I felt comfortable shopping here. I was pleased with my visit.However, from one customer to others, ...if you have healthy feet, legs and back, I would not recommend buying footwear from any of the Walmarts.People who know how to inspect how products are made know what I'm talking about.Saving a few pennies now, isn't worth the medical issues years down the road.There are some liabilities involved in selling footwear. It's a shame there are retailers that don't understand this.

Walmart offers competitive prices on a wide range of products, making it a convenient shopping destination. However, my recent experience at the self-checkout was frustrating due to poor customer service. Despite previous successful use of mobile coupons, a manager abruptly denied my coupon with the explanation of “can’t take mobile coupons”. Additionally, the lack of prompt assistance and negative attitude from the self checkout lady who seemed disinterested because she shook her head when we called her back for help again because she charged us for the item we were working with the coupon on twice and we needed assistance to take the product off, she was preoccupied with her phone as well, further detracted from the overall shopping experience.

This STORE has a unique layout. Very fully stocked store.Has vision center on site as well as a Subway.Has one of the largest selection of stuffed animals I have ever seen at a Walmart.Many staffed checkouts as well as many more self checkouts.Huge parking lot making access easy if tou have a trailer

Another day, another useless employee. Cashier REFUSED to CALL BACK for a price check or call anyone, and told me I had to go back and get a new item with the price. I'm talking she literally said NO.The Cashier that checked me out after I went back and got another item, told me that the other woman could've just called their lead for help. Lazy lazy lazy.Next note: I should not have to go through FOUR items just to find one that has a tag. Do we not check our shelves or items. LAZY LAZY LAZY

The Walmart auto care team at the Fond du lac location installed new tires on my car. This process was easy and quick, plus the service was friendly! Thank you to the staff for noticing an emblem missing from my tire, the team had an extra Ford emblem cover, and put it on! Great service!

My online photo calendar order was messed up, and it couldn't be reprinted at the store (through no fault of the photo department. Walmart online, get your poop in a group and don't print calendars upside-down and backwards)Craig and the customer service team were GREAT and did everything they could to help, which made a frustrating situation so much easier

I'm posting this about Pharmacy Only. I switched from Walgreens when my benefits ended, I have no benefits as of right now and Walmart seemed to be the cheapest. In this day and age you have to try and save money wherever you can. I can't say enough about the Pharmacist Jake. This guy has bent over backwards for me and considering I have over 20 years in retail and retail management, I have never seen or dealt with someone who really cares about people or customer service the way that he does. And I consider myself a customer service superstar but this guy has got me beat Hands Down. He has to be the Greatest Person Ever That has Worked for Walmart and I've worked at Walmart in 3 Different places and at Sam's Club. This Gentleman is An Asset To Walmart and I Only Hope Walmart Knows What They Have With This Employee. If Any Member Of Walmart Management Should Happen To Read This Please Give Him A Raise and Make Him Employee Of The Year, He Truly Deserves It. Oh and for all you that don't have Walmart as your Pharmacy you Need To Switch..Thank Again Jake..YOU ROCK MY FRIEND..

They literally ripped a Lego set for my son for Christmas out of my hands in the self checkout and wouldn't let me buy it for my son because it was "recalled" and yet it's up for sale online by Walmart and Lego with no recall notice anywhere. These people are petty and cruel just because they can.Boycott Walmart

I appreciate Walmart’s prices, but I was very frustrated today by their lack of cashiers. There were only 2 open today around 10am, the rest were self-checkout. The line was 4 deep at each register and I had my 3 year old and 1 year old with me who were both on the verge of tantrums. I opted for self-checkout instead of waiting and it was a mess as I had $100ish of produce and groceries to ring up. I wish they had more cashiers!

Was scheduled to have new tires or on on a Sunday. However, none of the automotive employees showed up. So they called to cancel 45 minutes before it appointment. We rescheduled for Tuesday morning. Right away on the morning. I switched my work schedule to make this work. I sat there until after 7. No one was there. 715 rolls around and 3 guys open the door and walk out to smoke. I'm STILL waiting and get more irritated that they aren't doing their job. Not a single one apologized for being late or standing around smoking when they should have been working. I'll spend the extra money and go elsewhere. Where people will respect your time and not lollygag around. I'm a very patient person but I've been inconvienced twice. I'm so disappointed with this experience.

I was warmly greeted by Angelica as I went up to the Customer Service Department to exchange an item. I shop here at this location a lot, and it is a pure joy going through Angelica's checkout lane when she is working. She is extremely friendly, caring, thoughtful, attentive, and does her job superbly. As I checked out, Angelica was incredibly smooth and fast even as she asked me how my day was as she rang up my item. Angelica is a Beautiful Miracle, a Priceless Treasure, a Queen, and a Real True Pure Angel. They need more employees like Angelica.

For not paying for items that my significant other bought for himself, i shouldn't be ID'd for something I'm not buying. It isn't mandatory to ID "everyone in the group" if a small bottle of wine is being purchased. If that is the case, that is the DUMBEST thing ever. What if someone has their younger sibling or family/friend with them and the other person can't get what they want just because the other person don't have an ID? Absolutely stupid as hell.

I would give it 5 but when I ordered groceries I received bread that was 3 days past its expiration date. Other then this incident I haven't has a problem

Ordered a custom cake for Nursing home party for Mom. Did not receive what was ordered but thought it could still be used because it was no other choice. The party was later, and I needed a cake. The cake had none of the decorations I paid extra for and very annoying large size crystal sugar coating all around and on top. the only thing right was the size and flavor. I saw several ladies spit out cake due to the annoying hard sugar crystals that were scraping their gums, getting caught in dentures and one poor soul broke off 2 small pieces of tooth. Mom cried, I was chastised and embarrassed and Walmart refused to do anything when I tried to return this nightmare. BTY the cake was dated in very small print boxed on 9/17 for a pickup day of 9/20 meaning it was made before 9/17. FRESH INDEED NOT! I should have checked that label when I saw what a different cake it from what was I ordered. I never should have paid for this. They should have accepted their mistake and at least given store credit back for the 1/2 of untouched cake going to waste. If Walmart won't accept blame for this, I can warn other people. Be very aware of what you order is what you get. What can you do when you still need to bring a decorated sized for 12+ in a specific flavor cake to a group of waiting elderly people?

Updated since the last review 3 years ago…. Since the remodel about 2 years ago the layout is better so it’s easier to find most things. BUT the stocking of shelves and staff has gotten way worse. A lot of items being stocked well after opening or out for weeks at a time. Workers clump up in groups in isles and stand around and loudly talk. Like audible 2 isles over talking. If something else is closer take that. This location has gotten pretty bad

This Walmart has 40 parking stalls for contact less pickup for online shopping. The store has a very wide variety of items. Full grocery store, pharmacy and auto service center. I head to Walmart to buy a few items that I can't find anywhere else. The garden center in the spring has almost everything you need at good prices. The store is well maintained and managed. Employees are helpful and check outs don't seem to back up. A Subway restaurant is located in the front left corner of the building.

This Walmart for fond du lac Wisconsin is the worst Walmart I've ever shot at they hired a company to deliver food and even those cannot even get the orders correct but then if you have an order that's wrong or something is missing and you contact Walmart they automatically close your account down and tell you it's because of a return policy to this store has a lot a lot of issues if you go and talk to a store manager or manager they take their employee side even if their employee is wrong and it is absolutely pathetic I will never shop here again

Cess pool of a place. They don't want you there in the store. Constant spamming over the loud speakers about how they are closing in 2 hours. Then an hour. Constant reminders that too bad if you're checking out right when they close. They kick you out and refuse to let you buy your items. Reminders that you cannot use any cash after 10:40pm. Are you serious? No returns after 9pm. Saw them many times tell people too bad come back during the day.Just close the entire Walmart company down. You clearly don't want customers. You clearly don't want money. I feel bad for the very few decent people that work there. Most of them are lazy, don't care, spend more time on their phones than doing their job.If it wasn't for the necessity of certain items I have to (yes I actually do have to purchase them from hellmart), I'd never step foot in this place.

The plus side is that they now have more cashier's & they are quick & helpful. This is much nicer.There are a negatives, though.The FdL Reporter had a write up a few months ago that the store was being redone & refreshed. The only 2 things I noticed are: 1. That a lot of the items have been moved, so now I have to try & find them. (It also is rare that they have everything I was shopping for). 2. And that the flooring was removed, so now it's back to bare cement with some kind of varnish on it so it shines (the cracks & stains are still there). It doesn't seem better.I am also tired of hearing they are lowering the prices. Which ones? My bill is always 1/4 to 1/3 higher than it was previously (yes, I know it's inflation ---- but please don't tell me the prices are lower. One examples is a loaf of bread that had been $1.00 is now $1.47).

They always have a little bit of everything. Usually, they tend to be the best price. However, I now find other places cheaper. That's the reason for loss of 1 star. My only problem at Walmart is going there with a list & walking out with 10 times more items than I planned. 😁

I just moved to town, Fond du Lac, Saturday, and shopped here Wednesday. Although this Wal-Mart is larger than my previous hometown store, it is arranged quite similarly (aren't they all?). I was able to find what I was looking for without much trouble. The store was very clean and had plenty of carts available. I will shop here again! I was pleasantly surprised when they had some of my favorite foods my previous store quit carrying. Win for me!!
