I'm leaving a review because I received some really exceptional service from this store tonight. I was looking for a specific product. I live in Appleton & called 7 other Targets in my area & surrounding prior to this one. I have been looking for this product for about a week now & no luck until tonight. I unfortunately did not get the name of the team lead who helped me tonight, but I do believe his name was Martin. He stayed on the phone with me & was very kind & patient as I didn't have any information about this product besides very general information. Its not often I receive such kind service but tonight I actually felt like he cared that I found what I was looking for & went above & beyond I really do a apperciate that.Thank you! ❤️

JPM supports Target! I love Target!I first shopped one way back in 1979 in Minot ND. Then went almost 20 years as Chicago didn't have Target until the late 90s. I Have been a guest since. Didn't have a Red Card credit account until 2012, just got my new one! I usually am a Target guest once or twice a week.

Excellent customer service target my to go place then walmart good quality stuff although not a fan of target clothe or walmarts but targets have way much better customer service friendly and very clean as walmart is not

Great gluten-free section. So.e things were priced a little higher than other stores. But overall, they have a better selection of GF food items.

Highly recommend the Target FondDuLac store. It is super clean and tidy. I also love how organized it is. Easy to find items and to find help if needed. Most of all, the workers are knowledgeable, super friendly and kind. They will go out of their way to help you with your Target app or any questions you may have. They take the time! You are NOT just a dollar sign.

Let me start off by saying that I'm really a Walmart girl not a Target girl at all! I feel like every time I go to this target to try to get a different feel of the atmosphere and the products that Target can possibly have that I like or someone else introduce me to it just gives me complete different vibe. The air is hot (not the actual air in Target is hot) but it makes me feel closed in and hot and not really want to focus on what I came in there to buy. It's just comes off as a bougie place to go to shop but I tried it on four or five different occasions to shop at Target, remind you each time has been months apart that I went to Target and The Vibes just wasn't there for me and some things I feel like are overpriced at Target and you can get some of those same items that May cost more at Target you can get those same products at Walmart for cheaper. The Vibes is just not given for me it's ridiculous how it makes me feel and if I do go there is basically only for Starbucks.

I don't mind inside, but the new stop sign is annoying. It was bad enough trying to get through there before, now there's 2 stops and 10 people crossing.

Every time I shop at Target in Fond du Lac when Ann is my cashier, I know it's going to be a very pleasant experience. She's great with customers, always has a smile on her face and does whatever is necessary to make sure that you leave the store satisfied. When I could easily go to numerous different retail establishments to buy the kinds of things that I typically purchase at Target, you begin to realize that it's really about the employees that you deal with and what they do to make your day a bit better...and in that arena, Target has nothing to worry about as long as Ann is working. Kudos to her !! 😁👍

The new brighter lights are aggressive and the makeup area layout is confusing and prevents me from purchasing those items here anymore.

Never leave reviews but my experience with target has always been terrible and i cannot stand the return policy. I bougbt a $50 mouse for my laptop and completely forgot where i put it as we moved. I found it today going through my file cabinet and it has not even been opened,AND IT HAD THE RECEIPT WITH IT. I bought it 53 days ago and they would not return it because they have a policy. Walmart works with you and if it is in good shape you can take it back 6 months later. If it is brand new in the box what does it matter how long i have it if i have the receipt. If you are not 100 PERCENT SURE OF THE ITEM YOU ARE BUYING, GO TO WALMART!!!!!!!!!

They've recently remodeled/reorganized the store, and it's still in transition. It's a little harder to find things that moved from it's original location. Hair care items are organized by brand now so it's a little harder to find what you want. The store looks very nice. Clean and bright. It'll just take time to get used to the new layout.

I’ve had consistently good experiences with products and customer service at Target. I don’t know what I would do without Target pick up and returns are always quick and easy. It’s my go to shop from clothes to necessities for my family. Great prices, good selection and good quality.

Stopped in at this Target a few times due to being in the area. Super clean and well organized. Super friendly and helpful staff. Emily was a huge help at customer service with a return I had; great customer service skills and was helpful to other staff.

The Fond Du Lac, WI location is definitely one of my favorite Target Location. Awesome atmosphere and the staff is excellent.

I don't frequent Target that much, so I am a little bit at a loss as to where things are. I had a wonderful gentleman help me find the one thing that i could not find. I wish I would have been able to catch his name - very friendly, great smile and when the twine I was looking for wasn't in the first place, he happily led me to the second place. GREAT customer service with a smile!!

Target is always Clean and has the Nicest Employees, There is a Walmart in same area but I hate having to go in there, I am relly glad you are carrying more grocery items now. I Love Target!

We come here a couple times a month. We use the target app and order everything we need and go right inside to the pickup area. All the employees are very friendly and helpful. This target is nice and clean and worth the drive I would highly recommend!

We never have issues really getting a spot in the handicap. You guys could use more non-electric carts.regular wheelchairs. The workers are all young and don't care about doing work. They are always standing around the fitting room area's and chatting. The clutter mess by the customer service area ( due to remodeling) is a complete mess. Carts are blocking the isle by the bags/ purses area with products from the returns and what not.

I love Target! I prefer to shop here for household items, but not food. The food selection isn't what I need, although sometimes they have good offers that make certain items cheaper than what I would find elsewhere. I also love the Target Circle Offers that are specific to things I buy.
