Love this place! The employees are so friendly and helpful and they have very good selection on many things for a small store. The prices are higher than say walmart or another big store but they are quite reasonable for a small town grocery and they often run some decent sales. They have a hot and cold deli which is great if you need to pick up something for a quick lunch. Definitely recommend!

I love this place... they have just about everything you need. Sure, Walmart is cheaper but Pat's is right down the street... and they are always nice and helpful.

I’ve been doing the majority of my grocery shopping here since they opened. Very good quality and selection for a smaller store. I’d rather give my business to a local store if possible. Competitive prices. BUT…they recently installed self check outs. I don’t mind when grabbing one or two items, but I’m not doing that when I have a cart full. Most stores still have at least one employee staffed lane. I don’t want to have to drive all the way to Iron Mountain, but I will if I have to. I DON’T WORK HERE!

I really enjoy pats foods. Especially with a hardware store inside. Great selection of meats and cheeses. Have a great liquor and beer section. They do lack in a variety of cigarettes. Prices are a bit steep for Wisconsin but it's on the way to camp so we shop there often.

Just looked at grocery prices, and bought something from the hardware store. Groceries were kind of pricey. But it's nice to have a little hometown store.

Love this store. Great food at decent prices. I've even got my family and friends going there now. Love shopping there. If you need something, you can ask in the back and they will definitely check for you. Polite workers and very friendly. Keep up the good work 👍

Very competitive prices and a friendly staff. Great selection/variety. Big savings on sale items. The nice size hardware section is a real added value to the store. Great place to stop and stock up on groceries when coming to the area for camping, hunting, fishing or the seasonal camp experience.

This grocery store is really nicely arranged and they have a lot to offer. One of the best things is their wine selection. They offer lots of different kinds of wines, at good prices. We really coming here, if we are going Florence at all.

For a small store, there is a nice variety of items. It is also helpful that there is an Ace Hardware within the store. The employees were efficient and pleasant. It is expected that in small stores the prices will be higher than in a large chain store like Meijer or Walmart so that was no surprise. For convenience, it's great to have a grocery store nearby.

One of my favorite grocery stores in my area. Good prices, great booze selection and prices, friendly staff, good deals on meat. Great place to stop in the morning for a hot breakfast sandwich as opposed to stopping at the gas station across the street.

While Pat's is pretty good store it is a store of convenience. Their meat prices are very high for a small community. They do offer some really good deals through out the year on bacon and hamburger if you keep asking about it. They have an awesome 10lb. Box of bacon and a 10lb. hamburger log.

We are so HAPPY that this grocery / hardware / liquor store is in Florence, WI! We don't drive to Iron Mountain nearly as much anymore. No love to support this local store, employing local residents. The quality and variety of products is amazing for a small community. Thank you!

Absolutely terrible. Possible the worst grocery store experience I’ve ever had. I was in a town about 20 minutes from Florence, and I was thinking of getting McDonald’s. It was decided that I would go into the grocery store of Florence and get something to microwave instead. I looked up to see what time they close at. It said 9:00pm. So I decided to skip McDonald’s and go here instead. I went up to their door at around 7:50, and ON THE DOOR it said they were open until 9. I went in, quickly used the bathroom, only to have someone knock on the door and tell me the store was closed. I got kicked out before I could get my food. Great, now there’s nowhere that’s still open for me to get food. If you close at 8, then DONT have a sign on your front door saying you close at 9. Terrible experience.

Nice to have in the area but hard shopping here because aisles are so tight 2 carts can't go through so always backing up to maneuver around. Makes shopping slow. Also extremely limited choices. Great meat department!!

Pat's is the first combination Grocery and Hardware store I've been in. It works well! Quite a variety of products are available here. They've brought back Eileen's chocolates! Eileen's makes my favorite Nonpariels and chocolate covered peanuts.

Fourth of July week purchased a watermelon here that was rotten on the inside. No return, no refund, not even a sorry. Wrote an email to corporate, no reply. Nothing. Customer service is a joke, as is their produce department. I prefer to support local businesses. I guess they prefer I shop at Walmart.

This is a place where one bad apple will spoil the bunch as far as the employees go. Most are friendly and polite but a few are disrespectful and rude, one male employee in particular! I normally don't name drop but his name is Mark! Because of him I will only spend my money there if I absolutely have to!
