Call ahead to make sure something is in stock. Ask a few questions about online ordering and how long it would take to get an item ready to pick up. Answer (from a person working at the store). MAXIMUM 4 hours. Apparently I'll get an email when it's ready. SEVEN hours later I had to walk into the store and ask them to get my order ready because I needed the item and was told it would be ready within the 4 hours.Guy at desk was helpful, but talked to me like I was inconveniencing him. Considering he was just standing at the desk starting when I went up there.Note: No, I was not rude, nor loud, nor demanding. It's my experience you actually get what you want when you're kind.

Price for merchandise has gone up and the varieties of inventory is shrinking. Still more expensive than Menards with less choices but I do like the fact that it's easier to pickup and they don't charge a additional fee for ordering online for pickup. Easier to walk because its not like these mega stores. More handicap riding carts for the disabled

A big thanks to Mary Jo at this location for providing wonderful customer service. I had bought a grill at a different fleet farm location but it ended up being damaged so that location informed me that her store was the closest location that had the same model in stock (about an hour drive for me). I called ahead to make sure they had it in stock and the gentleman in sporting goods put his eyes on it to make sure it was in stock which was very reassuring before making the drive there. Once at the store, Mary Jo was kind enough to match the other location’s clearance price and then had her employees help me get it safely into my vehicle. It’s great experiences like this that are the reason why I continue to shop at Fleet Farm.

I love Fleet Farm. The roasted peanuts are nice. However, the only small gripe are the minimal selection of men's clothes and shoes, and Samsung Pay NOT being accepted. They only had a pair of work boots in my size, Men's size 15, but they were expensive. The cashier rang me up very quickly and deserves a raise.

I spent $450 in one trip and was very disappointed, Fleet Farm is no longer a customer friendly place. I interacted with four Fleet Farm team members on 03/24 around noon and only one was helpful. I asked a younger guy if they had any bushes or outside plants yet and he literally said I don’t know. I asked the cashier about a product and he said I needed to ask at customer service. No effort was made and he was not busy. I bought bags of mulch and told I had to drive around. The lady at the gate radioed a guy and he told her where to tell me to go and I said he is not going to help me, what if I pick up the wrong product and she said sorry, she would check before letting me out of the gate. Which would mean I would have to go back through the process. Terrible, I went to Menards after and got excellent customer service.

Call the to see if they had a battery that I needed for my car and the person that helped me on the phone was very friendly and helpful. When I arrive to purchase the battery the cashier was very friendly as well and gave me 10 bucks off my purchase that day. She also got me signed up for the rewards program so I can start saving money and earning rewards when I shop there.

Fleet Farm has always been called the man's store, and though my hubby does love to shop there, so do I. They have just about everything that you would need. Not only do they have all the things the men in your life would desire but they have many things that my fellow ladies may want. Shoes and clothes for you and the kids, all your pet needs, and a selection of dry goods for your grocery needs. Their variety of nuts, chocolates, candy, and trail mixes is impressive, and will have something for everyone. Plus their prices are pretty good. I enjoy going there, almost, as much as my hubby.

Just went and bought my first firearm yesterday. Terry, the gun sales associate was awesome to work with & went above & beyond for me to make sure my first experience was wonderful! He was extremely helpful & entertaining during the whole process until the very last step of walking us up to the doors. He even sang me Happy Birthday! I will definitely go back to him for any future purchases!

The store was fine, but it was Terry at the gun counter who was a 5/5 stars! One of the most welcoming people I've met. Most gun counter guys are usually pretty standoffish, but Terry was the complete opposite. As I was doing paperwork for my firearm he sparked up a conversation with my partner and educated her on handling firearms as a beginner. It seemed like he did his job with full intent, and is a reason why I love being in the gun community. It wasn't my first time buying a firearm, but he made it a super welcoming introduction for my partner and made my day. Thank you Terry! Keep being a great human👍

Great store. Pet friendly, so bring your furry friends. Has everything you need, which was such a relief. (Snacks, clothing, shoes, socks, underwear, pet supplies, hunting/sporting goods, kitchen items including dishes, trash bags, hygiene items, etc..) and the list goes on.In regards to customer service, they went above and beyond. It was so nice to find everything I needed.

Love the variety this store offers. From outdoor furniture to pet supplies. If you are a farmer you will love the farming tools and everyday farming necessities you will find at this store. If your an outdoorsman or women their new gun area will inspire you to update your gun collection. Whatever your need is the staff are friendly and always helpful!❤

Our boat trailer blew a tire on the highway right down the road from this fleet farm. They were able to get us in for an emergency tire service while they were busy. I just want to say how awesome the staff was at this fleet farm. They went above and beyond to get us back on the road in under a hour. Thank you!!!

Very organized, clean, friendly and speedy. I went in to buy a cordless drill and a pot for my plant. I don't know much about drills but the one I have doesn't turn anymore. I looked at Milwaukee brand and Sears brand. Anyway, I got both items within a few minutes and headed for the front. There are a few different checkout options. I usually choose the slowest line; but not today. My checker was very friendly and I was done in a couple of minutes. All in all this was a great experience!

Actually 3.95 stars but man I used to love this place.... then they sold it and at first it was still awesome. Since aka as of recent it's getting like most of these bigger stores.... self checkout .... Really? Still over all a decent reliable place....
