The attendant chose to be very condensing towards us about the purpose of us buying a Betta. She was rude and unapologetic. She assumed that we were ignorant, so she wanted to "educate" us. I didn't get her name, but her ID # is 749198.

I have a dog with a lot of allergies and a very limited diet. I went shopping to buy treats, but the display I always bought treats from had been moved. It took three ladies, but the last one brought me right where I needed to go. I really appreciated the extra time and effort the ladies were willing to put into helping me find what I was looking for, as that display has the ONLY treats my dog can eat. Now my babies are even happier than I am!

I've always had a good experience going there even if all dog food on the planet is ridiculously overpriced. Their grooming stuff has been great with Ruby, staff is always friendly to me and accommodating for how crazy my dog can be.

We like getting our dog groomed here. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Last time we picked up our dog, there was some lady in there complaining about her dog getting shaved down... I saw her dog when she brought it in and it was nasty. Obviously never brushed and matted. Why do people blame groomers for this... Most reasonable people know to brush their dogs. Groomers shave off the matted dog for the dogs comfort and safety. Google "injuries from matting". Anyway, these people drive me nuts. Our dog loves pet smart and so do we. Thanks everyone in the grooming dept!

Amy & her team at the FdL store should get gold medals. They take such good care of my little fur babies. I highly recommend Amy & her team to other pet lovers , for quality pet care done with care.2/22/24 Amy in grooming & rest of staff are fantastic. Highly recommend.Definitely 5+ stars!

I am glad I cam here with my mom she never really had any dogs when she was a kid so she wasn't sure what to do and what not to do for dogs. The lady at the dog area told us all the stuff we should do and not do for our do. They took the dog in and cleaned it and made it look nice and not small bad anymore. That was very nice. They gave my mom some more ideas and one was to go home and Google about matted dogs. I guess matted is when the fur is really really bad from not brushing or cleaning. I copied this from Google and you should read it too.Matted fur does not allow for air circulation to the skin, causing hot spots, bacterial and fungal infections. Fleas, ticks, maggots and other parasites may be lurking in the coat causing further skin infections. Matted fur also pulls and binds, causing pain to your pet when they move or lay on the mats.We like it at pestmart because they are always nice to us and teach us new things to help our dog. That is all.

Me and my son went to pet smart for the time. My experience was awesome, my son was so excited. They helped us with no problems. Gave us very important information on our purchasing our puppy food and play toys. Very cool experience.

We recently adopted a new puppy, and we needed all the essentials to make our puppy more comfortable and prepared at home. But we walked in not knowing what to look for, we asked for help once and the experience took off from there, the store associate named Liz made herself available to answer any questions we had, give advice on how to properly care for our puppy, tips on saving money for the essentials we needed, and was just an amazing person to talk to. My family will most definitely be returning.

⅓ of my dog brushed after going to Petsmart. She apparently didn't get brushed well and her nails are still super long. Very disappointed because the last time I brought her there she looked beautiful and didn't shed for weeks.

It has a decent amount of animals and supplies, but doesn't treat some of it's animals the best. They have beta fish in small containers and animals are kept in small cages. Its just an average pet store. I'd recommend going to a local pet store instead.

I always go here to get feeder fish for my daughter's turtle such as goldfish and rosy red minnows and they ALWAYS have more than plenty in stock. Can't ever seem to get any shrimp but it's not exactly the stores fault for that and there's plenty variety of other fish available. Only issue I have with this store is how long it takes to finally be helped with getting fish.

The staff here are extremely rude... I've come here multiple times to snippy and sometimes even just straight up mean staff who act like they know everything about their animals when all of their animals that they are either dead, stick thin, or sickly looking. Bought aquatic snails around a year ago and within a week they had all died. Probably going to go to a different store where I won't be looked down upon and treated so badly. Extremely disappointed.

I took my mini aussi doodle there for a grooming and when I picked her up I saw in the grooming area tons of her hair on the floor. My dog comes out and they shaved her to her skin. I got no phone call that they where doing this. She had some tangles but myother groomer have never shaved her like this.I would never recommend this place to anyone.

I love the associates of our local petsmart. They are friendly, helpful, and always great to work with. Whenever I have questions they go out of there way to help to the fullest extent. I normally come here for my huskies and leapord gecko for supplies such as crickets or holiday treats.

This PetSmart is Horrible because they sell cages way to small for theri animals their fish were dead and the cages for the Bird's,Reptiles Etc Etc were to small and yes i know they need to maintain space but seriously the animals looked so sad and depressed going to PetSmart makes me wanna literally cry

We had Lucy's picture taken with Santa. So fun. Got to meet so many cute cats and dogs. Staff was excellent and caring as always! Purchased dog food and toy and also treats and a toy for my cat niece. Fun experience.
