What a scam and terrible customer service this place has! I picked up a whole tenderloin for 11.99/lb back at the meat department. I rang the bell and asked the guy if he was able to fillet that large whole tenderloin into steaks for me. The guy took it back to the butcher and brought me out 4 measly steaks from that whole tenderloin and as I take them out of the package to grill them up for Thanksgiving with my elderly father and my two young sons, I see I was charged 12.99/lb. Was that because the butcher trimmed them for me? Would have been nice to be told that instead of just the markup!!! And not to mention all the extra tenderloin that was probably wasted because I'm sure he was back there having a baby fit about it. 11/21/2023

Not a bad place but the gentleman at the service desk was really rude, the price for our food came up a different price and when I inquired about as to why there response was, well you don't have a pig card. Ok have a great day.

I LOVE working at The Pig!!! The staff is really great and the environment is welcoming. The customers are fantastic and I always have fun with them. They're understanding when dealing with new employees or any issues that may arise. I appreciate that so much. And, of course, Mike, the owner and Callie, the store manager. They make it feel like a family. Thanks for doing your best, ALWAYS!!!

Oh my goodness. Piggly Wiggly has gained a new customer. Stopped in today for a few things. When checking out, the cashier asked if I had a reward card. I don't, so he used his and saved me some $. Festival could learn something about customer service from PW. 😊

Has the hometown, friendly atmosphere at store. Yes, somethings are a little expensive but if needed, buy items there than the big grocery chains.

Love shopping the Pig, although I wish they had more bakery options. They don't have much for a bakery or deli. I would suggest more fruit pizzas/pies, and healthier choices. They also are on the high end for an expensive grocery

I love Mike’s Piggly Wiggly. The staff are friendly, the owners are amazing.They try to accommodate stocking new items I like, and their meat prices are phenomenal, and they taste terrific.❣️I highly recommend this grocery store

Butchers/meat dept staff are lazy and a bit rude. Shouldn't have a bell to ring for assistance if that's the kind of people coming to answer.. geez. Hope the place shuts down.

I do not shop at this pig very often and did not realize you had a new system. So when the cashier asked if I had a rewards card I started telling her my phone number (as you do at all the Piggly wigglys) she rolled her eyes. Apparently the customer can enter their number themselves. The cashier didn't like that she had to enter it. I will make sure to keep my business at the Lomira or Mayville pig since they know customer service.

Normally I like shopping at "The Pig". This one, not so much. Cashier had no personality. I greeted her, got no reply back. Didn't say thank you after I paid either.

Purchased deli meat for sub sandwiches that my family wanted for Easter. They also had salads I could order to go allong with our meal. People were very helpful. They answered questions I didn't know I should have asked. Love the meat department. Great sales!

Fix your check readers. I left and went t two stores and didnt have any problems with my checks. Then my husband went back 3 hrs later and didnt take our checks again. He stopped at Walgreens and festiv al after leaving your store and no problems with checks.Checkout no #3

I am pleased here... Except for the prices. For that reason exactly I typically do not shop here. I usually only go here if I need one or two things quick for convenience purposes. My friend/roommate went there a few minutes ago, and I tagged along. I did purchase a few items at an okay price, and was very much so impressed with the staff. I honestly pretty much only interacted with one staff member there (later at night/didnt need too much this visit) who was my cashier. She was extremely kind and professional. I wish I would have caught her name so I could say a good word about her more to maybe her manager or something, but I sadly forgot to.

Good little store with fair prices. They have good meat products for rock bottom prices. Has a deli and bakery but no butcher counter. You might not be able find everything there like you would at festival down the street but you will save money in the long haul.

The store has some good deals, its not as busy as some of your larger stores so it faster in and out...but honestly I believe the manager is not the nicest to his employees. I've witnessed some Behavior in the past that I wish I would have spoke up about. You can feel tention in the store of the employees who must stay busy every minute they're working. This does not make for a friendly atmosphere. This is why there's such a big turnaround in their employees. Who wants to go to work under these conditions. Just my opinion

I got a pig but it wouldn't stop wiggling, he is now my dad. I brought him to my parent/teacher conferences and he wouldn't even talk. I was very upset, Although he is just a pig I expected more. We're working on our father son relationship. I think we have a bright future.

Great grocery store for Fond du Lac smaller than the big box stores so it's easier to find things. If you're going by and need something in a hurry it's easy to get in and out. Meat department and bakery have always been good. Services usually friendly and helpful.
