My rating is based solely on the lead associate, Leigh. I was greeted, and given one-on-one attention. The store was busy, as it was a huge sale for the store, and she made sure she was checking on everyone. Leigh was patient and asked me questions about my skincare, but didn't push me to purchase their most expensive skincare line (like the other locations i vist). She took time to try different products with me and through process of elimination, i think we found a good line!Her customer service is TOP TIER! She is clearly passionate about her job and skin/makeup.

I don't appreciate their price gouging markups.. we found a jacket, I scanned the barcode on the khols app, it showed one price (for the exact size and color of the jacket at this specific location, took a screen shot of it), but when we went up to the register to pay for it, it range up as $90 and not the $25.60 that the khols app said, and even though the screen shot was taken 5 minutes earlier, they would not honor it, and said oh that must have been the old price..

I was at Kohls in Fond du lac, Wi. The store associate that helped me with my lost credit card was so so pleasant. His name is Tyrik. This young man has such a good attitude about his job. I've had the pleasure of meeting someone great. Tyrik if you happen to read this thanks and keep that smile on your face, and your positive attitude. Thank you.

i like coming there sometimes and getting graphic tees. may get some shoes there next month. it is strange that kohls was the original store that is still standing, since the mall was um... knocked down. im not saying there is crime behind the scenes, but why was there store the only one standing after so long? it does seem more ritzier and thats after visiting jc penny before it closed down in the same mall!!

Had a 40% off coupon for my purchase today. Read through the list of excluded items that the 40% off won't apply to. My t-shirt wasn't on the list so I proceeded to the checkout only to be told my coupon won't work for this item. I saw numerous items marked, "Not valid for Coupon Discount". Kohl's could make a much better effort to inform customers by placing sign on the rack when a coupon can't be applied. But I'm sure they're hopeful we'll just make the purchase. Sorry, but I'm tired of the kind of trickery.

I visited the Kohl's in Fonddulac, WI. The store is clean and I didn't have to wait too long for a checkout. And I was looking for a fleece cuddle duds top and they had a lot of different fleece and other base cuddle duds. The check out lady was very helpful and pleasant to me. She talked to me and asked if I found what I was looking for. I like going to this Kohls store.

Usually good experience, if you have a coupon or items are on clearance. When an item is on sale, I believe the original price is too high high and the % off when on sale is still high, most of the time. If you don't have a coupon you will pay too much I feel I spend a lot of time studying for the best deal, which takes quite a bit of time out of my day.

There are so many "sales" signs on so many racks it is hard to take them seriously. Never buy anything there that isn't "on sale" it will be overpriced. Some nice clothes for sure. Sadly, too many customers are slobs, as seen in the dressing rooms with piles of clothes all over the floors people were too lazy to put on the returns cart. Sad.

I appreciate the variety of clothing for women and yg women. It would be nice to have a larger section for boys clothing. Also, I feel improved special lighting in the fitting rooms would be helpful to make you look better in your decision to purchase. TJMAXX does this.

Kohls has a large variety of items, much more so at Christmas. I went early, it wasn't very crowded, the customer service staff were friendly and helpful. They brought a shirt to the counter that needed to be exchanged for a different size, while I shopped for more. You can't beat that, and with their coupons and kohls cash, I felt like I got a great deal. Very satisfied.

Worst experience of my life! The sales clerk was so rude. I asked where the plus size women's section was (because it's not by the rest of the women's clothing) and was told it's in the back by returns.The selection is 98% workout clothes and the rest is cheap, ill-fitting, eye bleed patterns, and just not stylish at all. (The 90's called they want their fat shaming back).When I talked to an employee they told me that I should just order my clothes online and kept repeating that until, I said "why do I have to buy something before trying it on, when the skinny people don't have to."The employee said, "well take the hint and lose weight or don't shop here."I was taken aback and will never shop at Kohl's again, because unless you're a size 10 or smaller, you're not welcome at the Fond DU Lac Kohl's.

The clothing is very nice. I love that Amazon returns can be sent through here. I do want to mention that the checkout line is crazy long, so be prepared to wait.
