Crystal was such a great help!! Our dog had babies and had some Digestive stuff going on. She recommended what I needed before the vet called me back and told me the same thing she did. When he called his recommendations all i could say is "yup, got that" "yup got that too!"! Didn't have to make a late run to get what the vet suggested. Thank you Crystal for all your help!

Visited this store today. Very clean and a nice selection of items. While they didn't have what I wanted woman made a suggestion of what I could use. I really appreciated her help! I also bought a birthday cake treat as today was our dog's 7th birthday! I LOVED seeing the dogs there, very well behaved animals! I would certainly return here for my dog's needs!! Also very easy to locate, a big plus for me!

Great local pet food store! You can find high quality food for your fluffy ones here. The store does also double as a CBD shop if that’s the kind of thing you’re into. Staff was incredibly polite to me and friendly. The store made dog treats are adorable and I loved giving them to my dog. Will come on again.

really nice store. but was difficult to get the attention of the employees, I had to wait for them to stop talking to eachother to help me. The gentlemen who just finished checking out another woman(both the gentleman and customer looked at me so they knew I was there) he proceeded to pull out his phone and show her pictures as I was waiting in line. which I took very rudelyI will return when my online dog food order comes in late. otherwise I wont be switching to them for customer service reasons

We love this place! We come every Saturday with our fur babies, Lilo and Buddy. The staff know them, which is really special. We get treats for the week and other items for them. Staff are wonderful and knowledgeable. Best pet place.

WOW is all I have to say! Crystal and Tj are amazingly nice people with HUGE hearts who truly care about pet health and people health (as they are all organic themselves). They have amazing all natural and organic foods and supplements for pets and now for people also. Their knowledge is amazing on nutrition and pet health. We are also so excited that they are expanding the human section in the store with amazing supplements and grass fed beef, chicken and wild salmon. These two are true treasures for the city of Fond Du Lac!
