They did a great job with a female Rottweiler we're fostering. She's had a rough past and has major issues getting her nails cut, but this was a pretty stress free experience! They got the job done and she was fine afterwards. Highly recommend this place and will be back. Thank you!

I absolutely love this place! We rescued a wonderful pug (Donner) about 4 years ago; he is blind and gets very nervous when we take him to the vet or to a groomers. I used to go to the big box pet store in Fond du Lac to get him groomed however he would hid behind our couch when he got home for a few hours. When I picked up Donner from Tails A Waggin' he was happy, playful and groomed wonderfully! I will never go back to the big box pet store, this place is just amazing. You really get your money's worth here. They are caring and great people plus you are supporting a local business.Donner and I thank you for the great job!

She did fine grooming my bichon but his hair (not fur) started matting as soon as it began growing out. Everyday I find a piece I have to pick thru to untangle it. We've never had this happen before. It's strange.

Credit to Taylor OligTails-a-waggin does it again.. just had a customer tell me that he dropped his dog off at 3pm yesterday and when he didn't receive a phone call he went there at 6:30pm to pick him up and the door was locked. He's been trying to contact the owner Chris since last night with no response! He finally got her cell number from someone and got ahold of her, only for her to act like nothing is wrong at all! He is finally going to pick his dog up... 22 hours later!!! The poor dog has been stuck at that awful place for far too long and I'm sure hasn't been let out! People STOP taking your dogs to that horrible person!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

We have been bringing our dogs here for years. First our corgi and now our miniature Australian Shepard. They do a phenomenal job on our Aussie. He looks amazing after he has been here.

They dropped my dog and broke her back. I had dropped her off for grooming. I took her immediately to Fond du Lac Veterinary Clinic, and she had to be put to sleep. They initially explained her inability to walk or stand up straight by saying it was because she tried to jump out of the (at that time, they had a tub) bathing tub, but her jumping could not have broken her back. They later denied anything happened, and tried to blame me for breaking her back on my way up the street to the veterinary clinic... Interesting thing about that is... she did not have a veterinary appointment there. I took her there solely because of her serious back injury.

My pug/shih tzu has always come out looking fantastic here. It's the only place I've ever made a point to take him too. Great ppl and service. I'm moving to Florida and they gave me some good Florida pet are tips.

Took my dog here she cut her neck grooming her then put her collar back on after she did it to cover it I couldn’t believe it I knew she wasn’t right
