hot food they had (as it changes throughout the day). When I went to check out, the older woman working rudely interrogated me about why I was “walking around taking pictures of her store.” I took two photos of the hot food and then walked around the store browsing for myself while I waited for his answer. No need to interrogate a paying customer. A terrible experience and rude workers. Do not come to this Kwik Trip unless you want to be seemingly accused of something and spoken down to.

Since I travel to many places I figured I'd review the next Kwik Trip. this one in particular has an extremely friendly staff. Always clean never have I walked into this one and felt it needed attention. Stop in if you're on your way to the Dells!

I was backed into by someone while sitting at this gas station waiting for my daughter to arrive. All the staff were very helpful, offered me something to drink if I wanted one, gave me materials for my window (passenger window broke completely) and was just ready to help any way they could. I don’t really leave reviews for any where, but them being so helpful and nice when I was in a bad situation, is the least I could do. Thank you to all the staff there when this happened and offered help. I appreciate it a lot.

Stopped for coffee and a bite with my wife. The only thing good was the coffee and bathroom. Food was horrible. I've been to kwik trips throughout my life. Thousands of times. Food was never ever this bad. Service was horrible. Some lady was giving out free samples and never gave one to my wife whose black. Some people never got taught right by there mama.

This Quick Trip seems to have a management issue. Some of the staff are a bit rude and on edge. One of them is a sweet old lady who they force to dress up in a pizza costume and pressure people into buying their pizza. It all speaks of high-pressure management pushing these staff like slaves. I am very thankful I do not have to work in such a high-strung environment.To add some detail, when I visited I asked I could look at the coffee cups. The bigger lady working on the computer said I could not look at the cups and would have to get someone to get one for me since it was behind the counter as she walked away. She said this in a really rude tone that made me think she was not enjoying her day, or happy I asked her a question. I work for the state, and not once in my time in my work there have I got such a negative vibe from someone. This lady obviously hates her life.This Quick Trip is clean and well ran, but I don't feel the staff are appreciated or treated with dignity. I was disappointed at how that lady treated me, and I am sad for anyone who has to work under her.

I love Kwik Trip, but this location is awful. It is filthy, things not taken care of, workers standing around talking in the middle of the store gossiping. There was so much that needed to be cleaned. And it was a Tuesday night so I highly doubt they were busy in this little town.

Great customer service, store is clean, staff is friendly and helpful, I enjoy stopping whenever we go through Fox Lake! Today I stopped for my regular Hazelnut coffee and they were out, they offered to show me the new fresh ground machines with Hazelnut and gave it to me free! Love it!❤️

Extremely rude workers and poor customer service skills. Especially with management and the female workers in the morning. Cold breakfast food. Dirty bathrooms, constantly out of stock on certain items. Our family spends 100s here a week as they are the only convenience store in town. I'd rather spend my money else where and drive 5 miles then deal with this horid place. I usually have great experiences at quick trip to, as I frequently go multiple times a day for coffee, food, cigarettes, gas, ect. They also have workers everywhere standing around, but will have 1 register open and a line of 5 people. Definitely not a quick trip at this store.

Nice store in Fox Lake, WI. I usually stop by on Fridays or Sundays when passing through on the way to/from from Green Lake. I'm not sure about other days of the week, but this store is very busy on the weekends with boats/trailers and associated lake traffic. This store has all the amenities that I can think of in a Kwik Trip as far as food/lunch options go. My experiences with the staff have always been very positive.

Nice store and usually very busy. Clean bathrooms. All of the usual conveniences of Kwik Trip. I especially love the fee free ATM!March 2021, come check out the new remodeling of inside store. Looks very nice, lots more room.

Have had repeated issues with customer service here. Resolved them once with the regional manager, but the issues continue to happen at a store level. I just called and heard the lady say "They're calling to order food, can I just hang up on them?", then they hung up. For a business who makes a lot of it's money selling food from their kitchen, they sure seem like they don't want the business. This is a repeat issue with this store, the staff are lazy and would rather turn down business than help the store be more profitable. They're all fake smiles and recited lines at the register, but when it comes to any real customer service, they don't have any. Fire Dawn and start over, these people are trash.

I used to work here. The team is chock full of good people. They are almost all customer oriented. As the only convenience store in town, they are also the only place to purchase food in town, therefore they are a core resource for many of the loyal local customers. Many people are there daily and it makes it a family like relationship.An additional positive is that Kwik Trip is a family owned, Wisconsin based company. Buy local!My only criticism is that there should be a car wash. There is a demand from travelers and the local population lacks this service.

6 years of misery almost over. I move in teo weeks and am going to be glad I wont have fox lake kwik trip to make me late every other day in the morning. I won't have to deal with the most rude woman I've ever had to endure and I might actually get a breakfast item at 445am on my way to work. Staff here is decent, except over night and early mornings. One extremely crabby woman in particular. I've left this location in pure disgust dozens of times and finally today was the last straw. I used to go 20 minutes out of my commute to hit a different gas station that sold breakfast food and it looks like I'm going again.

Busy store, burgers are not filled,. Extra trays for lettuce, tomatos and onions are empty. When asked staff take long time to fill. Staff keeps talking in the kitchen. Mgmt issues in the store.

Kwik trip is always super busy!! Is it me or does it always seem that there's workers always in the way?? Another thing is a lot of times whatever food items are on sale.. like rollerbites? Burritos? Egg rolls? Ect. Are always gone?? Like i realize there on sale but if your pushing them items have plenty!!! Biggest problem is condiment!!! Never any pickles?? I've been in store when up to 5 condiment are out?? I must admit FOKLAKE is better then most keeping stocked though

Staff is friendly and helpful. It's also the only gas station and convenience store in town. Bathrooms have usually been clean. It's also the only place we can find the wild rice and cranberry bread.

Bathrooms were in need of cleaning both men (husband told me) and women's. Women's out of paper toweling and other dispenser did not work. Whole place needed cleaning. Disappointed because we go out of our way to stop at Kwik trips.

If you are concerned about COVID do NOT go here. Most people are not wearing a mask, they do not enforce social distancing, and common surfaces go hours without being sanitized. Also they are remodeling and still operating while the place is an absolute mess. Check expiration dates before purchasing anything.

Mislabeled products in the hot area was looking forward to having a breakfast egg and bacon roll and instead it was just an egg roll got the wrong product very disappointed this is happened to me twice now in the last week
