Hands down the rudest male pharmacist I ever had to talk to. I just requested a med transfer due to my typical walgreens pharmacy being closed. I would rather wait till tomorrow or Monday and be without my mandatory medication than have to work with him. Immediately called back and canceled my request. Go to Pioneer location if you can!

This Walgreens location is the WORST pharmacy, ever. I NEVER have a good experience! Completely incompetent in so many ways. Never enough staff and even after waiting for more than 20-30 minutes in line (outside, or inside) - I NEVER receive an apology.

The store is horribly understaffed. Most of the workers I've dealt with are nice and professional. I don't know the inner workings of a pharmacy but it seems very inefficient. If you go here to pick up a Rx plan on being here at least 30 minutes.

It's extremely frustrating to get notifications that your prescriptions are ready for pick up, to show up wait in line for 35 minutes, to get to the counter and a rude pharmacy employee tell you "that's just a promise to be ready time, not an actual notification, it's still on printer and in safe" had to wait what was quoted 20 more minutes, it's now been 40, and I'm still here waiting. Its so bad. Get it together Walgreens, I can clearly see 9 people back in pharmacy, none of which seem to be moving with any purpose.

Worst pharmacy of all time. My prescription is on auto refill I waited 20 minutes in line just to get told there was nothing ready for me. And to come back in 2 hours. It on auto refill and I request it be filled 2 days ago.

Horrible experience at the pharmacy. I scheduled a covid test because I felt like complete garbage and I get to the window and they tell me that I need to come inside exposing everyone. When I asked why their policy online states that they do drive thru appointments and they did them in the past the clerk gave me the same uninformative answer of they just don't do them. For their safety and the safety of their customers I did not want to get anyone exposed but they clearly have no moral compass

Pharmacy is extremely slow and consistently helps customers out of order when standing in line. Customer service is poor and pharmacy tech was quite rude. People rarely go to a pharmacy for fun, have some compassion as there is a high chance the customers are unwell or concerned about private information.

I went to pick up my prescription. It was 1 minute after pharmacy closed and I had already called and told them I was on the way. Pharmacy tech said that it was fine. When I got there I asked one of the cashiers (lady with long brown hair in a ponytail) if she could call back there since they knew I was coming. She was SO RUDE! She immediately had an attitude and rolled her eyes the moment I said ‘excuse me’ to ask for help. Then she told me it wasn’t her fault that I was late and I should have gotten there before they closed. Then told me she wasn’t going to do anything. I told her I drove 30 minutes because I needed the meds today and they were really important. She said ‘well I guess you’re gonna have to go to Oshkosh because I'm not going to do anything’. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I can’t believe Walgreens allows their employees to treat customers like that.

Their pharmacy is a complete joke. You have to wait a minimum of 30 minutes in line even when there are no other cars. They ALWAYS have communication errors with hospitals and getting prescriptions. And once you send in prescriptions, they don’t fill them by your requested pick up time. I requested yesterday to pick up my medication at 1pm. I went there at 1:39pm and the woman said they needed an additional 30-45 minutes. We came back almost an hour later at 2:15 and they still said they needed another 30 minutes. They NEVER filled my request.I only used this Walgreens because it was 24 hours, now that they’ve changed their hours I have zero loyalty to them and will not be using them ever again.If I could rate zero stars I would.

If I could give this place a negative 10 I would! I've been told tons of times to come in and pick up my prescriptions they were ready only to arrive to no prescriptions or problems with my insurance? I even call ahead of time to ask if my prescriptions are there and ready and if there's any problem I've been told no on the phone come in and pick him up and then there's a problem? Today I was going there to pick up my prescription that the doctor called in a week ago was contacted saying my prescriptions were ready to be picked up once again I get there and they say there is not a prescription for that medication? I have the sheet right from the doctor to tell me to pick up my prescription from Walgreens main Street? They really need to work on getting stuff right there? The reviews don't lie? If you're working for a place that has terrible reviews then do something about it do your jobs correctly this is a pharmacy sorry but things should be taken care of and correctly! A couple of my friends use that pharmacy and actually got the wrong prescription given to them?

Four days after my prescription was to have been filled , travel 50 miles round trip to be told at time of pick up only a partial. No notification at all. I get practically spam from you otherwise for set up auto fill, shots, etc. When your a diabetic you try to plan ahead. No text or call. I work 2 jobs so my wife picks up my meds. Nobody told her when it would be filled. So I call, hold , usual , to be on hold maybe in 2 days. I ask her possible locations? Told can't do that! So now I'm thinking all the locations, my expense of fuel, and can't get my meds, so now blood pressure elevated, she says I will have you talk to someone else, zac than tells me yea, your remainder is here, this is 1 hour later. Wife home now. So tomorrow another trip. Why when you call in does it tell you ok, can fill this? Something wrong. Seems more can be done to get customers taken care of. At the mileage could have gone to 7 other locations! Never given option. I'm sure this will be ignored . Inventory controller needs work. Do what it takes to help! Your main street fdl location needs adjustmentUpdate 8-1-23Get a call today for auto refill service, I laughed so hard. I said you can't refill now, so I'm to sign up for another service? Then I was told have to sign up for a notification if meds are totally filled! What a dam joke. You can't simply call in now and refill your meds. Have to have all kinds of alerts, sign up for multiple programs, just to fill your meds. What is going on? 😳

This Walgreens pharmacy is woefully understaffed. I waited 30 minutes in an extremely long line. They had one cashier and a pharmacist checking people out. A suggestion--if people have insurance or prescription issues, don't make 30 people stand in line while you spend 15 minutes trying to figure it out. Help those first who can get in and out, then take care of those with paperwork issues. I'll be looking for a different Walgreens...

I get a lot of places are understaffed still. But at this point upper management just isn't trying correct the problem here. This used to be one of the best Pharmacy in the city, but they are so understaffed and with it now taking them 8-10 minutes per customer with only one person manning the desk the line quickly becomes 20-30 customers long ever single day, all day long.

For starters it took them almost 6 days to refill meds I need to take on daily. I had to go 3 days without them. Then when I went to ask them about it (30 mins in line) they said it was not there problem and they will get to it when they get to it but then after I left and went home they called me saying it was ready. Going back to wait again for 30 mins because there lines are alway long everyday.

Don’t go to this store to get a vaccine. I waited over 20 minutes in line to let them know I had an appointment. Then others that had a faster worker, but had later appointments or no appointments got their vaccines first. I spent over 45 minutes for something that should have taken 5 minutes.

The store is extremely old it is understaffed and I've never seen a store so dirty. I was waiting to get a vaccination under the water fountain there were mounds of dirt solidified into the corner everything was dirty and corroded. I was relieved to see that the patient's medical room was clean and orderly pharmacy staff is courteous and polite vaccination went well

It is clear to see the few positive reviews are from bots to prop up this horrible, monopolistic, pharmaceutical distributor.This is quite possibly the most incompetent, or even malicious, pharmacy ever. If you have a prescription to pick up plan on AT LEAST 45 minutes wait time. The employees are slow, lack initiative, and send "prescription ready for pick up" messages even though they dont even have them in stock!Update. One year later, and this establishment is EVEN WORSE!!!Now they are slow, inept. And very RUDE to people depending on what meds they take. What a bunch of losers.Update #2.It's 2023 and I'm waiting an HOUR in the drive through for basic medication. This is pathetic. I truly feel bad for all of the people in my town dealing with this monstrosity of a location.

Asked the guy checking me out politely if they had any electronic vapes, and he stepped back dramatically putting his arms out exclaiming “as you can see no we don’t” very rudely. I honestly was taken back by the behavior because normally everyone is nice but I guess being named Orlando probably doesn’t help his ego. Hopefully you guys work on your customer service! Even though your corporate and don’t actually care. Love ya

Takes forever for prescriptions. Waiting 2 hours for our daughters meds while she is having severe allergic reactions. Told us to come back in twenty min, we came back in fourth and then was told they are going on lunch and they don’t have it ready yet.

I've had literal HORRIBLE experiences with Walgreen's pharmacy for the last two months. The last straw was yesterday, when I called them for the FOURTH time about why my birth control wasn't ready for pickup when I called it in over a week ago. They then told me that it was on backorder and there was no date showing for it to be available. Like, you couldn't call and tell me that?! So, I switched to CVS at 5pm yesterday, and they had my prescriptions ready for me within an HOUR. So, personal advice...do NOT use Walgreen's for any medication needs if you want to avoid a headache.✌

Every time I go in the staff are very nice and helpful every time I go there there are two young ladies who check me out and are extremely nice a short brunette girl with freckles and a young girl with her hair dyed grey they always have smiles on there faces. They are very reliable and I can go to them for help

Dont plan to pick up your prescription from the pharmacy on a Sunday. I was treated very rudely by the technician working the drivethru. She was rude from the minute we pulled up. Guess this is what customer service has become....nonexistant.

I got both of my COVID vaccines here, and I am so scared of needles! The staff was so kind and made the experience stress-free and quick. Shoutout to the pharmacist with blue in his hair, he got me talking about my job and I didn’t even notice the needle stick :)

This place is the worst place! Workers don’t want to do their jobs especially in pharmacy. They see you and they won’t even pretend to help you. They need to shut this place down and redirect ppl to the other Walgreens.. better yet corporate needs to come in and get this place in line.. Covid has made everyone LAZY

Completely useless. Don't bother trying to call, you'll get put on hold and then hung up on. Called to simply see of they had a test kit in stock. The lady transfered me to pharmacy where it rang and rang and rang until someone picked up the phone and hung up on me. Called again, got transferred to a different number. Rang and rang and someone picked up and hung up on me. Go to one of the other two locations in FDL this one's useless!

Called to get a script filled. Usually have a fast response time and customer service is great. This time I had an employee who barley spoke English and her attitude was horrible. I was asking questions and she kept interrupting me. Then as I was going to ask another question she said “I have to go now.” WHAT? Are you serious. Unacceptable
