I’ve shopped at Me & My Pets for years and have benefited from their good service, friendly, and helpful attitude. They have a good selection of products for all sorts of pets. They also provide good advice and have reasonable prices and good sales. They foster dogs in need of a good temporary home. Nice folks! Excellent neighborhood pet store!

It's my first time in the store, and there's a lot to look at and a lot to choose from. I was specifically there for an ear cleaner for my kitten. They had a few to choose from. I chose 1 that is ok for both cats and dogs with the help of the nice gentleman behind the counter. I'll definitely be back!

Although this store came recommended, not being able to bring my puppy into the store defeated my purpose for going. The man/owner was rude about it. I won't be going back.

After reading some of these terrible reviews I had to leave a review myself. This place is amazing. The owner treated us with the utmost respect and kindness. He knows his product well and will happily educate you when you have questions. Clearly alot of these previous reviewers do not know how to treat a small business owner with respect and expect it back anyway. Not how it works. This business will always be a first stop for me and my pets now. Thank you sir for being a part of the community.

I went in and a young girl at the counter asked if she could help me. I told her I had a shih tzu who will be 2 in January and we are having a difficult time getting him to eat anything we offer him. Right away a man (I think the owner) came & yelled & asked how he made it to almost 2. I said we have been working with our vet & trying different things, but sometimes he goes 3 days or more without eating. He started YELLING that it was MY behavior causing this. I told him I was doing what our vet recommended & looking for a new food he might like. He continued yelling at me. I said look, I’m just trying to see if you have either samples or small bags of food for finicky dogs to try. He motioned to a shelf & walked away because I was unwilling to continue allowing him to yell at me for no reason. I left & will never be back. I have never been spoken to in such negative accusatory way.

It's like the candy store of pet supplies and food. Have been shopping there for many years and highly recommend this store. Eric is so informative and helpful and who ever waits on me always carries my supplies to my car!! Very organized and clean!! One of my favorite places to shop in deed!

The owner is amazing! He is very kind and respectful and he’s extremely helpful. Been going to this pet store for years. It is the best one in the fort Atkinson area! He also is very knowledgeable on pet food. Made the switch from iams to fromm kitten food and my cats have been so much more healthier and less bloated from all the corn and added ingredients in the iams food.

There was a lot of supply and stock here at this location. It should be noted that you can only access this business if you are traveling eastbound on hwy 12, otherwise there is a median which prevents you from being able to execute a left hand turn into the parking lot. So do bare that in mind before driving there for the first time. I would recommend getting onto the hwy 26 bypass at the hwy 106 crossing. Get onto hwy 26 bypass headed north. Then take the very first off ramp you come to about 2 miles down, that would be the Madison Ave/Hwy 12 exit. Turn right at the end of the off ramp, then the driveway for this business will be the very first right hand entrance you come to, probably about 60-70 yards after the bottom of the off ramp.Anyways, the gentleman who was working here, who I do believe was the owner was very nice, extremely helpful, and very knowledgeable.You don't want to come to this business if you're looking to actually purchase a pet. This store offers only supplies. And, obviously as a small, individually owned specialty store, the prices are going to be a bit higher than what you might be used to paying at a large franchise or big box store. The advantage here is that you will find many more options, including food options that are much more healthy with higher quality ingredients. I feel that makes the small price difference worth while.

Great little mom and pop pet store in Fort Atkinson! I was happy with the amount of product selection they had. You can get anything you would want or need for a critter of any kind. Plus they take donations for the local Community Cat rescue. I highly recommend this place.

I wanted to get some information about a better food for my dog . I asked about grains and that was a mistake. He claimed I knew more about nutrition than he did and became very short with me. I was there to ask questions and get a better knowledge of my dog's food unfortunately He didn't have the time or the patience. I would have loved to buy locally from him but I regret going in there at all. What a bad way to start my day.

After seeing a few negative reviews on here I just had to come and comment because this place is amazing! The owner is very nice and fair prices on everything inside. I will absolutely be buying all of my dog supplies from here from here on out! Very educational and knowledgeable as well.

My special needs Twins were in the store making noises which set off the dogs and the owner yelled at them saying that the dogs were Fosters with trauma. Little did he know so were the children he was yelling at. The owner seems very knowledgeable and helpful and friendly until he's not and then is very rude, disrespectful, is willing to turn away customers in favor of a dog in a shoulder bag

The owner is probably the nicest person I've ever met. There are really high quality products in this shop. There was a really cute rescue dog too. We will be going here a lot to get the best food and supplies for our kitty.

I go here for my pet supplies. Pricey on some items, but worth it and often has great deals. Very friendly and knowledgeable owners. Occasional foster dogs to pet is a nice extra too.

This place is awesome. The staff is amazing. Many times they will give me free stuff or samples. If not for this place my cats would still be suffering from UTI problems. I found the right food here and it's always available every week I go. I definitely recommend.

The best customer service you will find. They know most of their customers by name, educate about their products, are huge advocates for rescue and contribute on a grand scale both in donations and fostering. Large variety of quality pet food and supplies at competitive prices. They will carry your purchases to your car too. Unheard of service in this day in age.

I had a really bad experience with the owner and how rude he was to me. He gave me attitude and said fine I'm not gonna help you. I can't say I will be back for the fact that I was treated so rudley for asking a question. I have also heard from multiple people they don't have a good experience there because of the owner. 😡

I always have such a wonderful experience anytime I'm there, always very kind and welcoming. I used to go to the store in whitewater with my dad when I was little and have always remembered it as one of my favorite places to go so I still go to this day. Always worth the visit!

I've been so happy with this local pet store. VERY knowledgable and helpful staff. I credit them with greatly improving our dog's senior years--after the vet was unable to help our dog--M&MPs helped me figure out diet changes and a supplement that turned our dog's life around. I can not thank them enough!!!
