We bought a loft bed from there and when we opened the box to put it together, we noticed that there were missing screws and washers as well as one piece of the bed completely. When I contacted Big Lots, the furniture manager was very nice and advised me to come in in one hour and they would give us the missing parts. We arrived at Big Lots and the manager on shift was very nice and brought us back to the furniture section where he proceeded to dump out all the screws and count them one by one to make sure that we had every piece that we needed for this bed. Then he went in the back room and grabbed any missing pieces that we needed and took the other pieces off the display piece to help us out. And said that he would contact the manufacturer personally to get the pieces back for their bed there. You don’t see this kind of customer service in retail nowadays. I give kudos to both the manager on shift today and the furniture manager for how generous and nice and compassionate they were about the whole situation. I think I may have finally found my Walmart replacement. Thank you Big Lots in Fond du Lac!

It's like the stuff is from the dollar store but the prices are higher. never find anything just right and if I do the prices are too high and I'd rather spend my money and Hobby Lobby or Menards for that matter . sorry Big Lots. It seems like you're just not for me. Good luck

Taking advantage of customers!! The tag on left is sale tag and right tag regular price. The sale tag was on top of the regular price tag. Basically same damn price! This is inexcusable for big lots to due this. Store may have fooled some people but not me. Won't shop there again after seeing the truth.

Great store and look forward to going back. The staff was attentive to customers in the store, and we very friendly and even when walking by they smiled and said hi. Lay out of the store is nice and it does not feel cramped like other stores. I hope the current staff sticks around as they know what they are doing and great at it!

I wasn't really shopping, I just wanted to check the place out. It was very well kept and very well organized. It was filled with things that people would want if they were furnishing or decorating their home. It was nice, but I really didn't need anything.

Good deals, reasonable prices for household items, store was being reset for Christmas items so it wasn't in the best shape when I was there but I'm sure it is by now. Pleasant staff working. I will say I thought the clothes were a bit overpriced. A nice selection of household items.

Really zero stars. This review is about Big Lots Corporate policies. Tried to buy loveseat today, was on sale, but they would not sell us one, not even online. All they did, was lie to us all day. I spent over 1 1/2 hours on hold, listening to a recording every 30 seconds, that they care about my business with them. Really, they care, and let me on hold for that long. What a joke. Stay away from these stores, as far as you can. They obviously hate customers.

So happy they came this far north! Good prices! So much to choose from. Walked in. Had to go get a basket and should have really gotten a cart. And I just went to look. Spent an hour and a half there. Amazing Christmas decor. And the furniture, awesome.

It’s always a great experience, new items, organized store, product is normally in same area it was last time you visited, prices are can be high depending on what your purchasing especially for it being a Big Lots but I also imagine what they’d be if I were at Walmart or Target.

Matt is amazing! When searching for a new dining table, he went above and beyond to ensure we received everything. He called another store to put some pieces on hold that FDL didn’t have and made sure I knew assembly, care, etc of the table. Matt is a huge asset to this location! Actually, zero stars! Will probably never go to a Big Lots again and will tell people we know not to patronize them! We spent over an hour in the store and STILL on hold with customer service after more than an hour trying to find out why we can't buy a furniture item that they have displayed in the store and have on sale but no store has in stock and none available online. They would not even sell us the floor model! Stupid business practice and horrible customer service!

Ordered something online for pick up, took forever. I talked to an associate that was on the floor to ask about an item I saw on the website, and she had no clue and couldn't give me any kind of answer or even point me in a direction.
