To be honest I was a little disappointed when they told me they couldn't give me change for a $10 bill because they couldn't open the till for that after I even spent $31 on product and use my TJ Maxx credit Card

The store is kept very nice but the cashier are careless when bagging clothes they don't fold them neatly and put them in the bag. They stuff it in regardless if they are going to wrinkle or not. They should care about customers purchases.

Our dogs are one of our biggest blessings. TJ Maxx carries a great selection of pet supplies at fabulous prices. My dogs were the happy recipients of $20 worth of doggie nirvana: a pack of 4 mini tennis balls, 2 donuts, a squeaky alligator, and made in America treats. I also found my husband's favorite chocolate covered graham crackers that I can't get anywhere else. I save so much money here that it almost doesn't hurt when my pups rip their new "tough chewer designed" toy to pieces within minutes. 😂I was so tempted to buy this incredibly soft blanket for myself as well. Love this chain!

We have had nothing but rude experiences at TJ max, I’m a service dog handler and trainer and they claim to be pet friendly. Any time we have had our dogs working (in a vest not just a pet) in TJ max in fond du lac a manager has came up to us and harassed up or threaten to remove the dogs as some of them bark to alert to seizures or medical episodes. As well as service dogs do not have to be on leashes if it interferes with a task and they saw we dropped the leash for some work and instantly ran over to tell us we couldn’t do that and refused to learn the laws when offered to show them. I also have been yelled at that we couldn’t have the dogs in there as someone was allergic, then why be pet friendly if you are kicking out service dogs that can be in there even if you are not pet friendly. I respect allergies and will gladly take my service dog to the other end so that person can look at items.As a service dog handler these dogs can go anywhere with us and being pet friendly we thought they would be a great place to train but it’s absolutely the opposite. I will never take my service dogs back to train there due to treatment and won’t support buying things from there anymore. So disappointing that we have been harassed my multiple managers now. I have been going here and there for a few months and still the same.

Good prices on the things I was looking for! Decent selection of bags and accessories. Only 4 stars because I could not find anyone to ask for assistance until I stepped up to the jewelry counter, which still took a little bit of time. Also, the rewards program offered is only if you use their credit card.

I non service dog was in a shopping cart and started barking aggressively two separate times at my service dog. The manager told them to take it out, but only because it was causing me major problems. T.J. Maxx need to educate themselves on the service dog laws. Respect the vest!

I am greeted with a smile and a hello 99% of the time when I come through the door. The store is always clean and organized. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I love the clothing brands they sell as well as the condiments, snack foods and other food items they carry. So many beautiful giftable things you can find at this store!

Check out took WAY too long. I spent more time in like trying to check out than I did shopping. 7 ish registers and 3 open and the line going past the end of their enter check out area. It was ridiculous. Only reason I went was because I had gift cards someone gave me. Things are still way overpriced. I probably won't be back.

Who knew that a move across the street from their prior location, in Fond du Lac, WI would up their prices and ego so much!! A simple move across the street~ it seems they think they're in Beverley Hills

Visited this store yesterday in looking for gifts for a male friend. It was my daughter and I and all was well until we were back near the home goods section. We were minding our business looking at knick knacks and here comes a worker ACTING as if she’s looking for something. She stood there oddly and I moved out of her way and she stood on the other side of me and radioed in saying “I don’t see anything.” Because I’m black I’m used to be being discriminated against I know AP (asset protection) or whomever must have to her to check on the ONLY AFRICAN AMERICAN PEOPLE in the store. I’m tried of being followed in stores this is one store that will no longer get any business from me. Then I get to the check out and the cashier tries to make small talk…save us both and let’s not speak do your job so I can go. I make over 90k a year and I’m a homeowner with TWO cars I don’t have to steal from TJ MAXX or any store I HAVE MONEY!!You all should consider going into stores undercover and seeing how black shoppers are discriminated against. It’s not a nice feeling. I don’t want anything from you all so don’t offer me anything. The way you make a person feel is priceless.
