I went to Nose to Nail for the first time this week. The Google directions are accurate and it's easy to find. I didn't have to wait long before me and my girls were placed in the exam room. Dr. Kim was very sweet to my two elderly dogs. They were so excited to meet everyone! She went over their previous medical history and answered my concerns and questions. We already have the next appointment set up.

I can not say enough about this clinic! The Doctor and assistant were absolutely amazing and went above and beyond for my daughter and I. Highly recommended. Best vet clinic I have dealt with in years! Thank you!

My French bulldog was bleeding from his backside. I called and they got us in quickly. Everyone from the front desk to the staff and doctor was fantastic. Very friendly and professional they took their time and put us at ease.took great care of our little buddy. Would highly recommend.

All the staff members at Nose to Tail are very kind and caring. The care we have received for our dog is the past few months has been awesome. The doctors listen to concerns and are good with explaining and answering any questions you may have. Very thankful to have been established with this clinic!

Dr. Kim and her staff are so caring & considerate. We just love it there! They don't normally deal with birds at all, but we are "grandfathered in" so she clips nails for our Sweetie bird. They are aware of our nervousness and make us feel at ease--allow us to be near her, etc during the process. Thanks to everyone there! :) Here she is, waiting for Dr. Kim

Very professional and friendly! The Doc is a looker also!!How can I help with your Mid life Crisis? LolWe took the dogs in for yearly shots today.The area had power problems,however, the Vet (kim) got it done with a flashlight!Kim is an excellent Vet and other vets can learn from her.I must say,she is one Hot Lady and Vet!!!

I called Nose to tail today, my dog Sasha was puking up blood, she was just basically very sick they did not hesitate for a second they got her in quite fast, they were very informational very respectful they care about their animals, And their customers definitely would recommend anybody to go here you won’t regret it!!!They seen my dog again for an emergency, on 4-04-2023, for a pretty bad life threatening infection, I truly can’t describe how Dr Jackie and the people at this Vet are truly incredible nice, informative, and care for your animals! As I said before, do NOT hesitate to call or trust this clinic with your animal’s best interest. so glad we have a vet that cares about animals like this in our area!

I had brought in a cat with a ruptured abscess and the vets here were incredibly helpful and reassuring for both of us, honestly. They helped keep me calm and positive when I was clearly getting upset, made sure my cat was in otherwise good health, and gave me very clear instructions for the medication and recovery. I know my cat's going to make a good recovery. Thank you so much, Nose to Tail.

They got Itty Bit in the same day and SAVED Her Life!!!!! Their prices are Reasonable and they don't declaw!!!! Dr Kim is Great with the Fur-Babies and quickly makes a connection with them. I Will Definitely Stay with Her and Her Team.

Excellent staff and veterinarian. I've brought three of my cats here and they treat our kritters with love and kindness. I had to put my 17 yr old cat, Stinkbug, to sleep a few months ago. The consideration and understanding they showed my son and I (since the virus was still causing quarantine and we couldn't go inside to hold her as they gave her the shot) we had to do the procedure in my truck as we held her, helped both of us get through it. I highly recommend them.

The care and compassion that was shown by the staff at the Florence Animal Hospital made all of the difference for us in saying good bye to our 14 year old griffon, Miracle. Love the very relaxed environment of this place right from the get go. More than that though this place feels special. The ladies clearly enjoy what they do as well as each other's company. That makes for a very special dynamic you won't find anywhere else. It's a huge relief to feel that your pet is in caring and competent hands whether you are dealing with an emergency visit or a routine one. Definitely highly recommend this place!

Love this place!!!. My daughter's dog was sick and they stayed open later to see him for her. The Vet is very nice and you can tell she loves animals. Cheaper than most places.

At the beginning of July my cat got very ill. I was able to get Scarlett in to be seen at Nose to Tail. Dr.Kim walked me through all the available choices, unfortunately I felt Scarlett was suffering, and chose euthanasia. The entire staff was beyond kind and compassionate during the whole process. They allowed me to take the time I needed, even though they were completely swamped. They gave me Scarlett's paw print and some of her hair. I also received a beautiful sympathy card. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a caring and compassionate place to take their pets. (So basically everyone)
