I was in the store beginning of February 2024. I needed a tool cart on wheels, which the one I was looking for was a neon green one. I dealt with an employee name John. He was non stop trying to sell me a yellow one which I told him him mupitle times I wanted a neon green one. Then he started to get very rude and unProfessional about it. I asked him to look if a different store had one and he refused to do so. I left and called the oshkosh store which they had one. Ive worked in retail alot of years. The way John has treated me is no way to treat customers. Customer always come first and you go above and beyond to help what they need.

They always seem to have the tools. I need at a good price, especially specialty tools. On my last trip, I got a brake caliper tool set. And it was only about $50 bucks. It worked great for the project I needed it for. I've seen them other places for twice that price.

I have been shopping with harbor freight for about 20 years now and have enjoyed the discount tools very much.The quality is on point with pricing and makes it possible for the weekend mechanics / tinkerers to afford the needed tools to repair or restore their own vehicles.They also have the LARGEST selection of products over all others.Now that they opened up a store nearby I'm especially excited to not drive so far to shop with them.I will forever be a customer.

Doesn't seem to carry as much as the one in Oshkosh. I had problems finding assistance so it took more time than I had hoped, I left with nothing.

The best customer service experience I have had in ages. Called for them to hold an item, they were friendly, helpful, showed up and the cashier was polite,happy and very friendly. The warehouse guys were also super helpful and got me on the road quickly. I rarely leave positive reviews but this store deserves one. Will always drive back to this one to give them my business and you should to.

Great place you need to know about tools before going there. They have some dam good deals but some very cheap tools. No all there tools just some of them best to know what your looking at. One of the best return and warranty policy I have ever seen.
