Worst Walgreens pharmacy in town. I've been prescribed ADHD medication since I was in high school, but they say you can't fill it until the same date you were prescribed it last month. Can't even pick it up one day early, so I don't have to stop and wait in line for an hour, since the time I'm usually free is in the afternoon, when there's a line all the way through the store and around the corner for the drive thru. Will definitely NOT be coming back here for my next refill

Terrible service never has my full prescription and always tell me it’s read but when I arrive they always say you will need to come in the next da, and the fact they need to close and put everyone on break at the same time really unproductive and makes it a hassle to go there

I had to stop in today for a box of bandaids, while standing in line there was and elderly lady asking where something was, the cosmetics person from a good distance says right there..The lady is looking but cant see what she is looking for. The cash register person points and says it right there. I continue checking out, after I’m on my way out the older lady is standing by the blood pressure unit, I walked over and said is everything ok can I help you? Or is someone helping you? She smiles and says I hope so..with no one in sight. I said, ok as long as your helped cuz I did’t see any urgency before and it bothers me. I left so I don’t know what happened. I thought why couldn’t one of them show this person what she wanted…. Walk over to her and acknowledge her instead of pointing…. Just upsetting to me.

I sent photo books to be made at 4:44 p.m. to this location because I would be in the area for an appointment later that evening, I live 40 minutes away. I figured 3 hrs would have been more than enough time to get the photos printed. The estimated pick up time was 7:45 and this was going to be great since I would just be finishing up my appointment. Went there and they weren't done! I was told they weren't done due to staffing. The printer is doing all the work, what staff is required? After management came up to look it had stopped printing due to no ink and was then told it would be another hour and she had things to do in back before she could bother with my order. So here I sit in the parking lot waiting for my order.

Terrible customer service almost every time I go into this store. And it’s always upper management. I was in a couple weeks ago checking out around 8:30… had to run in last minute for diapers and the way the manger acted at the check out you would have thought I had come in at 9:59! She was literally slamming each one of my items onto the counter. Again tonight I go in and I have to wait a solid 10mins for her to come out of the back for her to tell me I need my ID for a wine purchase. I get it… but the way this was delivered was absolutely unprofessional and rude. Someone needs to teach your management at this store about customer service.

Always received excellent service friendly. Stores kept very clean. Have used their photo service for many years. The best online tools for photo editing and building photos or books. I have done many many photos and a lot of photo books. Same day order pick up with an hours of placing the order. Fair pricing as well

People are extremely helpful, and nice. Large selection of things. Really appreciate the makeup department, because they offer samples to try new products. To me that is such an advantage. It is an advantage because I can try things before I buy them. This Walgreens is worth a visit, because it stands out compared to the other Walgreens in fond du lac.

I called this store, before the pharmacy was open, because I had a question about an OTC medication I ordered… I was looking for another product but it wasn’t listed on their website. They were able to switch it out and get the order ready for pick up. So, so helpful and nice.

This place is great for a quick stop to pick up prescriptions and get some snacks. They always have the most interesting gadgets and toys. The one negative is that things are a lot more expensive than a grocery store.

It's the nicest of the 3 Walgreens in Fond du Lac. Worth a little extra driving. The pharmacy is extremely helpful and fast as well.
